I wouldn't trust my pets with anyone else! The staff is absolutely amazing, and care for your fur babies with love and respect. Our dog Rocco who crossed the rainbow bridge actually enjoyed going to his Doggie Dr.and when he passed the compassion they showed was second to none! After7 years we are adopting another little fur baby and like Rocco he will be going to Watertown Animal Hospital for all of his care! Highly recommend!

I took my girl Bella here because I thought she had a UTI after having constant accidents in the house which was very unlike her. Turns out she had diabetes. I was there at least every other week since diagnosis in February and money is tight for me, but they never turned me away knowing that I may not have all the money upfront. I was able to make it work, but they still gave me discounts and proved that they weren't just trying to make money off of her illness, they did everything to treat her.
And the way the staff handled her, they were so loving and kind to her, holding her and telling her what a good girl she was. Her status unexpectedly changed one day and I rushed her in and unfortunately it was her time. I wasn't even charged an emergency visit. They saw how terribly devastated I was and gave me as much time as I wanted saying my goodbyes to her, let me come in and stay with her the entire time, and even allowed me to call a family member to come and say their goodbyes with me.
They assured me we'd exhausted all options and the humane thing to do was to make her comfortable. They could have easily charged me hundreds if not a couple thousand dollars to keep her for observation and keep her stable, but that wouldn't be fair to her as she was uncomfortable. When it was done, they didn't even ask for payment and just said I can take a few days and pay when I was ready or I could wait until I picked her up.
They coordinated 100% of her cremation service as well through Regency/Inserv. I was too distraught and heartbroken so they must have picked everything out for me and when I picked her up, I was SO thrilled with the picture frame box with her ashes and her paw print. They even sent me a personalized sympathy card in the mail. Now, I will not take my other dog anywhere else.

First of all, prices have skyrocketed here, and not for better service that's for sure. We've been taking our 16 year old cat here for over 10 years. The people working there have switched out since a few years ago and the new vets are super rude. I brought my dog there who was in rough shape with a skin problem and they were so rude about it and tried to make us feel guilty that he was in the shape he was in. which is why we brought him to the vet, to get him help (which they didn't we wasted $200.
Anyway we tried making an appointment for my cat who has been going here for over 10 years because he has been severely constipated for 3 days and the vet said they will not see our cat or give us any advice about how to help him (yes they actually said that) because he was seen 1 time by another vet in newtown over 6 months ago. Very unprofessional now we are stuck and have to rush around to find someone who can help him today.

Rude customer service. Vet tech that came out to get our dog was very rude to my wife. Overly confident tech and was very pushy. ZERO communication about pick up and when she was gonna be ready. Snarly attitude, almost as if they were talking down to my wife. Very displeased this happened to my wife. Almost as if they were pushing things on my wife as if she didn't know any better.
Set up an appointment for a routine shot and it took over an hour. Very displeased about hearing about this. Thinking about switching vets after this. Disgusted by the "professionalism and so called customer service".

I absolutely positively adore this vet, my grandparents took their dogs here for years and now my mom and I both do too. If I could give more stars than five I would! The staff is amazing and they always go above and beyond for my dogs, I won't ever be going anywhere else. I have no issue with pricing as it is a vets office, get over it anything medical is expensive, most of the people complaining on here obviously haven't worked at a vet before.
If they could see just how much effort, energy, love and time that both the vets, the techs, and anyone working there in between puts in, maybe salty people would complain a little less. Thank you guys for all that you do! Can't wait to take my dog Bean for his dental :
