I would rate them higher than five stars if that was possible. The staff has been nothing but prompt, knowledgable, and friendly. Any reviewer faulting them for Covid protocols needs to kindly remove their heads from their rears. They have made sure my furry babies and myself stay safe. It's like an open book, communicating with the staff here. Changed vets to specifically come here because they are SO MUCH BETTER than everyone else. Auburn Animal Care is a blessing and a gift.

We used them for years but they're still on lock down mode. They make you wear a mask even though you've been vaccinated and masks are ineffective against the virus. I said I'm not going to wear a mask, I've been Vaccinated and the staff basically said we don't want your business. So I give our business to another Vet more reasonable and less controlling, in my opinion. Good get. Bad policies

We started taking our senior dog here because we recently moved to the area. The contactless drop off in the parking lot made us feel very comfortable, and I only had to wait in my car for about 15 minutes while they did her exam. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They also send out texts after the appointment to check in and make sure everything is still okay!

One would think that a business could help you out with shipping medicine to your home when your father is battling a brain tumor. We asked one simple favor and they couldn't help us out at all. My father is immobile and needs constant care, they even had the audacity to tell us we needed to go in for another pet check up. Absolutely disappointed by their behavior.
I hope no one treats them the same way they treated my family. Whenever we did call the vet is also never there. They made us jump through hoop after hoop for ear drop medicine for our dogs. Will never go again. We had to wait over two weeks for anything, and unfortunately needed to go through them because we are in no position to switch vets.

It was our first visit with them. So far I enjoy them. It seems standard with all vets right now because of covid that we are not able to go in. It is the only complaint I would have considering it was a first visit. The staff I did meet outside though were very nice! Also the vet I spoke with on the phone answered all my questions.

Wonderful place. Even though you can't go in with your pet when Dr Clemens calls to discuss the visit he is very kind and takes his time to explain everything. Even though I wasn't in with my pet I felt very sure she was in good hands and had no fear of what was going on. I highly recommend Auburn Vet for your Pet
