By far the best veterinarian in all Pasco, if not all Florida. The staff here is incredible and do everything they literally can for your pets. It's an amazing Animal Hospital and I would give it 10 stars if I could. They've taken care of my bearded dragon for years now and I also bring my dogs when they need a checkup. Recommend this place to anybody looking for a hospital that will do anything they can for animals.

I've been bringing my pets here for at least a few years now. Originally I was bringing my hedgehogs here because not many vets are knowledgable about them let alone willing to see/treat them. In the past I have been able to bring my pets in for emergency visits/short notice, staff was so willing to help. I have two cats, and I loved the environment and staff so much I started bringing my cats here too.

I feel very comfortable with bringing my pets here, and have always had a wonderful experience. The vets/tech/staff are very knowledgeable and compassionate people. Glad to have a vet I can trust!

They have taken great care of all of our pets! Bedside manner is fantastic. They really love the animals!

Wonderful hospital and staff. My pup injured her back and they were able to see her same day. They were very gentle, diagnosed her and gave her medication that instantly had her feeling better. They were also very reasonable. I Highly recommend.

Winston was very comfortable with Doc. Alot of Vets are nervous with Mals, and we even ran into one that wanted him drugged for every visit. Not Dr Donna she's got a sleeve full of tricks to calm dogs down and keep the whole appointment carefree. Honestly the easiest pet visit for my Malinois yet! She is also very knowledgeable in many specific issues and was able to offer tons of advise!

I'm glad I find them because I have ferrets and not every vet sees exotic pets. Great service, Dr. Price and her crew are awesome they answer all my concerns and you can see the love they have for our furry babies. I would definitely recommend.

We love My Pets for our cats and puppy. They are so good with our animals and I really feel like they care and aren't just trying to get us in and out. They also don't push unnecessary services/tests which I really appreciate

Best vet I've ever been to! They were able to fit me in for a more urgent case and I'm so grateful. The exam was quick and stress-free and everyone was incredibly nice. As a student, I was really worried about the bills, but they charged only for the medicine and a reasonable exam fee. I'm so relieved! 10/10 experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We are new to the area and called as new patient to have one of our senior fur babies put to sleep as she was suffering. Katie was the most compassionate person ever. Initially she couldn't fit us in on the day prior to holiday and then called ME back with an opening. The entire staff including Dr Price Dickson made a very difficult decision as comfortable as it could be. So glad to find this place.

I went in last night for an urgent care appointment. This was the only vet that was able to take me in last night. I called at 7:30am when they opened and I was able to get in on cancellation. The day before I went to VHA in Winter Haven and received the worst care for my cat and waited 8 hours. This place was definitely a breath of fresh air. Dr. Dickson was amazing.

She sat on the floor with my baby because he was comfortable there and she examined him. She explained what could be wrong in great detail and with terminology that the prior vet did not use. She treated us as educated individuals and treated my cat with such care. Unfortunately, after she reran blood tests and other X-rays, we found out my cat had fluid filled in his pancreas.

Since he was getting older Dr. Dickson said that they could hold him over the weekend but she wasn't sure if he would make it. We had to put him down that evening and I am heartbroken that I don't have my baby, but I am happy that he was well loved and cared for before he passed. They are sending me complimentary paw print stamps and clippings of his fur to commemorate him.

I would recommend you bring your fur baby here and I hope you don't have the same circumstances as us. **Update: Dr. Dickson took the time to call me and my partner to check in on us and see if there was anything she could do during this time. Once I am ready to have new fur babies I will be bringing them here!

Dr Dickson is amazing with our Parrot! We wouldn't go anywhere else!

The staff is friendly and very professional. Dr. Donna has a lovely personality and was very kind to me and our senior dog, Maxx. He had his first appointment with her recently after switching vets. She listened and asked a lot of relevant questions regarding his special needs. She didn't make me feel like I was taking up too much of her time, which I greatly appreciated. I could tell that she really loves animals and cares about their well-being.

I can not think of anything you need to improve on. You staff and practice is so superior to my other vet experiences.

Good place, they just need more time with the animals and diagnose them better.looks like the just want your money and that is it.ask a question they answer too fast instead listening the all conversation.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They actually take the time and care about your pet. They did an amazing job with my hedgehogs nails and we're able to do my Chihuahuas nails without sedation. I have recommended them to everybody that I know and I've never had a bad experience

My 14yo Australian Shepherd began experiencing lameness/muscular degeneration in hind legs so I reached out for Holistic therapies to stimulate movement and strength. After only the first 2 acupuncture sessions I saw significant improvement in his mobility and desire to move around again. We are continuing maintenance treatments less often and I'm very happy with the results

We have actually been using My Pet's Animal Hospital before it was renamed. The Dr's take great care of our Pets/Babies. We can get in just about every time we call for a visit. Especially an emergency. They show care and concern for our Babies and spend quality time finding out what's going on with them and treat them accordingly, not just prescribing anything to get you on your way. We are long time patients and appreciate the staff there.

Waiting anxiously thru a Sunday, for Monday morning, I had a sick 6 month old mini Holland Lop, I called & My Pet's Hospital in Lakeland, Florida, got me in at 11:00. I live 1.5 hours away in Avon Park, Florida, that worked great. I got there, waited about 30 mins, with many apologies for running late, The technician took me into a side door, right into the exam room.

She wrote down all the symptoms I explained of what I had seen with my rabbit. The doctor came in, with the brightest smile on her face, & ask me again to tell her what my bunny was doing. She examined my bunny with a complete exam, saying he was a very healthy bunny, & said we can take care of an ear infection, quite inflamed that was giving him all his problems.

