Services
Your pet's health is always our top priority. We individualize our recommendations based on your concerns as well as your pets breed, age, history, and lifestyle. A routine examination provides you and your veterinarian with the opportunity to develop a picture of your pet's overall health as well as to spot potential medical issues before they become serious health concerns.
Dr. Johanna Frank is Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital's small animal internist and she performs ultrasounds for our patients, lending her considerable sonographic experience to our medical team. Ultrasound is a non-invasive, non-painful diagnostic test that allows us to visualize the internal organs and evaluate for disease.
Due to the vast increase in demand for veterinary medical services, Bridgewater Veterinary has elected to discontinue all boarding or kenneling services indefinitely. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to continuing to serve any and all medical needs of your pet. As a safety measure for all of our pets, It is mandatory that your pet be up to date on vaccines listed below.

Dr Levinston and his staff are always superb. From easy scheduling on their app to checking up after a visit ive never had a bad experience with any of their staff members or Drs. They give options and recommendations with your budget in mind to take the best care of your pets while not breaking the bank.

Felt very rushed and staff did not help answer questions, each staff member we encountered advised something different/contradicting than the next. Our puppy was a rescue and was diagnosed with a intestinal worm. There was very limited information given to us at the time of diagnosis, besides telling us to give her a pill for 5 days. We then later found out from our dog sitter that our puppy shouldn't be in contact with other dogs because it was very contagious.
This is something we feel should of been shared but wasn't. One staff members told us she needed a negative stool sample after 5 days of the medication, then another member told us 30 days. In addition I then later took my puppy for a "free" nail trimming a few weeks later. My puppy was taken to the back room, then less then 5 mins later the nurse came back out and advised me that my puppy "did not do well" and "peed and pooped all over the room".
She also added that my puppy would need a sedative if I was to ever bring her back for a nail clipping. Another thing they tried charging for, I refused to buy the sedative. Everything felt rushed with limited information given to me. I was worried about what fears my puppy might so I asked questions, but the nurse was very short with me. Two weeks later I took my puppy to PetSmart to get her nails trimmed, NO ISSUES. PetSmart said that she was well behaved and had no bad reactions.
She was even licking the groomers face as I looking through the glass window. Also, their rewards program gives you "1 point" for every $100.00 you spend. But if you spend $198.00 they only give 1 point. You need to spend even amounts of $100.00 in order to receive the "full points". Example $200=2 points, $198.00= 1 point and it does not backlog. I will not be going back to this facility.

Finding a new vet isn't easy, but we found the best! The crew at BVH can't be beat! Highly recommend them for all your pets' needs. Our boy Veto has never been so healthy, and he's got a file as thick as a dictionary. And our new "puppy" Winston had a great time last week. Thank you for loving our boys as much as we do. See you next week!

Vets and staff are great. When my dog had to get neutered I loved that they sent me photos and updates through their app. It truly eased all my worries. New dog owner so after the surgery I must have called them multiple times with a bunch of questions. They were so polite each and every single time and answered all my questions.

We have been bringing our Boxer Lilly here for the past few months. Lilly has a few health issues that just seemed to have not been getting better after several visits to our previous vet. Bridgewater has offered great alternative treatments that have brought great success to Lilly's health. They are honest, very friendly and thorough! Highly recommend!

We just had to put down our beloved cat of 18.5 years. Dr. Arbach and all of the staff are amazing, compassionate, knowledgeable Veterinarians and wonderful people. They treated him when we first found him as a kitten a few weeks old, they managed his care during his senior years and they were amazing when it was his time to go. Thank you for everything!
