Indian Valley Animal Hospital

Staff always extremely friendly and helpful. I've seen two different veterinarians there and they both are very gentle and soothing to my dogs. They also seem to be sympathetic to your pocketbook and try to guide you on the best health options for your pet without shoving unnecessary treatments down your throat.

We were looking for a small, friendly vet and this seems to be the place. Great customer service and follow up.

I love everything about this place! All the staff here is wonderful and we have never had to wait long to get seen. It is kind of pricey but you get that with any veterinarian. The most important thing is that they really care about your animals and I feel that here. Edited to add: we've been taking the kittens here since we got them and they only see Dr. Wilson and they love her! She is a fabulous vet and is very knowledgeable!

Would never take my Furfriends anywhere else. Starting with first contact with reception and techs, so a warm and caring. Doctors are gentle and very thorough.takes time for questions and never hurried with answers and care. Love you guys!

Staff was considerate and polite. I do feel that they could have paid alittle more attention to the lump I pointed out multiple times.

I was traveling in the area when Willow my 3yr old golden doodle developed a UTI. Indian Valley Animal Hospital gave us an immediate appointment. They didn't hesitate to assist me knowing full well I was not from the area. They were kind, caring, personable and professional. I highly recommend this facility to those living in the area. I can't thank them enough for what they did for Willow and I.

Very nice facility. Clean, bright. & cheery. Dr. Wilson is quite a friendly, personable doctor. She was was very gentle with our ailing cat. We were going to another Vet., but have now decided to switch.

I have a fearful dog who is an abuse survivor. She is a sweet, beautiful soul who gave me her whole heart when she began to trust me, but is very frightened in unfamiliar environments, especially when I'm not with her. Trips to the vet during this pandemic have, naturally, been particularly difficult for us since I have to wait in the car. But the staff is kind, friendly, and trustworthy.

They're very supportive and prompt. I love that they sent reminder cards when my dog (and cats!) Are due for their vaccines/wellness visits, because life gets in the way sometimes and it's easy for me to lose track of those things!

I have never spoken to a more caring person than I did this morning on the phone. I had a family member need assistance with an ailing elderly fur family member. From my phone conversation alone... my anxiety from not being able to be present living out of state, with my family during this time of need was comforted knowing such amazing and caring professional people were there to assist. I cannot thank you enough for your patience and time in this very important time in my sisters life and her Jack. God Bless

Dr. Wilson was awesome with our two new fur babies. She was extremely thorough with her exam and let us know any issues or concerns that she saw. She really listened to out concerns that we had and also asked if I had any questions for her! She made our family and our fur babies feel very welcomed. It is really nice to know that our fur babies health and wellness are her first priority.

We absolutely love this veterinary office. We’ve been going there for years but sadly we had to put our sick dog down on Saturday and Dr. Fraysier could not have been more wonderful as well as all of the staff who took care of us and Mack. We received a condolence card today and I was blown away that every staff member of their practice took the time to write a personal note. Thank you all so much and I highly recommend this office for your beloved pets! Here is a picture of Mack in his healthier days along with his little sidekick Daisy.

IVAH is impressive! Every staff member we have met has been caring and responsive. Three cheers for Dr. Wilson, who has been so wonderful in her care of our elder cat.

I like that the staff waits to see Kitty Morrigan and treat her like the big cuddly floof she is.she is not stressed when the techs take time to sooth her before exam. I like that the staff makes sure Bella, earns her treats after performing her tricks! Bella and Kitty are lucky dog and cat to have such caring professionals as friends.
