Everyone in the office is super helpful and. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable, they've answered every question I've had for our two cats and send us reminders about upcoming appointments and vaccinations. A first-class organization I'm happy to do business with! Everyone in the office is super helpful and friendly which helps make even the difficult decisions easy. I couldn't recommend them more if you are needing a trustworthy vet to care for your pet. Love the service I receive here for my rats.

Just like us, our pet's oral care is vital to their overall health. Unlike us however, most oral issues with our pet's are not detected right away and can require more advanced procedures to help them get back to feeling like themselves. Here at East Hilliard Veterinary Services we understand that dental care is complicated for many pet owners and the idea of oral surgery or periodontal therapy can be stressful.

Would 10/10 recommend East Hilliard Veterinary Services. Started coming here because it was close to where we live and had good reviews online. The reviews are all accurate. To be fair, this vet is a little more expensive than other vets we've gone to, but it is completely worth it. Our pets are always treated with patience, love and care and like members of the family.
If there is an issue, I am usually able to get an appointment the next day, or the day after. They make sure you understand everything they are doing and explain everything in easy to understand ways. After I went in because my dog had an ear infection, I was pleasantly surprised they called later in the week just to check up on her and see how my dog was feeling and if I had any concerns to pass onto the doctor. You can really tell everyone who works there is passionate about what they do.

EHVS is everything you would hope to find in a Vet's office. An extremely kind, compassionate and knowledgeable staff who view pets as part of the family and not just animals or numbers. The doctors and staff take time to explain the circumstances and present options. My family has included two very senior cats; one has passed and the other 18 years "young".
My wife and I have complete faith EHVS is a driving force in their long, healthy and happy lives. Words cannot express our gratitude to everyone at EHVS. I highly. HIGHLY recommend them.

Truly thankful for everyone, how caring and nice they all were! Extremely wonderful experience, Dr Tom has amazing communication skills and kept me informed as he went on with my dogs procedure. Already being nervous about the procedure he and his entire staff put those anxieties to ease! Would completely recommend to anyone! Thank you all so very much from the bottom of my heart! Can not say enough good things about our experience!

We absolutely loved Dr. Tom Klein. Our 6 year old dog fractured her tooth when she fell on a hike. Dr. Klein was able to do a root canal the same day as our appointment. He texted photos and updates while our pup was in surgery, and instead of making us pay for a follow up appointment he had us text an update and photo 2 weeks later. He was very personable and excellent with our dog, and he was very thorough in his explaination of what we should expect during and after the procedure.
I could not recommend them more highly. I know some people have reported that the prices are high, but honestly we paid half of what I anticipated after reading online. If we didn't live an hour and a half away we would go here for all of her vet appointments.
