Best vet I've been to. 14 yr old Yorkie and jack/chi rescue with panic attacks and ISSUES with trust. Everyone there are absolutely sweet understanding and ask many questions to understand if they haven't seen my babies before! Also work with your budget as well as they possibly could and then some! Highly recommend!

I 100% would never recommend any person to this animal clinic. My mom did me a favor since I had to work and took my dog here to get a check up with some issues she's been experiencing. After her visit with Dr. Kussin, my mom let me know that Dr. Kussin was in fact disrespectful, racist and unhelpful during the appointment. Please keep in mind, my mom has well enough English to attend these type of things on her own (although it is not perfect and might take some time) Asked her why didn't someone who spoke English take my dog to the appointment and asked why we didn't take my dog to her original vet (we were recommended here so we decided to try it out). Did not take our concerns for my dogs issues seriously and was not going to give her any medicine for her rash until my mom said something.
After all that, he still thought it was a good idea to write on a post card to "recheck in 7 days w/ owner" insinuating that I take her instead of my mom because she doesn't have perfect English and it must've been too hard for him to understand. As someone in the medical field and constantly dealing with different people of all sorts of backgrounds, you would think he would have more patience and respect.
I pray that he was just having an off day and isn't always treating people like this in 2022. I called and spoke to the manager in hopes that they take this seriously as it should not happen to anyone.

Called to have my dog scheduled for a spay procedure this morning. It was a shock to me that after having seen Dr. Kussin on 11/30/2021 that my dog nor my information was in the system. After filling out extensive paperwork twice I don't understand how this could have happened. Highly disappointed with the front desk staff, specifically Beverly S., for failing to input critical information that is needed to schedule another appointment. However, both the vet techs as well as Dr. Kussin were very helpful during my initial visit.

The staff was wonderful for my cat, Safire, after our family vet refused to work him in to finally ease his suffering. They explain everything to my Sister, Sybil, and was able to work him in so he wouldn't have to go through anymore pain. We both will use them again when we get another pet. Thank you again for help us and him in our time of need. Peggy

Was not happy with the Vet at all. I stood waiting for 10 mins while one assistant filled the other one in on work and non- work related issues! Finally, I was told the room where my friend and two dogs were. After a bit an assistant walked in handed me the smaller dog and said they would be back. From the min. the doctor walked in, he was rude and had a terrible 'bedside manner'/attitude!
I had questions he either didn't want/have time to answer! He kept trying to upload a video to show us. He proceeds to tell me to make a video of her when she is having these episodes and show him next year on her visit. Got up and walked out. Not before paying $500 for two dogs both less than 20lbs. to have three year rabies booster shots!
