Our dog Mabel badly injured herself in the woods. We were not patients, and called out of the blue. They took our info, and told us to bring her in right away. They came out to the car, took her in, and within a few hours we were picking her up. Mabel was brought back out to us all patched up, medication, bill, instructions, collar, and another appointment all set up to take her staples out in a few weeks. Need a Vet? Thinking of switching? This is the place. Kind, reliable, affordable.

Used to be great but the vet they have now is horrible. He wouldn't listen to my concerns about my senior cat and said his legs bending weird was "likely from breaking them with his old owner and they didn't heal properly". Took him to a different vet and discovered he has diabetes and the legs is a sign of it!

I will NEVER bring my animals to them again. I went there for my dogs and cats over 20 years and never again will I bring them there. I had my 2 cats declawed last July. One of my cats got an infection and they treated him for it over the next 2 months. Then the day my boyfriend picked him up for good, half of his front paw was cut off. He now can't walk on it and is permanently disabled.
They never told me they were doing that. They were only supposed to clean and change bandages and give him antibiotics. Then my other cat over a few months we found he had 2 claws still. So after paying for my 2 cats to be declawed, I now have a cat with half a paw and one with claws. I did go there to show the Dr. Patterson and he never apologized and denied declawing my cat that still has 2 claws.
I have a receipt and proof that I paid for both my cats to be declawed. Like I said, he never apologized or refunded me. Instead, he denied the obvious and acted like I was confused. I lost all respect for that guy and I hope he stops practicing before another animal is treated like mine were. Bailey and Kelly are fine to deal with. I don't have an issue with either of them.

One would be hard-pressed to find a more caring, professional group of animal health providers anywhere. We have used them for a variety of ailments over the years, and are fully satisfied with their efforts. Everyone is very knowledgeable, and I believe they truly care about your animal's well being. We are so lucky to have them in our community.

This vet is a horrible place to go and they do not care at all. They never answer the phone even when they are sitting right next to the phone, they just let it go to voicemail. I paid $40 for the guy to look at my cat and say he will be fine. Was in the room for literally 3 minutes! Waste of my time and money! And I can assure them that I will not be going back to them!

Terrible experience! When the vet came she didn't introduce herself and we thought she was a nurse. After a couple of her questions we understood that she was the vet and we started to ask our questions, but we got no clear answers on pets' conditions. We literally had to push her to examine our dog. No tests were done as supposed to be. (We had another vet before and knew the procedure.) Were they nice? Yes, they were. Professional? No!
When my friend came with her pets to get rabbis shots. They wrote them down for a surgery. Watch what they do to your pets! Would I trust them my pets? No. And would recommend to search better one!

I take all 3 of my english bulldogs there, Dr Patterson, Dr Kessler, Kelly, Jen and all the people I am missing are very detailed when it comes to my bullies, Princess, Bandit, and Kaiya are very comfortable with everyone, they wouldn't have it any other way, me either. Love this business. Lots of thanks
