All the staff here seem to really care about your pet. My Frankie is getting old and they are making sure he is in the best shape possible in his later years. I had awful experiences with Coyne in Portage and I am so happy there are better places to go. I highly recommend.

Do not use this place. We boarded our 2 dogs for one night, and paid for bath/nail trims, as well as extra playtime/walks. When we picked them up, the staff had to take them back to trim their nails. When we got home and unpacked their bag, we found both bags of food we had provided completely full. They had not been fed for 24 hours! When we tried to call back the boarding was closed, we had to wait 30 minutes on hold calling on Monday only to find out no boarding managers on duty and they were understaffed on the weekend.

One owner was in surgery and the other 2 owners were not available. When we finally got through the staff was rude and incompetent and no one can resolve our issue. Our pets were neglected and this place does not take responsibility for their lack of care. We ended up disputing the charges on our card.

I was seen quickly with my cat. The staff was very friendly and informative and after the visit I felt my cat's issues had been addressed adequately. This is the second time that we have had to take one of our cats here for an emergency type visit due to lack of appointments at our regular vet. We will definitely return if needed.

My beautiful boy got diagnosed with lymphoma on August 16, 2021 they told us sweetly and let us know how sorry they were. They gave us a day and told us the different treatments we could do. Then asked if we needed time and to call them when we were ready and had discussed it and looked into everything. So we proceeded with our decision that we had come to.

He went on to explain things the time line and then told us when we were ready they would be there. When the time came the staff was amazing and gave us the time we needed and made sure he didn't suffer. They were so sweet and understanding and I will alway appreciate this staff from start to finish. They are amazing and I love this place!

The website is incorrect. Emergency hours apparently begins at 5:30 p.m. not 6:00 p.m. as stated on the website. I arrived at 5:34 and they wanted to charge almost triple the amount it cost 4 minutes earlier The lady at the front desk wasn't budging either and was dismissive. I guess I will need to come back tomorrow and make another trip. Hopefully my dog is fine till then.

So I took my dog to another hospital and they could not find out what was wrong with my dog Arena. So I took her here to Hobart Animal clinic. They took my dog straight in with almost no wait. The doctor examined her and took x-rays and could not find anything either, but his wild guess treated Arena with some medication and she is back to her normal self.

The Dr. Explained the x-rays he took of her and the entire staff was very helpful. Thank you all for making my Arena walk again. I recommend anyone to bring They animals here. They in great hands.

Has been an excellent experience all three times I've been there, they really have a love for animals in general. One of the only places I could find that actually trim bird wings and bunny nails with little to no weight as long as the main vet isn't in surgery. Long story short all around excellent experience would recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend! I brought my cat in after she was having a bad reaction/infection after a procedure (performed by a different vet). They got me in super quick and were very knowledgable. They treated her with antibiotics along with a few other things and I could tell how much better she already felt later the same day. I was also pretty torn up over her state and they were so kind to me, especially the vet tech. I thought the price was fair, it was actually less than I expected.

A very good atmosphere. Vets and staff are very caring, helpful and knowledgeable. I well take my pet back to this clinic. The only thing i didn't like was it is first come first serve. No appts are taken which is the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars. But they do have an emergency clinic if needed! Highly recommend!

This place is so awesome! We got a new puppy and we were so excited to take her to her first check up. As always they were great!
