Salesmen is scrubs. Explained to the tech what vaccines were necessary for my pet, and they insisted I give my pet a whole series of vaccinations. She is 8 years old and received vaccinations she had never had or needed before. I requested one set of rabies and was charged over $200. Extremely dissatisfied. Was not able to consult the vet until after the vaccinations had been given. I left feeling scammed and scared my dog was going to have a reaction to the vaccinations.

We have always taken our pets to this clinic for the past 20+ years. Our dog hurt his leg yesterday 3/29/2022 while playing fetch causing him a sever limp and pain. I called this A.M. to get him in for evaluation and/or treatment, I was told that "they were completely booked" and could not see him and to take him to an Emergency Clinic. This is not a routine check up, this is an animal in pain and needs attention!
Ever since Dr. Mulick retired this place has gone to hell - We will be finding another vet to give our business to going forward. SHAME ON YOU THOMSON ANIMAL CLINIC - YOU DONOT TREAT OUR PETS AS IF THEY WERE YOUR OWN!

Awesome place, friendly staff, very caring and accommodating. Never once felt like I was being sold something, and they were able to answer all my questions, as well as make us feel much better about our dog dealing with old age. I will be bringing any of my animals here along with recommending them to everyone I know.

I'm quite taken back, as I have left a raving review in the past. As I'm reading some of the reviews, they claim that they're struggling with staff and vet shortages. I recently rescued another cat. Everything I'm reading online says to call my Vet and they will either 1) answer questions and/or 2) refer you to someone that will. I just called and asked for a Doc to contact me at their convenience, to get some advice and suggestions. Dr. Erica Leoffler was not willing to help me. Insisted I brought BOTH cats in for appointments.
I'm certain there is someone more professional and helpful in the area. I've been using them for about 3 or so years, never disappointed. Today, I'm annoyed enough to leave 2 stars. Sooooo busy and understaffed but insists on taking my money for 2 appointments. (Mind you, neither cat is sick, the new rescue is just being a bit aggressive and I can't figure out what "kind"- territorial aggression? Play aggression? Redirected aggression? Underlining causes?) ah-well. I'm so disappointed I might even drive 45 minutes passed Thomson's, back to Wilson's!

I've been coming here for almost 10 years now. New doctors have taken over. Almost waiting an hour outside in the car. I asked for water, nobody brought any, but they said she was next and five minutes later she got in. Please take this one star as a reminder to stop over booking your customers. Not only that but my dog has all of this green stuff around her mouth I assume is maybe from medicine but nobody told me.
I probably should have just called and spoke to you the doctor directly but that has a lot less of an impact. Maybe this way you will consider changing your ways please. I know everywhere has a help wanted sign right now. I know we are in the time of Corona. Book less customers for the morning then because there was four of us all waiting outside.
The other gentleman I talked to he's been coming there for 20 years and we will give you the benefit of the doubt that Corona does not help with being understaffed and the mental constitutions of people. Please just take the time to consider and have some more empathy for the customers. We can't have dogs in cars for almost an hour. Not everyone has ac.
