I can't thank Dr Baetke (and his vet assistant) enough for being kind, caring and compassionate when we had to send our furbabies to the rainbow bridge this year!

The only veterinary office that would see my black lab on an emergency basis being a Friday, and agree to perform the surgery he needed. All the staff were extremely friendly and compassionate. Dr. Brent was open and honest with me in reagrds to what to expect. I 100% recommend this veterinarian office. I'm forever grateful for everything they did to help our furbaby.

The people who work there are sensitive, politically correct and they need to remember that dogs are just animals, and that animals really aren't as intelligent as human beings. Their services are VERY EXPENSIVE and they won't work with you to pay a lower amount or enter into a payment plan. (Kind of off topic) Also, there is absolutely NO REASON why a veterinary service should EVER be, or work in conjunction with a police department.

That is why tax payers such as myself, pay for cities to have dog pounds. As an example. Some people can't always prevent their dogs from running away, especially when their owners do everything in their power to prevent it from happening in the first place. Sometimes it just happens and the police shouldn't automatically be so quick to serve out citations for "Allowing a dog to run at large".

It's not like people actually open their doors to let their dogs run the streets. Since when did America and certain cities like New London, WI., ever start having law enforcement for dogs?

Very pleased with the quality of care we received. Had an emergency situation (ruptured eye) and my vet went out of business. They were able to get our dog in and surgery that very day. Great follow calls to check on his condition! Thank you for being there for us!

I was quoted $350 dollars for my cats declaw surgery and pre-OP blood work. On the day to pick up my cat, I was charged $360 on top of the $180 already paid. Equating a total of well over $500. When trying to work through this issue with the vet, he used intimidation tactics and threatened to keep my cat. Fast forward to when I brought the cat home, this vet provided a bubble pack of pain medications instructing i give one pill a day for four total days.

The bubble pack contained a total of 2 pills. This is also the first time I have ever had a cat declaw surgery go bad. My cat has one toe that appears to be deformed, sticking out at a an unnatural angle. My cat also struggles to bear weight on her paws, and this is months after the surgery when her paws should be healed. I know not everyone believes in getting cats declawed but I have been doing it for years with none of these listed concerns and at a fraction of the price. Therefore, I want to urge everyone against utilizing this vets services just for the safety of your animals.

This was my first time coming to this vet. So far I was very pleased. The vet talked with me lots and answered any questions I had. Thank you guys for really taking the time to make sure my babies are healthy.

$300+ for four stitches seems ridiculous to me. It was a 10 minute procedure. Might need to find an alternative vet. In fairness, they are nice and have done a good job. Just feel like I would have received a better deal going to New London's hospital emergency department.

Very nice, helpful. Caring. Looks like a up to date facility. No real idea of their price structure. We felt they were very fair to us.

I have been going here for over 25 years and with in the last year it has gotten absolutely terrible on customer service. Since DR Ziegler sold it. We have a 11 plus year old dog that we have done a lot to keep him health and happy and we knew the end was near due to age and a bad shoulder. We called to make the dreaded appointment and the receptionist told us it would be three weeks to get an appointment!

Now it is hard enough to watch him suffer but three weeks really. Now when we told her that he is suffering she had absolutely no compassion at all and said we have emergency appointments. We said yes please she said maybe next week again zero compassion and maybe! Now let me mention there follow up process for medications they don't return calls in a timely manner at all.

We called to get a prescription filled and were told that a doctor would review and call us back. Guess what no call back when we called again later in the day oh we have been busy REALLY. We called again the next morning and were told AGAIN someone would call us back and again no call back! So we call again later in the day and were informed that the meds would be ready the next day three days for a prescription to be filled is unacceptable in my opinion. We will be switching all of our dogs to another vet.

The team of professionals at WRVC go out of their way to make your pet feel safe and well cared for.they truly care about the animals they see - something that is evident in the way the greet and handle your pet. They are wonderful professionals and we trust their care 100%.

I Dr Kyle and his staff. They are always friendly and squeeze you in for emergencies (even tho it's not lol)

Spent 300 dollars on a relaxin pregnancy test for my dog. Which for 300 dollars you should feel that it would be accurate, correct? False. And when you ask for something in return because you've spent thousands of dollars on your pets at this clinic and nothing gets received in return. That's extremely poor. this clinic has lost thousands more in any of my services for my litters, dogs, and the quality of caring in a situation like this was very poor an unfair.

I've been using Wolf River Vets for over 15 years and 3 dogs. The people are very nice and helpful when I call with questions. The team here is great with visits as well, everyone is friendly and has a love of animals. They are very kind and understanding when it comes to the end of an animals life. Great place to work with.