She thanked me for coming in, apologized again for running a little late, & said the Tech would get my meds. Just a little later, The Tech came in with all the bun's meds, explained each one to me, with specific directions on each of the bottles. With a follow up in 10 day, I was ecstatic. My bun's doctor showed the greatest of concern & care anyone could ask for.

I handed them my credit card expecting a great amount, but my bun needed a doctor what ever the cost. She came back with half of what I was expecting, including all meds. I will for sure take my animals to MY Pet's Animal Hospital if the need arises in the future. I could not be anymore pleased. A Great caring Vet Hospital.

Very pleased. We had our bird's beak, nails, and wings trimmed recently. They did a great job.

If I could give less than 1star, this place would get it! Front desk staff is rude and the care the "medical" staff provides is minimal at best. I was charged over $300 to have my dogs anal glands expressed. It was my first time to need this service so I admit I was ignorant of what was involved. As it turns out anal glands expression is a $15 job that most pet groomers perform regularly.

Unless you Want to be treated badly and charged 20 times the regular rate stay away! And today I found out that they are euthanizing /murdering animals without due process I will sing from the rooftop "DO NOT use My Pets animal hospital if you want your animal to be cared for" they do the minimum and have zero compassion for you and your beloved pet!

Dr. Donna and staff are very professional, kind, knowledgeable in acupuncture, massage, and western medicine thus are able to meet your pet's needs. We've taken our 3 cats and 1 Pom for years. We recommend!

Dr. Donna and staff are amazing. Always exceed my expectations in all aspects. Have used them for veterinary needs, grooming, and daycare. Sadie loves daycare and the staff!

My Pets groomer was highly recommended by a neighbor. Because my Poodle mix was badly matted I expected additional charges and a less than perfect job. I was absolutely stunned when my dog came out looking absolutely perfect. They did a great job on my Pom, also. Staff are all very friendly, the facility is modern, and prices are reasonable. Will definitely go back.

We took our dog to the My Pets Animal Hospital. She was diagnosed after a Urinalysis and Culture was performed to have a Urinary Tract Infection. An X-ray of her Urinary Bladder was negative for any obstruction or stones. Since she has crystals in her Urine. The Veterinarian recommended a change to her diet to Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Urinary SO Dog food.

My Pets Animal Hospital is a Clean and well kept clinic. Professional atmosphere, the staff is attentive to details, very courteous and friendly. We are very happy with the great professional service that we received. We will not hesitate to recommend this Animal Hospital. "Thank You Doctor Dixon!"

Dr. Dixton is absolutely amazing. Having an exotic bird it can be hard to find a knowledgeable vet. Dr. Dixton is extremely friendly, great with my bird and clearly sincerely cares about animals. The staff is always extremely friendly. I never wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment to begin. The prices are pretty reasonable for the quality of work.

The rooms are always very clean and well maintained. My bird does not get upset with this vet. At a previous doctor's office my bird tried bitting the techs. However with Dr. Dixton her approach is so gentle my bird stays calm during the appointment. I highly recommend bringing your pet here!

I would recommend My Pets to anyone. They are amazing. Doctor Donna and Doctor Rothrock are fantastic. I've never trusted a vet more than I trust them!

Brought in the Grandkids' pet rabbit for an emergency (saw him the same day)!. Had a major cut on mouth that became infected. Looked like Fuzzie had the mumps and would not eat. They are the only local vet that treats rabbits and other exotics. Dr. Rothrock and Dr. Dixon were FANTASTIC. Stitched up Fuzzie, kept him for 2 nights so he could be fed due to swelling.!0 days later, Fuzzie is completely healed with his dashing Heidelberg scar and back with his mate Rosebud. Grandkids (4 and 7) are ecstatic and so are my wife and I. THANK YOU!

Took my toy poodle Mimi in for a routine bordatella update and was pleasantly surprised to have Dr. McWilliams check Mimi out and then spend some time playing with her and answering my questions regarding Mimi's diet and daily activities. I've always had a very positive experience during each visit, and really appreciate the entire staff's friendly and caring attitude toward both of us. I would recommend this practice to anyone who has a pet they love and want to provide the best level of care for.

I was new to the area and got right in here when my baby had a UTI. I highly recommend them. They are attentive and care about your pet and not just pushing services on you for more money. All the girls are nice too.

I have conflicted feelings about this veterinary clinic. I brought my dog here many months ago when our regular vet could not accurately treat an ear infection that she had ongoing. It did take some testing but the appropriate treatment was determined and it did correctly fix my dog's problem. This was great and I thought I had found the answer to all my vet needs.

But then more recently I left the dog for a short weekend in boarding. She became sick during her stay and the care for that treatment was quite expensive and no cause was ever determined; she basically got better when I took her home. Upon picking her up the vet gave instructions through the tech and did not speak to me even though she came out to talk with other owners. Several of the staff are awesome, but others appear disinterested. Overall some good/some bad.

We took my daughters rabbit there, Doctor Sherlock Crowley, and felt good about the office as soon as I walked in and saw his name on the welcome board! We were brought in on time, all issues were explained throughly to us and I felt good about bringing my daughters best friend there when I left. I felt so good about it, I'm going to start bringing all our pets there starting with my service dog prospect, Samantha, where we will meet Doctor Donna. I wonder if she's even been in a TARDIS?

Do not hesitate to stop in this Animal Hospital for all your pets needs. Staff and Drs are great. All your needs from grooming to boarding are at your finger tips.
