Very rude doctor, he was a male Mexican and was very rude and did not want to help my dog because he was listed as "aggressive". If my dog was aggressive I would've seen him attacking other people in the lobby. Keep in mind I brought him a muzzle for safety concerns. He was in pain and was not properly helped. The doctor was so careless and tried to put my dog to sleep.

I will never return because my dog was so scared once he got out. Doctor needs to leave or find a new job that suites his rude attitude. If you are going to be a vet you should be more helpful and love your job. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place.

Worst experience ever. I took my 5 week old puppy for treatment because he was ill. I was there for quite some time and the vets did not tell me what was wrong with my puppy. I paid 300 dollars for the treatment and my puppy didn't even last through the dam night like they said he would. Now I have a brand new medicine for a puppy I don't even have anymore.

They gave him fluids to help him through the night but that just made him freaking worse. To top it off on the paperwork it said if the dogs dies would I like them to perform CPR on him for 1,000 so ur telling me if a person died in your care u would want someone to pay u to save their life. What kind of clinic is this. If I were anyone else I would not come here plus to top it off there was a lot of laughing and they couldn't answer simple questions.

I brought my 14 year old dog into this Hospital. She was very ill. I was all alone. And had to make the decision. The people here we're great, made sure I was okay, and help me through putting my baby down. I couldn't have asked for better people to be with me at that time. They're very caring and understanding.( I was a basket case) I'm glad I went there. They went above and beyond. I just want to say thank you again!

Service was alright. They will try to add as many services and medications as possible in order to charge you the most they can. They won't tell you your pets condition until you pay. Pricing is also very expensive compared to other places.

The pricing wasn't horrid and the wait was understandable. However, the guy that took my dog in was rude and dismissively said "It's probably just kennel cough", when I explained my dog had vomited foam and bile roughly 14 times in the span of 2 hours.

Garbage customer service. No communication about what was happening with my pet. I have been waiting for over and hour and asked for an update with my dog who I brought in to have vomiting induced due to accidental acetaminophen consumption. The nature of my visit was an emergency to have my dog throw up any potential harmful substance consumption within a set amount of time. By the time I saw the vet, that window of time had closed due to miscommunications on intake This place should be ashamed at the quality of service and care.

This place does not care about your pets. I found A stray cat that my children fell in love with. The doctor refused to see my cat because it was a stray cat, they refused to see this poor cat that needs medical help, it shakes not normal and looks like it's in alot of pain. I can't belief the carelessness from the reseptionista to the doctors

Found this puppy Nov 24th in garden Grove, then researched and found this ad posted 4 days prior to finding the puppy someone else had found it in mission Viejo area turned it in. seems suspicious (possibly no owner ) or owner is just abandoning it trying to get rid of her. So she pops up in my door and we give a place for the night then we go to this hospital to get her checked out and explain these concerns, TERRIBLE PEOPLE!

They dont want to hear me out they just trying to take the dog and send me off? (THEY TRY AND KEEP ANIMALS FROM MY SUSPICIONS), it's a stray and brought it in with good intentions to get her home, the place is full of people they take the dog back and I asked them politely to give a quick second to bring my 5 year old son in just to say good bye (kid emotional) (it's ok) now they were absolutely so rude about the situation the kids crying next me Infront of everyone just asking for the simple request for my son to say good bye to the pup and they were heartless people!

They said no to us refusing this simple heart felt request my son was breaking down and I wish to thank the people in the lobby for also supporting in the request that the 5 year old gets to give his well wishes IF IT Wasn't FOR EVERYONE INFLUENCING THE STAFF THEY COULD HAVE CARED LESS! over all I can tell this is a terrible place with terrible people I personally WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST TAKING YOU'RE PET SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT KIDS THEY DEFINITELY DONT CARE ABOUT ANIMALS!

I'm feeling heartbroken and scared reading all these horrible reviews. My English bulldog was perfectly fine last night, playing and eating. This morning he woke up with dry heaves and wouldn't eat. He was quickly diagnosed with Parvo. He will be kept until Monday morning. I am mortified after all the research I've done but am hopeful because of how fast it was diagnosed at the OCEPH. A call later in the day was greatly appreciated.

Please as a pet owner and as clinic employees and doctors don't release a sick pet back to the owner my baby passed away 3 hrs later after being released. I wished I would've done a million things differently to save his life. The picture below was my baby Tyson the westie 6 hrs before passing away my heart is broken and it's easy to say now only if I would've known the severity of his condition.

Please anyone faced with a similar situation ~ If they recommend blood work X-rays or whatever and if you have the money just do it trust me this F pain is not worth it. God I will give anything to go back and fix all my mistakes I love you Tyson and I will miss you forever. Silvestre family & Sanchez family

I came here with my cat who had swelling in his arm. I was greeted immediately and after taking down some details they rushed my cat to the back and they asked me to wait in the car due to Covid reasons and they would call me and I informed them that my phone was dead and I did not have a charger and the receptionist was very friendly and even allowed me to charge my phone at her receptionist station.

I was called in within 15 minutes to discuss what was wrong with my cat and my options as well as pricing. I am very impressed by the clinic and staff and will definitely be back to this Location in the event of an emergency.

I am thankful Jamie put my mind at ease Via the Phone. And has the Medicine that was recommended by a Dr. That only Communicates with me Via Text and won't respond by Phone and keeps telling me bad news about my Fur baby each day. Quick to take hundreds from me & won't give me documentation of what test she did nor give me paperwork on what she diagnosed him With. Said she needs to get a second opinion on what she thinks is showing on his Xrays.

She must be waiting to hurt me more with the worse news last. And try and keep collecting money from me. While My Fur Baby is in Chronic Pain and I suffered a Anxiety Attack at Cottonwood Vet in Los Alamitos. They did not show one ounce of concern. walked out while I was crying

They don't see exotics but they are the closest emergency vet near us and were able to help both our guinea pigs pass peacefully and quickly when each of their times came. I appreciate their expedience and kindness, especially with how busy and short-staffed veterinary hospitals are right now.

Thank you for saving my Umsara's life. I've realized my dog started breathing rapidly at 11 pm on Saturday night. I thought she would be fine after a while. but she kept panting at 2 am and the stomach was looked like swelling. So I took her ER and they took her inside. After 45min I could talk with the doctor and she said my dog got heart failure and now she is in the oxygen care.

My dog hospitalized until Monday morning and when I met her again she was really good. They gave me papers(Medical record and test results) so I can give my vet. Now she is stabilized and looks good. I really appreciate their service.
