I am always so happy with how nice everyone is. When my Molly was recently sick they were so understanding and able to get her in right away with no issue. The vet and assistants are so gentle and loving towards the animals. My dog isn't fond of really anyone but she does just fine when she is there. I think that says a lot! A month ago-We love the services we have received here.The staff is always friendly and helpful. When our pup was scared and showing some aggressive behavior in the exam room, the staff and doctors took their time working with her and trying to make her feel comfortable.

Our hospital utilizes the latest advances in technology and equipment to provide your pet with the best medical care available. For your convenience, Schwenksville Vet accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, ATM/Debit, Check, CareCredit, Scratchpay or cash. CareCredit provides third party financing to get the care your pet needs immediately, including emergency medical and surgical treatment. Care Credit offers interest-free and low-interest financing options, as well as low monthly payments.
Due to an increase in no show appointments and last-minute cancellations, we are having to implement a missed appointment/cancellation policy. We understand that there may be times when due to a true emergency you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If you have a true emergency and need to cancel and reschedule your appointment, you must call us 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows our practice sufficient time to schedule a patient that may have been waiting months to be seen.
Dr. Ross (as he prefers to be called) was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and raised in Lancaster County, Pa. He graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Bioscience. He then proceeded to Temple University School of Medicine where he obtained a Master's degree in Physiology.
Jeannie graduated from Purdue University in 1994 where she obtained an A.A.S. in Veterinary Technical Studies. Jeannie completed her training and got her certification in Canine Rehabilitation in December of 2011. She shares her home with her husband Jason, three dogs Moose, Jethro, and Morty and her three cats Herbie, Theodore and Ronald.

BEST VET EVER! We have had a few bad experiences with other vets in the past, as I'm sure almost everyone has, but we've been to Schwenksville twice now and both times have been such amazing experiences. My husband and I are so happy and relieved! The care was wonderful and Dr. Sam was so compassionate and reassuring. The techs are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are also pretty reasonably priced. I know that can be a major concern, and unfortunately a deterrent, when considering vet care. I wish I could give more stars

Great Doctors and Nurses! I have been taking Zoey for years since trying a few other Veterinarians in the area. They don't insist on tests but do give me all my options and their opinion. Zoey is elderly and I appreciate their care and compassion. The prices are reasonable. Much lower than Limerick Vet.

I became a client of Schwenksville vet when I called them and they were able to take my dog in for a minor emergency same day. I have 3 elderly dogs so their schedule flexibility is invaluable to me and means less chance of having to spend thousands at an emergency animal hospital. Every single staff member clearly loves animals, the doctors actually call you and help you understand your pets issues and offer advice.
My dog just had surgery with them and they called to check in on him. I should also say the surgery went great and he's doing fantastic! If I could give more stars I would, this place overachieves on all levels!

We had a wonderful experience here with our new pup. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The services are very affordable. The vet technician did a great job at explaining us everything we need to know about our new puppy. The vet herself was so so nice and professional. The front desk associates were great.

Schwenksville Vet Hospital just took care of my cat for a same day sick appointment. Having owned many cats in my lifetime and navigating the world of finding a good practitioner, I can say that Dr Sam and her vet tech Sam (yes, that's correct two Sams) were thorough, patient and kind to my furry friend, as well as extremely knowledgeable and wonderful communicators with humans.
In the process of trying to schedule and figure out details, every receptionist was amazing too. I feel confident that we received top notch care today. Thank you for taking good care of my fury family member and taking the time to explaining everything to me. Your patience and knowledge are so appreciated!

They treated our cats kindly and answered all our questions. We didn't wait long. The prices are high for exam and shots. But that can be expected for good quality care. We didn't feel rushed out the door. I like that they take the time to listen to you as a pet parent. I would give this Vet a thumbs up.

Best vet around. Staff is so friendly. Have been going here for years and won't switch ever. I have one dog that is not friendly. They make arrangements for her so we don't have to interact with anyone except those that work at the vet. They are so good with her and you can't ask for more when your dog is part of your family. Just a very caring practice.

The best veterinary practice around! We moved from the area and had to find another veterinarian which was hard because Schwenksville Vet set the bar so high. Every one there does a great job making the animals and humans feel welcome. They helped our dog to have a better quality of life. We had her being treated by someone else but it wasn't helping so we changed veterinarians and her life is much better because of it. Our dog and cat saw both of the vets and I like them equally.

I've finally found the perfect Vet! I've gone to other vets in the area and Schwenksville is, by far, THE BEST!! Dr. Ross and the entire staff go above and beyond in every aspect. They are kind and caring toward my pets and treat them as though they were their own. I find their services to be reasonably priced and they don't push you into buying things that aren't necessary. If you are looking for a great vet that you can trust, this is your place. I went here on a referral from a friend of a friend and I'm so glad I did.
