Farmers Veterinary Hospital

This is the first time I had my dogs (6mos. old Morkie and 4yrs. old Yoschon) groomed at this facility. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of this place and the courteous way I was treated by the staff and the attention Bethany (the groomer) paid to each of my pets. One big happy family.

Every appointment has been quick, easy, and stress free! I got my new doggo a couple of months ago and have been a few times now, the subsequent followup appointments to evaluate his issues were easy and affordable. The vets were knowledgeable and helped me have peace of mind that he is in great health! He's been a blessing in my life and I'm thankful that Farmers Veterinary Hospital has ensured he stays that way!

When walking in staff wasn't very welcoming didn't seem to have knowledge of how to answer questions that are important, need a little help, but. When the Dr's helper or nurse came out she was friendly, acknowledged my pain of letting my fur babe go and answered each question with no problem. The Dr.was wonderful they make a very wonderful team. Thanks #BIGBOI

If you value poor communication and lackluster customer service, this is the place for you. After spending close to 2k on surgery for my dog, they neglected to remove 3 out of 4 of her stitches and initially gave me the impression that it was because they were dissolvable. Fast forward a month later and they are still fully there. When I called about the issue, they had no record of which stitches had been removed and asked for clarification where each of them were located.

They also were not able to tell me if they were permanent or dissolvable and asked me to send pictures for them to figure it out. Turns out they were permanent. It is SO concerning that they needed me to tell them information that absolutely should have been accessible to them in my pet's file. No apologies were made by Ashton, the vet tech who I spoke with.

Avoid this place--I think this experience points to major communication issues within this business. There are plenty of other vet offices around who provide superior services.

There was a mix up at my "former" vet we were scheduled for a sick appointment however when we arrived there was a sign on the door stating they were closed. In my dog mom panic moment I called 9 vets to try. and get my sick dog seen. Farmers was the only vet who made it a point to fit her in. Dr. Hall was so kind and informative. My 6 month old Amstaff terrier was a nervous/excited wreck he could barely sit down and they treated my baby with nothing but patience I love it here! Tip: Since we are now waiting outside with our pets due to covid (which is no problem by the way) it'd be great to have some waste bags/basket out there? Puppy enjoyed the grassy area next to the building but when he relieved himself we found ourselves scrambling to the car to find a baggie

Very nice staff. The vet was wonderful and explain what was going on with my dog. nice place to go to.

The front desk assistant seems to have a attitude and not wanting to be bothered with her job however the veterinarians and veterinarian assistants are extremely nice and loved my kitten.

I was very impressed with the staff and how thorough they were. The doctor came out to the car and introduced himself after speaking to me on the phone. The only thing was that I asked for my second cat's nails to be trimmed and they assured me that there was a note in the file but she never got her nails trimmed. I didn't want to have to bring her back and pay more money for a trim.

I love Farmers Vet. We used to go to another clinic and by happenstance ended up here few years ago. It was night and day the way they treated my dog. He is long gone now but I know my new pup is in great hands at Farmers Vet. It's like a hidden gem with the most amazing staff.

Absolutely love them. My dog has stranger issues but somehow he's always so good when he's with the Farmers Vet staff! Sadly I'm moving but I was able to squeeze in a checkup with them before I find a vet in my new state.

Everyone has bad days AND everyone deserves a second chance. Today was my second chance at Farmers Veterinary Hospital. I have been a happy customer for the past few years but the experiences of my past few visits have led me to take my dog to a different Vet so he can receive quality care. Even when speaking to the manager, customer service was not the first priority as she went through all the ways I was wrong before giving me a half hearted apology and letting me know that I could drive back and get the services I already paid for. Two years ago I would have given a 5 star review to this place. Sad that it has gone downhill as this should be a quality resource for our community.

I'm going to be making a visit soon but I'm young and in college and didnt have a job at the time when my cat had a urinary block, the doctor told me I had to go to the ER for my cat and helped me with a lot of my fees and made things significantly affordable. Also he let my cat have overnight stay instead of at the hospital and took personal care of him which I was so incredibly thankful for. They actually care about the pets which is amazing.

I was in a panic when I found out my former clinic had closed and they did not extend my cat's online prescription food order. I was referred to Farmer's and they were so helpful. They were able to give me a same day appointment and provide me not only with a bag of food, but with a prescription as well. All of the staff was great, but I want to give Autumn a special shout out. She was very professional and friendly!

The level of care that my dogs have received at Farmers is head and shoulders above other veterinary hospitals we've been to. They truly listened to our concerns and took a great deal of time with us. Our. visits didn't feel rushed and every detail of the care plans were explained. To top it off they have convenient hours and the very reasonable pricing.

I can't say enough good things about Farmers. The entire staff is kind, welcoming, and compassionate. They do an excellent job of keeping you informed and answer question throughly. I've been coming here for the past few years and have had excellent service every time.

As always, without fail, you give my furry family the best of care. Even with Purty Good [aka P.P.] being a semi feral cat ~ she just melted into the good groove of the office atmosphere. Could be wrong however today she seems more at ease around me ~ like I earned some kitty points from taking her to see Dr. Hall and his awesome staff. It's comforting to know that you are right down the road and you care about my extended family as much as I do. We Love Farmers Veterinary Hospital ~ kitty paws say 'high '.

The vets are so helpful and nice as well as the assistants. I have been bringing my cat here since he was a kitten and they always answer all my questions and they are affordable

Farmers Vet is wonderful! the staff are caring, and they provide quality customer service. I never feel rushed or that I'm being brushed off. It's hard to find the quality you get at Farmers.

Dr Hall, Dr Teague and their staff take care of my little dog and two kitties with kindness and great veterinary knowledge and skill. On our last trip Dr Hall had to take care of scared little Toni Catterson, and she settled down quickly and trusted her pet doctor for her shots. Everyone at Farmers is kind, makes the visit pleasant, keeps pet parents informed and they are very accommodating with working pets in, even without appointments. Really great having them as our vets.
