At Hollywood Hills Animal Hospital, our veterinarians provide preventative care services such as wellness exams, intestinal parasite evaluations, and other lab work. This was our first time bringing a pet (dog) to Hollywood Hill Animal Hospital, and we were incredibly pleased with the experience and overall level of service. Very straight forward and quick check in process, timely and prompt assistance from the staff, excellent "bedside manor" from the staff and doctors, calm and gentle handling of our dog, followed by very clear and concise instructions regarding how to treat and care for our pet -- just great customer service overall.
We also received a follow-up text the next morning checking on our dog, which was a great touch. Again, excellent customer service and a very nice experience. We'll definitely be back. :)

I highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital! I have had bad experiences with other Vets in the past, and this place has been great til this date. This Veterinary place has great customer service, everyone is so happy and super polite and professional. Their prices are reasonable and worth it because their in good hands! I love how they are open now and then on Saturdays.
I am a busy dog mom, so this helps with me with my schedule. I have one dog that gets nervous for Vet visits, (Canelo) and they always take the extra step to comfort him. I once thought that my other dog (Oreo) needed a heart worm test done. Once I had that appointment, they told me he didn't need to get one done that he was all updated on that. All they did was charge me for the check up, and not the test!
I appreciate their honesty! If it was another vet, they would have charged me anyways. HONESTY is key in Vets, so I highly recommend this place to anyone to take their sweet fur babies here!

We love Hollywood hill! In November 2020 Dr Boyd helped us compassionately put our cat down and we have since adopted a new cat and have taken him twice. They are positive and helpful and truly care about our cat. They take time to answer all of our questions, and only offer the necessary services without pushing. Vet tech Chloe is amazing ( our cat loved her!) and Dr Hoffman was Great at answering our questions and handling our cat. Service was efficient but we were given plenty of time to talk to the techs and vet about all of our concerns. Thank you so much for caring for our cat as much as we do

Dr. Keegan Boyd and the rest of the staff at Hollywood Hills do an exceptional job on taking the time to listen, give suggestions, and care for our puppy Kaito. They go above and beyond to reach out and ensure our pup is doing okay after appointments and are genuinely kind people. We highly recommend Dr. Boyd and have continued to share our experience with friends and family, encouraging them to also come see the wonderful staff at Hollywood Hills!

This clinic was really a pleasure! The experience was nice, the staff was super friendly, and my cat seemed to warm up to them real fast. It wasn't long at all for my appointment and neither was the follow up for the results, recommendations, and medication. I hope to make this vet my primary vet contact for care and treatments for my cat. And I hope my cat stays happy and healthy with the help of these folks. (Don't mind the harness, I dont have a kennel or a proper harness yet and she seems to like that one anyway so )

I took my boston there over a number of years. He saw several different vets, and they all were very compassionate, caring, and sincere. Never felt they were pushing unnecessary tests, like I've felt at previous vets. When they wanted to do additional tests, there was always a reason behind it, and was communicated well to me. I always felt he was in great hands. The front staff and vet assistants were always super friendly, and took the time to know the animals. They always knew my guy right away, and it seems that that was the norm. When we get our next puppy this fall, we will definitely be returning.

We have been going here for over 20 years. They are the best! Very caring and genuinely love pets. Super accommodating to my 200lb mastiff who can't fit in a crate (he got to hang out in the office). They don't run tests just to charge you, but they are very thorough. They were so wonderful when we had to euthanize one of my older dogs, helping me decide when the right time was.
