Wonderful practice that we've been going to for years! Dr. Krista Kasprenski is incredible! She has a kind bedside manner and really listens to you. She's very thorough with exams and excellent follow up. Thanks to her being extra cautious she caught a cancerous tumor early that we had surgically removed. Two years later and our senior, Bella, is still doing great! The office staff and vet techs are the best! Cindy, Sandy, Katie are amazing!

If it werent for the one woman that answers the phone there, I would give more stars, but her awful attitude just ruins anything positive about the place. she is so OBNOXIOUS. She makes you feel stupid, she makes you feel like you are the most annoying inconvenience on the planet. She is exasperated when you call to make an appointment, she scoffs when you ask her a simple, routine question, she gives abrubt, quick not-even-relevant "responses" before allowing you to even finish your question, then gives you an attitude like you are wasting her time when you have to then repeat what you werd trying to say before she interrupted you?!

Every single interaction with this woman left me feeling angry, annoyed, disgusted, and feeling like I want NOTHING to do with that place anymore. The attitude she gives is so uncalled for that it is jarring. I have to mention though, that there is another woman who also answers the phone there who is the exact opposite in every way- she is so sweet and patient and doesnt scoff at you or make you feel anything other than a valued customer. she is patient and kind and sympathetic. HER personality is perfectly suited to be working front desk at a vet.the other one shouldnt be working in any job where she has to interact with the public, or with anyone for that matter.

She is clearly a very bitter, unhappy woman, and has such a godawful, unpleasant personality. I cant stand calling that place bc I just anticipate that wretched woman answering. I would never be ok with someone losing their job, but I do not care in this case bc she seriously should not be working there. They need to cut her loose. And i dont feel even slightly bad for suggesting it.

I've been taking my pets to Rockhill for close to 40 years. All the doctors and staff there are caring and amazing and I feel confidant that they care for my pets like they would their own. They are very welcoming and helpful at the desk. I highly recommend this practice.

Rockhill Veterinary Assoc. has been taking care of our fur babies for over 40 years. We wouldn't trust any other vet with our pets. All the docs are great but right now Dr Lin is going above & beyond to find out what's going on with my Sheltie, Angel. I have full confidence that she will get there. She's caring, compassionate & really cares about her patients. Thank you SO much Dr. Lin!

Absolutely love Rockhill vet! My dog is happy to go! She struts in knowing she will have a great experience. Stella had an operation when younger and loves Dr. Lin! I feel confident knowing that I will get the right advice and treatment for my four-legged buddy.

Critical: Professionalism I am finding that Rockhill Veterinary Hospital is either short staffed or they need attitude adjustments. I pay thousands of dollars for my pets care and to be treated the way I was treated on the phone was purely unprofessional.

Only negative is how long it takes to get a routine appointment - if it is a sick/injury issue they get you in, but routine appointments are scheduled sometimes a month out (I need evening and I know that is part of the reason but still frustrating) - That said, everything else is great! They were wonderful with our last dog, Reba, her entire life - even making special arrangements to come in early so she would not need to spend night once due to her separation anxiety issues.

We have also had several cats (that are not ours but live on our property) spayed/nuetered here as well - they were one of the few vets in area who would honor the discount certificates we received to get the strays in the area fixed. Most of the others wanted to charge us full price even though they were not our cats. Because of the care our pets have received in the past, we continue to go there even though there are at least a dozen vets closer to us and we could probably get a routine appointment faster with.

Rockhill took me right away on a Monday after my cat stopped eating all weekend long.he vet was very compassionate, and were very good with the cat. They treated him and assured me. He recovered quite quickly.

I have been a client of Rockhill for a very long time. They have an excellent staff. I always appreciate the great care they give my fur babies.

Best vet in upper bucks Pa. I've been going to Rockhill since 1999. Doctor Lynn is a no nonsense, caring, tell it like it is doctor. The whole staff is caring and there for you. Rockhill-Rocks!

I read many of the reviews and I agree with them. They are so caring so professional and helpful. They make sure you understand what they are doing and explain everything to me. I called with questions and they are very patient with me and have the answers I need. I could not do with out them. Best place to take your pets!

I found Rockhill Vet 5+ years ago when I moved to Souderton. I was looking for a pet sitter that could help with my diabetic cat when I was away. I found a wonderful pet sitter and a wonderful vet for my cats. Thank you Teresa and Dr. Lin!

I called Rockhill looking to make an appointment for my cat, Thor, in 2 weeks because i was previously told that was the availability. I called and explained he had an abscess and they fit me in the next day! Dr. Sara Bauer was absolutely amazing, I totally recommend her to anyone! Their pricing was fair, they were so professional and caring for my baby! Thank you so much!

The staff is absolutely amazing, hands down! They 100% truly care about your fur-family! They saved our 11 year old dog's life and loved & cared for her as if she was their own! We could tell our dog felt loved, safe, and comfortable in their care when she usually gets anxiety being away from us. They are truly miracle workers and heros! We are so grateful that we went to them and not another local vet. We can never repay them for the extra time we get to have with our family & best friend. We will never forget all that they did for our family!

We have been coming to Rockhill for years and all my neighbors now use Rockhill as well. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and really love our on pets when they come into the office. When our cat was sick and had to stay overnight they even had someone checking on him to be sure he was ok. We love Rockhill Vet!
