Loving Hands Animal Clinic - Jo Anne M Roesner

My little buddy, Augie had an abscess near his head, and Dr. Minnick was able to get it cleaned out and he is almost back to his normal self 24 hours later. The staff and Dr. Minnick we're all very nice and professional. This was the first time I've taken a turtle to a vet, but Loving Hands is my new go to place for all of Augie's needs.

I took my bearded dragon here and they are very competent, thorough, honest, and caring. I am glad that I feel I am doing the most to help her get better based off the care they gave.

Great doctors and staff who are very friendly, knowledgeable, and have numerous services to help your pet. However, there are way more affordable options than this vet who will provide the same level of care for quite literally half the cost.

They hold up to their name. I took my kitten with diarrhea, they treated and was b k to normal within 5 days. Thank you Loving Hands!

Loving Hands Animal Clinic and Pet Resort lives up to it's name. From the time you walk in the door and the receptionist greets you and your animal(s) to the examining room and beyond. I have 3 dogs and a cat they take care of and keep them healthy. The pet resort keeps my animals happy when I board them there, and I can leave knowing they will be well taken care of. That is a great feeling for a PawParent.

Very caring staff who do their best. I've only been there for vet visits and once for surgery, but everytime they treated my dog with love and care. Prices can be high but that's the nature of the beast I suppose.

We greatly appreciated the wonderful, welcoming and professional service that Dr Denning and the entire staff at "Loving Hands" gave our pet Chinchilla and us. Not too many vets around see Chinchillas or other exotic pets, and we were so happy to find them so close to our home! Dr. Denning was able to mix up the antibiotics on site and her assistant gave Willow her first dose there due to her mildly inflamed back paw. Chinchillas are usually very skittish especially with strangers, but Willow went straight to Dr. Denning with no problem!

It was like she knew she was there to help. The vet assistant and front desk ladies were very helpful. One of the ladies at the front desk owned 8 chinchillas in the past so she was very familiar with them! And then the next morning, we got a text from a nurse checking up to see how Willow was doing. We highly recommend "Loving Hands" to anyone new to the area or just in need of a competent, professional, genuine, compassionate and gentle vet!

We took nine puppies in for their first checkup and shots. Dr Denning checked each one thoroughly while discussing their care with us. She is marvelous with our animal family members. The whole staff was loving on the puppies the entire time. Loving Hands has a litter rate so there is only a single charge for the office visit plus the shots for each puppy. Very happy with the care and service.

I called late in the day because our 8 yo Lab was racing through the yard "puppy raging" she turned around and headed straight for me, then out of no where she yelped and screamed and yelped and slunk over to me crying. The staff was ready to go home when I called but they refused to let me worry about my baby over night and had me bring her right away.

She was checked in before I arrived and they saw her immediately. Dr. Hall did a great job examining her and calming me down and we have a sore but happy puppy at home and I'm so grateful for everyone at Loving Hands. Maddie and I can't thank you enough!

Best experience at a vet with my geriatric kitty. I just moved to the area, and our pet sitter recommended we come here. My cat gets super anxious visiting the vet, but they did everything they could to make her comfortable: a heating pad, treats, and pets. The visit was super quick and efficient to reduce her stress. I'll definitely be taking her back for all well checks.

I traveled about a half an hour to see Dr. JoAnne Roesner, even though I could have taken this very ill, rescued kitten nearby. I did not trust anyone but her! She embodies what true loving hands are, both for this sweet kitten found after being hit by a car, and for our family who has become so attached to the sweet little soul. Dr. Roesner has a true gift of healing animals, blending her superior knowledge with true compassion and love for animals. I would 100% recommend her.

The staff here is beyond amazing. I had to put my poor kitty boots down very unexpectedly. Dr. Wilson worked very quickly to find out what was wrong with him and while doing that there vet techs were very reassuring and caring. Shannon kept me informed and updated as they did tests and nurse kimia and nurse kristin did the exact same. They let me love on my kitty and walked me through the whole processes. Even if i was crying. I hated to let my kitty go but i couldnt have asked for a better staff to help me make the right choice.

Loving Hands has been a godsend to our family! Every staff member always goes above and beyond with all our pets! I could list many names and praises...but just recently, with something so simple but so huge in our German Shephards life of recovery after surgery, Shannon saved the day and nights for him! Our German has been so scared having the big cone on, especially in his crate! Shannon recommended an inflatable collar, she took the time to find one at a store nearby for me, sent me a link, and it was on him within 30 minutes. He was so happy to have options while he is crated during his healing! So grateful for the loving Doctors and loving staff! And a big thank you to Shannon!

There aren't a lot of vets out there who will work with exotics such as ferrets, let alone having the knowledge base to properly treat them, but Dr. Roesner is by far one of my most beloved veterinarians to work with my "business" of six ferrets. She cares for them like they are her own and has always went above and beyond for them over the years she has cared for them.

And when it was time to let one go, she was such a great source of comfort, understanding, compassion, and love. I can't thank her enough for all she has done for my fur babies. The technicians have been amazing as well and have always gone out of their way to help them when they are sick, or to just get in some good cuddles. Having a great vet isn't just about the cost. It's about the relationship you build, and I think we have a solid one!

It is very hard to find a vet that takes exotic animals such as birds of every breed. I was very blessed to find Loving Hands, but more-so, blessed to find Dr. Roesner. She has not only been an incredible vet to my three feathered babies, but a friend and someone I look forward to seeing each time I take them there. She returns calls same day I request it, she asks her techs to text me updates on tests and she is highly knowledgeable with Avian health, needs and standards.

I wouldn’t trust any one else with my babies. I can’t say enough about this office and everyone in it. If you have a bird and are looking for a vet, you can’t go wrong with Loving Hands. They saved my little loves lives as they were in rough shape when I brought them in and now they are thriving beyond expectations! Photos of my babies are in the comments.
