DON'T FORGET TO READ THE FINE PRINT! My eleven pound dog needed a teeth cleaning. We scheduled an appointment for a consultation with the vet to assess what needed to be done and was quoted $661.74 low end cost (extractions included but most likely not needed) to $1405.72 high end. We were told by the vet she needed to be fixed and wait at least 6-8 weeks before the teeth cleaning.

Upon arrival for the teeth cleaning I was told the cost was $1289 low end to high end $1598. I questioned why it was different than the quote the vet had given me. A manager came in and informed me there is a fine print at the bottom; quotes are good for ONLY 30 days! She stated due to the economy they raised their prices and I needed to be responsible and work on saving money.

I don't appreciate the way I was talked to and left with so many unanswered questions! Definitely will not be going back but feel the need to share our experience so others are aware to read the fine print!

My little daisy has some major issues. : this vet really has gone out of their way to make me feel like they care, specially through these hard times, my other vet told me they had ran out of options to help daisy, broke my heart and left me feeling hopeless, i recommend this vet, their not owned by vca animal hospitals and they care!

Best place. Taken my dogs to a couple places and this is by far the most thorough and caring place I've been to yet. When you call they make you feel welcome. Excellent service and basically a one stop shop for any pet.

What an amazing office! We recently had to say goodbye to our 13 year old heeler and I don't think I could have asked for a better team to help us through the process. Dr Sussman and her team were so caring and compassionate, and made sure my Husband and I were as comforted as possible, considering the circumstance. We were able to have him cremated, picked out a beautiful urn, and was able to pick just a few days later at a very reasonable price. And even upon receiving our boys ashes (along with a clay pawn print of his we had no idea we were getting!) everyone was so kind. Thank you Hayden Animal Hospital

Good staff but wasn't expecting to pay $140 just to make an appointment. Then an extra $200 just for vaccines. I also asked for an rx since I knew it was cheaper where I work. They charge per vaccine. Would've been nice to know cost wise before I went. Also gave one of my dogs vaccines he wasn't due for. Good vet just extremely OVER PRICED! Will be going back to previous vet. (They called me back to refund the 140)! In my opinion still expensive, never been to a place that charges per vaccine. Live and learn

Very very friendly in there. They where just so sweet to my dog and treated my dog perfectly! Thank you Hayden Pet Medical Center.

I can't say enuff great things about this place.we have had 2 of our babies in there so far and the care we received was second to none. Unfortunately the second baby wasn't able to make it home with us, but the staff here spent an entire day trying to make her comfortable and help us come up with an alternative. They never became impatient or tried to push us into a decision one way or another.

When it came time, they put us in a room, gave us time to gather family and showed so much compassion it was unreal. This was one of the hardest things our family has had to endure and they made us feel as if Shayde was thier very own fur baby. The staff here is amazing and goes above and beyond in more ways than we have ever experienced. We will always be thankful to them, and they will continue to get our business for good. They have great groomers too! If your on the fence I highly recommend giving these guys a chance, they will not disappoint

I had to board my senior dog in a hurry and they accomodated me with no problem. They even gave him the vaccines he needed. And they took great care of him!
