Ark Animal Hospital

In 2021 we switched to Ark Animal Hospital from another local vet. Our experience with Ark so far has been wonderful! They answer the phones quickly, never put us on long holds, and are always pleasant. The vets and vet techs are wonderful.

I started taking my 2 small mixed breed dogs here last year. The one dog always had throwing up issues but no one could give me an answer, all her tests were fine. Ark has been so good they changed her food and gave me some tips on how to feed her and what they though she had. She's been good ever since. I like that the vets go over the dogs records before we see them and all the staff has been super friendly. I can also order food treats and meds and have it shipped for free.

I just love Ark Animal Hospital. They are ALWAYS polite and they truly listen to what you are saying. There's always a technion in the exam room and explain what you need to do to help your pet get better. They always encourage questions if you don't understand. I have dealt with four Veterinarians there and I bvb am comfortable with each one.

Recently had an emergency appointment for my chihuahua mix due to stomach issues. Dr Scott B. was wonderful. I have always had big dogs and was struggling to find the right food/amounts for Buster. Dr B. took time to explain what would be best. He gave me a plan which I am following and Buster is loving it!

We have been with Ark for almost 2 years now and take both of our pups there for all their medical needs. Our most recent adopted dog tested positive for heartworm. As a pet parent it was a hard diagnosis to hear and I had many (many!) concerns about getting our little guy through this treatment. When we first got the diagnosis our vet said they would discuss his case and treatment as a team.

Each member of the staff have been patient in answering my millions of questions before or after each appointment. The organization has done a great job through the pandemic. Adjusting from in-person visits to curbside back and forth as needed based on community infection levels. I'm glad to know that they do everything possible to keep the pets, pet parents and their staff safe! And my pups would give them two paws up for the smiling faces, ear rubs and treats they get when visiting. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I'd give six stars if possible to Ark Animal Hospital. When our cat was sick, she was treated by Dr. Seymour whose compassion and expertise is extraordinary. I highly recommend Ark to anyone needing a good veterinarian.

This was only the second visit to Ark, but already I can tell that it is way better than where I was going before. I love that everyone you come in contact with is polite, kind and caring. I was bringing my dog in for surgery and I was just as nervous as he was. However, the assistant that we met with first thing in the morning was so calm and reassuring and made us both feel good. Then, meeting with the vet (Dr. Ravin) we were both put at ease.

She is very knowledgeable and is very kind and thoughtful with how she presents the things she is talking about. At my previous vet, they talked down to you and would often be very rude and rough around the edges when talking about my dog who is getting older. My last visit there broke me and I knew I was never going back for how they treated me and how they handled my dog. I am thrilled to be with Ark where I know that my questions will be answered, and most importantly, I know that my pets are in excellent care. Thank you so much!

We take all our pets to ark, even the guinea pigs. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and great with the animals!

They are very professional and team is very friendly lovely. This is best place.

My dog had an emergency situation and my own vet would not make the time for her and suggested I go to an emergency hospital. I looked at reviews for local vets and Ark Animal had great reviews! They certainly lived up to those reviews. I called for an appointment and their first one was the next morning. They suggested I take it and if I brought my dog somewhere else to let them know.

Within a couple hours, they called and said they had a cancelation and could see her immediately. I brought my dog in and they were amazing! First, we could go in with our dog! They diagnosed her and got her on meds immediately! Dr. Johnson was wonderful with our pup! Thank you to Lauren for being so sweet to follow up and get us in asap! I'm switching vets today!

They were great. One of my ferrets was having trouble breathing and eating and they were able to see him right away and get him all fixed up and I was shocked at how low my bill was. They are amazing so happy I found a vet that actually cares about the animals they see.

These are the sweetest people I've ever come into contact with! They really care about not only your pet but you! My dog is 15 and I have had him since I was 7, he has been with this vet from the beginning and they have been amazing! Dr. Hollenbach, Dr. Raven and Nurse Tracy are incredible!

Ollie is our fourth patient at Ark. we began with this practice in 2003, and have always felt welcomed and cared for. It was a pleasure meeting with Dr. Hollenbach last night. She was just as friendly and knowledgeable as always! I can't recommend this practice enough! Thank you for all that you do!

Edit: I want to apologize for tagging the wrong place in my initial review, but I want to keep 5 stars instead of deleting. Ark was, instead, the place where we had scheduled an appointment for Midnight for a few days after his passing. When I had to call to cancel his appointment, the lady answering the phone was incredibly kind and sympathetic and gave her well wishes to our family at this time. As I told her, when we're feeling a bit more ready, I hope to use your office for our other boys for checkups and vaccines. Thanks again for the kindness!

We recently left a practice we had been with for 16 years and registered all five dogs at Ark. our experience thus far has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone, from the front desk to the vet, is kind, responsive, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We were in and out quickly with excellent follow up. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Bertoldo! Thank you for making our transition so seamless.

All the doctors here are great and have always been helpful and caring. My little one, Peanut, has been seeing Dr. Stover for the last year and she has been so kind and knowledgeable.

I can't say enough good things about Ark Animal Hospital! We have taken our 2 cats and rabbit here for years for routine visits and emergencies and have seen various vets and techs. Every person from the front desk to techs and vets has been amazingly responsive, communicative, compassionate, helpful and kind. Even with the passing of our rabbit they showed so much empathy and support, we cannot thank everyone enough and will always take our pets here. Highly highly recommend this veterinary practice!
