I saw Dr. Beaumont, who was incredibly helpful and informative regarding my poor dog's recent spinal cord injury. She gave me specific information, that was more helpful than I even received from the neurologist at the 24 hour hospital that she went to immediately after her injury. Dr. Beaumont was very kind, patient, and informative! She was fantastic, actually!

This was our first visit with our dog who struggles with anxiety when going to the vet. They were so nice and patient with him and us! The doctor took every effort to make him comfortable and thought outside the box to resolve his issue without any further stress! I highly recommend!

Good service, very friendly, not the best with diagnosis. Veterinarians don't like to listen to us, pet owners. There's a lot of guess work involved that's not always best for pets. I would use this clinic again if needed. They were way more helpful then Companion Vet, that nearly ended my dog.

Have had mostly great experiences. However, the front desk staff could use some training on customer service. They are terrible. Also, they close at 5 & not open on saturdays. That can make it difficult to get your furry friend in when you work Mon- Fri till 5. The veterinarians are always awesome so at least there's a positive!

Polite and friendly staff. They were very gentle with our cat and followed up about her the next day. The best vet experience so far.

Dr Beaumont and the staff were excellent today with our injured Anatolian Shepard puppy- Cyrus. Dr. determined tissue injury so no unnecessary xrays were ordered. Sent her home with pain meds and ordered rest for two weeks. They were so wonderful we signed up for the puppy plan! Only reason I did not give a 5 star is only one of us could go in with our baby.

Brought my incredibly shy labradoodle to North Creek Pet Hospital for a checkup with Dr. Tucker (and Nikita the wonderful vet tech). The staff were very calm and kind with him. The appointment went very smoothly -- they were very professional and answered all of my questions. I would happily recommend them to other dog owners!

Dr. Megan Beaumont is the best. My Yorkie Bailey has gone to her numerous times. She explains things throughly, and takes her time with you to answer questions. I highly recommend her for a vet.

I love this pet hospital. The staff here is friendly, and very accommodating to all the queries that I usually have. I have been taking my new puppy, Panther and he loves staff members especially Miranda and Kylie. The vet also takes questions, and answers them with greatdetails, and patience. It is because if the excellent service, I decided my older dog, Diesel to to be brought here as well. Thanks to all the staff members for their care, and patience.

We have been bringing our pets here for years. I admit there were times in past year I was frustrated with not being able to get a hold of anyone right away during the times where there was a shortage of staff and my dog's dental kept getting pushed back. However, they have turned things around now. My calls get picked up right away and I was able to schedule a dental for my dog.

The pick-up/drop-off situation has improved, before there was a substantial wait time. Not anymore. The staff we interacted with (Kylie, Val and Dr. Choi) were friendly and professional and really cared for our dog. My little guy is home now after his dental and is doing great.
