It is a local veterinarian office. The staff is always helpful and nice. It is an older office. It is decorated from the '70s. The equipment is usable but old. It has not been updated in a long time. It is a good place to bring your pet for routine exams, shots, spays, small issues. There isn't an xray machine.

I have been a customer since 2003,I got really disappointed and decided to switch Vets after my experience. I called in to get tick medication for my Golden retriever they said they couldn't because she was overdue for her annual exam May 14th. it was April 28th.not overdue. I tried calling back on my personal cell the same number I called on previously and nobody picked up.
I tried again 3 times every half hr and nothing rings then voice mail. I called on my work phone and someone picked up right away.and they apologizes and approved the medication. Sorry That does not cut it for me. If I need to contact my vet I want someone to pick up no games. Sorry not gonna risk my pets health on that

Oxford Vet was recommended by my brother & his fiancee who take their dogs here. After previous not so good experiences at other clinics, right away I had better vibes since checking in. One of my dogs had to get checked for some lumps which can be a sensitive situation but I had such a pleasant experience with Dr. Reynolds. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable, straight to the point, able to get treatment scheduled right away and had the plan priced out right away (& not a fortune like most places). Just made an appointment for my other dog to start going here as well!

I've been bringing my animals to Oxford veterinary Hospital for years from when Dr. Munson owned it, to now with Mark and Kim Reynolds. I've always get great care for my animals. Mark is the primary vet I use, he's got a great personality and a sense of humor I relate to. One commentor posted that the spay and neuter was cheaper elsewhere (a.k.a. Nutmeg Spay) in my opinion you get what you pay for. (DON'T go to NUTMEG SPAY: If Nutmeg spay cannot completely a surgery in their predetermined timings, they close your animal and send them home.
They did it to my cat, saying he was too fat and couldn't find his testicle. I had already paid extra because we knew one testicle was hidden. THEY ALSO KEPT MY MONEY! NUTMEG SPAY IS THE SUPERCUTS OF VETERINARY CARE!) I'll stick with Mark and Kim and the team at Oxford Veterinary, quality veterinary care is not cheap.
