Mickey my dog and my cat minnie switched vets for personal reasons super glad I met Dr Cowley! I love the new atmosphere and surrounding from my first experience with my dogs visit, it was nice and comfortable thank you!

This is an amazing Veterinary clinic. After calling around the area to get our new baby kitten Obi a distemper shot, no vet office would give us an appointment within a couple weeks stating that they were all "booked up". Well we couldn't wait to get this shot because it needs to be done in weekly sessions. Animal Crackers got us in that week and when we came in for the appointment they did an amazing job explaining everything about having a new kitten and exactly what to do.

The vet even trimmed his nails and gave him snacks while he got his shot. She gave us a bunch of information about owning a new kitten and even called us the next day to check on him. The Vet told us if we go on vacation they have boarding available and in case of any emergencies to just call and they would be there. Wow! Amazing family business and would recommend to anyone with any kind of pet. Super informative and kind. We will be taking all of our animals here moving forward!

My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and brought our new kitten here. so awesome. This is a family owned business that so clearly cares about you and your animals. They are so great here and I'm so glad we found this vet.

Great doctor. Basically the dog whisperer. She knew exactly how to treat my GSD. I would definitely recommend especially if the have an animal who isn't really friendly or who doesn't be around other animals. Atmosphere is very calming like if you were at home.

Dr. Cowley and staff are absolutely wonderful! Besides being warm, accommodating and thorough in my elderly Dachsund's health/care, they also handled an emergency visit within minutes. I'm 100% confident in Dr. Cowley. She provides high level of care and also follow-through, calling and checking up after every visit. The staff treats my old girl like their own pet. I couldn't be happier here!

She's a very nice vet and she's great with cats and dogs but I don't trust her judgement any more as a reptile vet. I bought a bearded dragon that had a severe impaction and MBD. She said we did a great job getting the impaction out but we need to halt the MBD. She offered an x ray to confirm but said it didn't matter since it doesn't change the course ou treatment.

I called on the 23rd and she refused to see my pet because of Christmas. I did everything I could for my beloved pet. I even called every vet in the area and nobody would see her. On Christmas I rushed her to an animal hospital in New Jersey. The told me she has been sick for sometime and said the damage from the impaction cause several internal injuries and that it finally caught up to her. Had we known sooner there may of been a small chance we could of done something. She died on Christmas. I only want the best for all of my pets and she was not a good fit.

Animal Crackers is amazing. I highly recommend taking your fur babies here. Michelle (vet) is absolutely wonderful. She walked me through everything and showed me everything I needed to take care of our new puppy Nova.

Dr. Cowley and her staff are excellent and very kind! My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes and Dr. Cowley has been awesome! She makes herself available at all times to make sure my Jaxson is doing well and to answer any questions I may have during a scary time. She and her staff are almost like family! I highly recommend Animal Crackers to anyone in the Lansdale, PA area.

I grew up in this area and have taken animals to numerous vets over the years. Howevet not one can compare to Dr Cowley. She is professional and knows what she is doing but does not pressure you or make you feel badly in any decision you make. I will not take my pets anywhere else.

My family and our dog live in PA around the corner from Animal Crackers Vet. I live in NC and came up for a week visit and when I called for a wellness visit I was able to get an appointment right away for our dog Milo. Dr. Michelle Crowley and her staff were very kind and helpful. Our Milo is not always comfortable or friendly with people and after explaining this to Dr Crowley she really took her time and made sure Milo was comfortable nd did not get spooked.

She explained all the different types of vaccinations and suggested giving him only what was necessary. Never did I feel she was trying to sell me things as I've read from another review. She called a few days after appointment to check on how Milo was feeling and to make sure there was no reactions to vaccinations. During the call I explained to her that my son had asked to come back to NC with me and bring the dog for a few weeks and if it was possible to bring Milo back for the Bordetella Vaccination before I left. She was very accommodating and fit us right in. Milo even picked up a new collar that was very reasonably priced. We are very satisfied with the service we received here.
