Me and my wife and our 4 children took our dog in for an initial visit, we were told the our dog would be taking inside without us for rabies test but the other reason we came could be done outside at our vehicle if we were uncomfortable with him coming inside alone(covid restrictions, which was never explained to us). Heather let us know the Doc would come out and talk to us to help set us at ease. Dr Lindsey came out and introduced herself then told me, my wife and our 4 children that this is the way they do it and if we don't like it well we can just leave!
I was very confused because the only thing that had been said by anyone was her introducing herself. Dr Lindsey started the conversation angry and aggressive but I thank her for this because if that is how she immediately acts towards nervous pet owners I can not imagine how she would've treated my sweet scared nervous dog who has had only bad experiences with vets.
So in the end I thank you for being an overly aggressive and irrational person. I hope that no other worried pet owner has to deal with being treated less than for an unknown and seemingly unjustified hatred towards them and there pet!

If you love your pets, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. Behind closed doors, but in front of his staff, Dr. Keeley is not gentle with your pets. If they do not listen to him, he will knee your dog very hard in the side and he also will pick your full size dog up and drop them from his standing height. He is a phony who has no patience for animals. He even treats his staff terribly. Yelling, cussing, and throwing things at them is what he is good at.
Their "tech" who is named Haley hits dogs in the face if they do not listen to her. She is cruel. She also cannot draw blood on an animal without shoving the needle in them over and over. She literally digs under your pets skin until she gets blood. A technician with their actual license would not do this. If you really care about your animals, take them elsewhere.
They do not want people in the office so they can get away with all of these things. "COVID" is the excuse, but not the real reason. Rethink your decision of being a client here.

My dog (Sage) had her left & right Cruciate ligaments repaired here. Dr. Keeley did a fantastic job. They loved her, cared for her & remembered her every time she came in. I am thankful for this place every single day. They saved the quality of her life! My best friend can go on hikes, swim & enjoy her life again! Thank you!

Dr. Chris went out of his way to treat our 12 week-old puppy. We were out of town visiting family in the Valparaiso area with no previous ties to his practice, and no scheduled appointments. Chris not only made time for us, but also spent about 30 mins explaining the puppy's ailment and treatment approach; very generous of him. While this type of service may not always be the rule, you can be assured that Chris will go above and beyond to treat as many animals as time allows. Thank you!
