Went in as an emergency case because our vet was booked and we were advised to have the dog looked at dog because we noticed she started exhibiting symptoms from a snake bite with extensive panting and small cuts/wounds on her front paw that got redder in an hour. The techs and staff were extremely kind and quickly took a look to evaluate the wound area and read her vitals to assess her state.

They determined she was fine and did not suffer any bites, but that her cuts/wounds needed to be kept clean to heal. They were so kind and compassionate and even though it turned out we didn't actually have a real emergency all the staff were very friendly. Emergency visits aren't something we rush into (we've experienced two that easily cost us a $1000 each with past dogs at a different emergency office), but if we believe the dog is in a situation that needs medical attention and our own vet is not available again, we will definitely bring our dog back to MedVet in Manassas for care.

This is a very caring and wonderful clinic. I had the unfortunate experience of having to bring my cat Tucker in for emergency care at 8pm on a Wednesday, when all the emergency centers were booked to capacity. The girl I spoke with on the phone from here was far more understanding of my predicament than anyone else from the other emergency clinics in the area that I spoke to, and when I ended up showing up anyway because nobody else said they could take him and they were closest to me, they saw him immediately. Unfortunately, I had to make the decision to put him down considering the circumstances of his condition, but they did their very best to help him, and provided me with guidance on all my options every step of the way.

The kindness every employee showed me was absolutely superb, and the aftercare available is wonderful as well. Considering the fact that I showed up while they were booked and had 0 prior experience with them, I honestly couldn't be happier with these wonderful people, despite the awful circumstances. I don't wish anyone else to have the unfortunate experience that I did, but if you do, please know that both you and your pet will be in wonderful hands with them.

From the first phone call to their office to paying our bill, start to finish, they were wonderful, caring, professional and compassionate. Everything you want when you are taking your fur babies to them for treatment. My boxer was in severe pain on Tuesday and by Friday she was almost back to her normal self. I cannot recommend their services enough.

The staff is professional, calm, and caring. My husband and I really appreciated them being open since the closest ER cut their hours. Please be patient with them. They are doing the best they can with veterinary staff short nationwide. They really helped us last night with our girl Lily.

These people are amazing, wonderful, and kind. They were so helpful when I was panicking during the worst night of my life. They took such good care of my sweet baby, Charlie. Dr. Deebold was fantastic in her care, and receptionists Cal and Ashley were very kind and welcoming. Prices were affordable, the facility was clean and well-cared for, and service was prompt and effective.

To the woman who came in screaming obscenities and berating the receptionists: do better. Those poor girls were doing their job, and doing it exceptionally well, might I add. I would be interested in speaking with management to commend those who provided us service when I was at your facility. Thank you for saving my pet.

The staff was super caring for our kitty and explained everything thoroughly. They did not run unnecessary tests, but explained all our options and what they advised. I was very happy with services.

I took my pet here on a Sunday for emergent care. Pet owners are required to park in numbered spots and call the vet center with their care concern. I provided my info and waited in my vehicle about 15 minutes for a tech to take my pet inside (I was unable to go in with him). A veterinarian contacted me about 30 minutes later with a status and next steps.

Next a technician contacted me with an itemized list of things needed to care for my pet and the cost. I appreciate the timely updates without having to wait too long. My only drawback was the cost for emergent care. It was expensive! This location was the only vet service open on a Sunday in my region. Great staff, good service, but emergent care is costly.

Charlie had shoulder pains and was suffering at home. We drove to MedVet and were instructed to call from the parking lot (COVID protocols). I was told the wait may be up to 2 hours, but they came out to pick up Charlie in about 40-50min. They took great care of him and told me what to discuss with our main vet after the weekend. Thank you MedVet.

No words can explain how grateful we are for the care that was given to my youngest dog "Lil Bit". She is home doing very well from a near death experience. If it hadn't been for the professionalism and skills they bring to the table she would never have pulled through. Thanks to all the staff my wife and I are forever grateful.
