I had an emergency situation with my older cat - I called around to a few of the closer vets and they didn't have any openings. Not only was Cottage Lake able to see me that day, they were able to squeeze in a surgery for my cat later the same week. Drs Miller and Veal, as well as all the front office staff, were friendly, kind, and so very helpful in getting my girl back on her feet. We wouldn't be happier to have found such a great veterinarian for all of our pets!

I would give zero stars if I could. Today on 05/06/2022, first time client, I walk in and the door is locked. I knock on the glass. They come out and tell me to call them for checking in. I had no idea about that. Usually, I walk it to a clinic and all is good. Been going to Banfield for ever. After that, she hands me a clipboard to fill some paperwork outside, in the cold (on the street).

I said, like this? No chairs, no shelter, just standing outside? She replies: "Yeah, COVID protocols" I say thank you and good bye. Enough with the BS. Treat clients with respect. Move on. The world has moved on. I better go back to Banfield or other vets that treats clients with respect and dignity. I am trying to get refunded for the services they charged me ahead of time and that is not rendered.

He kindly recommended Cottage Lake Veterinary Clinic where he now takes his dogs. Even though we moved to Arizona, we continue to bring our Pekingese Elsa Grace to the doctors at Cottage Lake; they are absolutely the very best.

Our most recent visit was because Elsa developed extreme anxiety on car rides, their recommended protocol seemed miraculous; she cruised through a 3-day drive back to AZ with Anthony Bourdain insouciance.

Just had one of the best bet experiences. My cat tangled with something when he got out yesterday and had a number of deep and long lacerations and punctures. Because he wasn't at death's door, Pilchuck and other emergency vets wouldn't see him, but a photo exchange with my usual vet told us he needed to be seen today. (My vet didn't have enough staff to take him today.) After am hour of phone calls, Cottage Lake Vet not only agreed to see him, but very compassionately and efficiently examined him and sewed up his various wounds. They provided antibiotics and pain medication and scheduled a follow-up appointment for staple removal. Dr. Laura Quindt is amazing.

The entire staff are simply the best. They always fit us in when we need urgent attention, and are always accommodating when I might be a hair late and never complain. They make an effort to save me money by advising on went we can combine visits, or give me different options while weighing the pros and cons. We we have serious issues they are welcome connected to the various specialists in the area. They legitimately care about every animal that comes in.

We had been going to another veterinarian practice for several years and the practice started to feel like a machine. It was to busy, to chaotic, to impersonal and to pricy. Our daughter referred us to Cottage Lake Veterinary Hospital. The atmosphere of the office is wonderful. The staff is genuine and very attentive. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and professional. You just know that you are in good and competent hands. You can feel it. This is a good practice. Give them a chance!

My first experience with CLVH was about 11 years ago when our elderly Golden Retriever needed x-rays and our vet's was waiting on repair. He referred us to Cottage Lake and they were amazing. Our sweet old friend had bone cancer and they were as caring and compassionate as if he had been their patient all 14 years of his life. I decided then that when we were ready to have another dog, this is who would take care of him.

It took ten years but when we were ready to bring home a new Golden Retriever he went to Cottage Lake. In December, we added a little sister Golden to our family and she had her first appointment last week. I am so grateful to have found this group of animal lovers to take care of our four legged family members. They are so kind, compassionate and professional. I happily recommend them to anyone who asks where to take their pets.

Our pets get the best care at Cottage Lake Vet. They really seem to care about our furry friends and give us great advice to make them healthy and happy.

I have been here a couple times now and it's always great, fast and informative. They answer all and any questions, make great suggestions and diagnose problems quickly and accurately. Fit me in with a same day appointment when all others were booked weeks out. Also a very fair price for services! Highly recommend with friendly fast service. Doctors Z is awesome!

I'm an animal lover and have rescued many over the years. Some the abused and abandoned others strays, to pound babies. I have also lived all over the US and never have I encountered a veterinary clinic of this stature. The quality of service by their staff and knowledge is matched by their obvious love for our furry friends and I will never think twice about the hour drive from my home for the trust I have in them. If you want your baby in good hands bring them here. Period.

I have been here almost 6 years and have had great service. Everyone is always polite and friendly. I have 4 pets who are treated here. Their attention to my pets has been very thorough. They have always answered my questions. I would recommend them to everyone.

Called in the morning regarding a sick new rescue pup. They were able to see me the same day providing thorough exam and meds. They will be my vet in the future for all pets. Highly recommend.

Dr. Quindt is great, got all my questions answered, received suggestions for food & training harness as Wylie chewed through his in the office. Wylie was very comfortable with Dr. Quindt & his staff. We'll be back. I definitely recommend Cottage Lake Vet Hospital.
