I have never been a very wealthy person. But my babies are everything to me I my Kitty mittens had two abscess on his face one on right after the other. And around COVID I was completely broke. They worked very hard with me and did everything they could to make sure my baby boy lived. I will always be forever grateful to the people at San Ramon vet. They are my heros

The entire group, staff and doctors, all seem genuinely concerned about the welfare of our dog Abby. They provide timely updates and explain every that we need to know about the care of pup. I as very pleased with their care, attitude and approach.

I wanted to take the time to say that working with SRVH has been a pleasure for the last 13 years. Everyone has been so caring and loving to our dog Faith and to our family. They did their very best each and every visit. Our little one crossed the rainbow bridge on Friday and SRVH helped us with our hard decision and made the transition easier. Thank you SRVH for all the years. When we are ready, when the time is right, we will bring our next pup to you. Faith will always be with us.

This is less of a hospital, more of a sales engine. I am not happy with the treatment recommendations because each time you show up here, they are adding so many other tests, Labs, products and services that it SKYROCKETS your bill. All the want is to maximise your visit with a maximum $$ invoice and treatment. Everytime I have taken my pet here, I have had to refuse at least 75% of what is being proposed as I know they trying to sell me additional care & services. The staff is really nice though!, this comment and rating is really for the owners & Dr. Goraya.

A year ago my cat had a fever and completely wiped out, not eating or drinking, very unusual for my outside cat. He stayed over night at the clinic, after a $1,200 worth of exams and imaging, the Vet said he had *cancer*!.and need further treatment and stay! Not mention the cost upfront. We enquirer about it, but he said more exams were needed. We felt something was weird and brought baby home.

We syringe-fed him and gave him analgesic. After 3 days he was up and running and to this day he remains a health and strong sweet boy. I can't believe they want to treat him for cancer with no proof of the disease, that actually could have shortened his life. We will never get back there.

My poor little puppy ZIGGY ended up getting really sick with stomach parasites and they were able to accommodate us at the last minute. He got the best care from Dr. G and staff. There are many vets closer to my house, but I choose to drive the distance to San Ramon Vet because they are top notch and provide compassionate care.

Excellent place to bring your pup during a scary emergency. Unlike most places around the bay, they accepted him right away, no wait, we could be with him and meet the doctor immediately. All staff wear masks with lots of space, and very, very kind doctors. I've had to go to several vet ERs around here w/ a small puppy that loves to eat, literally, everything and this is by far the best experience.

I have been taking my dog Frankie (female boxer) to Dr. G and San Ramon Veterinary hospital since she was a puppy. We had tried several different vets in the East Bay and Dr. G / his team are our favorites by far. They care about you and your pet, and work with your budget to provide the best care possible and are always respectful of your time. We are so grateful to have a vet in the area that we trust. I took my Shiba Inu to see Dr. Goraya at San Ramon Veterinary Hospital after seeing his reviews on Yelp, 3 weeks ago. I had found out through another vet for an unrelated problem that my dog had some elevated numbers for her kidneys. When I called to make an appointment with Dr. Goraya he saw her that afternoon. He suggested that my dog should have a kidney infusion right away, He explained all about kidney disease to me.

Before he started the infusion procedures he made sure that I knew what he had planned for my dog, and gave me the cost of approximately how much it would cost. Since we were still in covid, Dr. Goraya made a point of coming outside to talk to me directly, and not through one of his workers. I noticed that he did that with all of his patients which I liked. His staff are just as professional, and pleasant as he is. I would highly recommend Dr. Goraya for your pet. Thank you Dr. Goraya, and staff for caring for my sweet Zorrita.
