Services
Unfortunately, all of our beloved pets eventually die. Few are fortunate enough to pass peacefully in their sleep. Many suffer terminal diseases that greatly decrease their quality of life. Euthanasia is a humane medical option that ends a pet's life to prevent further pain and suffering. Home euthanasia allows a pet a dignified death - they can die comfortably, free of anxiety and pain, and surrounded by loved ones.
House calls are available in the Portland OR metro area. Fees are based on travel time/distance and on type of service (vaccination, etc.) provided. For a price quote specific to your situation, please email Fetch and Heal: Home Veterinary Care or call 503-799-1665. Accepted Forms of payment: Cash, Check, Credit Card.

Dr. Carroll is a very compassionate and caring veterinarian. He has cared for two cats for us over a 14 year period. He recently helped us with palitive care for our aging tuxedo cat, who recently died. I can not recommend him higher for the wonderful care he gave our cats. A true gem and a wonderful person.

My experience with Dr. Carroll was excellent. I called about a scary bout of vestibular disease (similar to vertigo) in our 16 year-old dog, which at the time appeared to be a stroke. He picked up the first call, was calm and a great listener. He provided exactly the experience I look for in a health care professional--calm demeanor, knowledgeable and soothes the crazy when I am freaking out.
He was available the same day, but we ended up canceling the appointment when our dog stabilized (literally). Dr. Carroll was not miffed at the cancellation, just offered his home services for future care. Thank you.
