ROBERT PAINTER VETERINARIAN Dr. Painter was the owner and doctor of Wanamaker Animal Hospital for nearly 30 years. He joined the staff of Irvington Pet Clinic in February of 2020 as our part-time doctor. DEBBIE H. Debbie has been with IPC since June of 2020. She has been in the veterinary field and shelter life for 20 plus years.Debbie and her husband live on a small farm with their 2 cats, 2 miniature donkeys, and a pig. In her spare time she enjoys boating with friends and family. DEBBIE Debbie has been our lead receptionist since 2013.

My cat cut her foot. I took her to the emergency vet. Waited 6 hrs to be told she needed her foot cut off. I asked about other options and was not provided any. I also paid over 700 for her treatment. I decided to take her to our actual vet the next day to see if they could give us a more affordable solution. The team here were so friendly and nice.
The doctor looked at her and told us she could go with stitches and indeed after doing another X-ray did not need her paw removed! They took the time to explain her wound to us and post care as well. They truly care for the pets they see and the families. This is by far the best vet clinic around!

I love love love this vet! The front desk staff has been consistently kind and helpful (which is huge when dealing with peoples beloved pets), the doctors are knowledgeable and I've never felt like they recommended services that weren't needed. (Another HUGE plus because I've been to many vet offices that take advantage). Great service, great staff, great care.

I've been going to Irvington Pet Clinic for years and they have always been so amazing. I can't believe I haven't left them a review yet. Today, my dog had a sudden allergic reaction and started swelling up in hives. I called the clinic immediately and was to able be seen less than an hour later. We were in-and-out and already medicated and on the mend. I could not be more grateful that they always come through. And my pup isn't lumpy any more!

BIG thank you to Irvington Pet Clinic for taking care my boy sunny and treating him so nicely. He had an infected spider bite that drained out and i needed an appointment quickly and they definitely did that! Big relief. Only complaint may be the price is a little bit higher than vets i have been to in the past but their care was so quick and pleasant that i did not mind!

I took one of our cats to the Clinic for a consultation for sneezing and loose bowels. The staff was not masked but asked customers to wear masks. Service was prompt. The Vet made a couple of suggestions as possible remedies. The issue of loose bowel movements seems to have been remedied with a daily diet supplement. Sneezing is getting to decrease. Yea! Overall, I'm happy with the services and pricing.

We have had the same vet for years. But then, she moved out of state. Our groomer recommended Irvington Vet Clinic. We had our first visit this week. Everyone was so welcoming, and Mags who usually is not comfortable in new settings, did great! Thank you, Doctor P., Debbie, Chris and Kay for making this a very pleasant experience! We'll see you soon, for Mason's first visit!

Fortunately my dog is healthy and I've only ever needed IPC for regular check ups. They get their patients in quickly, the staff and docs are all very kind and great with my skittish (yet gigantic) dog. The prices are reasonable and I've never had a problem getting an appointment. They're a great part of the Irvington neighborhood.

Love this place. I'd take my dog here frequently for shots and check ups. The staff is friendly and gets you in and out. They send emails letting me know when my dog had upcoming shots due. They even sent a happy birthday email to me for my dog. Never had a bad experience here ever. Keep up the good work.

Will recommend Irvington Pet Clinic to anyone. Dr Kelly has been our vet for so many years he's watched our kids completely grow up. He has saved at least 2 of our dog's lives calling us on weekends. We follow him every time he moves to a different practice over the years. We left Avon Animal Hospital gladly due to the poor staff & cost. Irvington staff is phenomenal and we still feel like we're going to " eat" when we leave because they don't charge you your mortgage.
They are on time, courteous and actually care about your pets and your family. Our dogs were seen quite a lot within a couple weeks and we were in and out in no time. Thank you Irvington staff

The lady's here are so amazing! My daughter had a dog stolen over 2 years ago, and someone found her a couple weeks ago and took her to the Irvington pet clinic. They scanned her chip and called my daughter. I went to pick her up, and they had fed her, gave her lots of water, made her very comfortable. Thank you so much for helping reunite this beautiful for baby with her family.
