Dr. Gregory is the best! I have an older dog with complex medical issues which took some detective work to solve. Dr. Gregory got everything under control and my dog is energetic and playful for the first time in months. All the technicians and office staff are kind and helpful. Five stars.

Everyone of the staff doctors, assistants are always professional, pleasant and caring they go out of their way to help you and go the extra mile to solve a puzzling case. The head office manager Susan is absolutely wonderful. she is pleasant, helpful goes way out of her way to accommodate all your needs even when has to take a lot of flack from patients that do not respond to emails or phone calls to confirm appointments.

I recently had such a situation with my dog who was an absolute emergency and she made sure that he was seen too when a patient never responded to numerous phone calls and emails to confirm their appointment she gave me his spot. Thank you so much Susan!

They were very informative and good with my dog. Also, I needed to get her in asap. They were accommodating. I didn't have to sell my car to pay the bill either.

We have two doggies being cared by SVC. The staff are very professional and responsive. The doctor will go over the findings and give instructions before you leave. So far, very happy.

I was having trouble getting an appointment for my dog. Instead of waiting several weeks for an open slot, I called Sharon Vet Clinic, and they were also booked. However, when I described the issue, they shuffled some less urgent appointments around to fit me in NEXT DAY. I got fully registered same day, had the appointment, and got my baby treated. They went above and beyond to prioritize my urgent case and I can't thank them enough. If I could put 10 stars I would because they deserve it!

Well I'd love to give 5 stars, but when I received an estimate of over $300 for a simple ear infection in an otherwise very healthy kitten, I just can't do it. My kitty did receive excellent care, but I really thought the fees were excessive. I'd expected to pay about half that amount for the visit and the medication (which was apx $50).

Called with an urgent request to see my dog ( who had been seeing another nearby vet clinic for his entire life -who stated they were too busy and could not see him for over a week.) Susan as well as 2 vet techs and Dr E himself came to my car to talk to me and/or get/return Logan The entire team was very pleasant and accommodating. Everything was thoroughly explained! They were very kind to Logan and I felt he had excellent care and treatment Thank you so much to the team at Sharon Vet! Thanks for squeezing us in - we WILL be back

As always, Sharon Vet was awesome. Not everyone can handle my insane wild chocolate lab. They were able to examine his hurt paw and got us in and out with the meds we needed. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great Veterinary Clinic - our Aussie puppy has ran into several issues while getting to understand the world. The staff here has helped every step of the way to getting our little guy healthy again.

Moulin and Craiggy had their heartworm and Lyme testing done today with Dr. E. All is negative! Sharon Vet Clinic is the best. They gave me print outs of testing results. This is the first vet Norfolk County Humane Society used that gave me printed results. Thank you Dr. E and Staff for always being there for pets under my care!

We live in Boston but started going to SVC with our new puppy. They have been outstanding with every appointment. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet!

When my regular vet didn't have the availability for an appointment right away, their staff was able to help squeeze in seeing my cat for a quick check. All of the tech and doctor are very compassionate and friendly. I will still be following up with my regular vet just because we are established there but am very happy to have this team nearby as an alternative in the future and would highly recommend!

They took amazing care of my dog. She had dental done here, with quite a few teeth removed. They updated me on how she was doing and you can feel that they really care about your animal. The cost was very affordable and they explained, in detail, the aftercare. Id absolutely recommend them (and have) to anyone looking for caring, cost effective, five star care for their pet!

It's been a while since I have had a puppy. Everyone here has been great! I have called a few times with questions, they were very helpful & didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time.

Switched to this Vet after our last one gave us the runaround. Could not be happier! They are friendly and my animals feel very comfortable with them. Our cat would scream at the last vet and this one she doesn't even make a peep! Will continue to bring our animal family here!

For the past 7 years, Sharon Veterinary Clinic has been a tremendous source of information and guidance to me and my family as we care for our very first pet, Dixie, a mini golden doodle. After a long and careful search, I purchased Dixie for my children from a Kentucky breeder. Dr Etchinger was so comforting to me, a new puppy mom, in the early days when I was learning how to best care for my dog.

His wife Susan at the front desk has a great wealth of knowledge. I have called her for advice multiple times over the years and she has always been so warm, welcoming and full of information. His staff, especially Tiana, a former dog groomer, is also so knowledgeable and helpful to me in caring for Dixie and choosing the right foods for her. His colleague, Dr. Sullivan, was superb in helping me care for a ruptured cyst that developed on Dixies back this past week.

As a physician, I am truly grateful for the superior veterinary care I have received at Sharon Veterinary Clinic for the past 7 years. I will never take my baby anywhere else. The team is trustworthy, smart, up to date with recent changes/guidelines in veterinary care and so very reliable. If you are looking for the best veterinarian care for your pet, look no further. Terrible service the Asian receptionist and can be very rude. The vet is even worse he has no people skill We brought our dog, a patient, who had suffered a stroke to the clinic for help the vet said he could not help her and to take her to tufts. She had be put down 2 days later. At the time the lack compassion displayed by the vet will something by family will never forgive

I am pleased with Sharon Veterinary and feel very secure in bringing my pets to this practice. I am well aware and familiar with other Veterinarian practices in the the Norfolk county area and this one is by far the best. Dr. E is the most caring and down to earth Veterinarian I have dealt with. He is thorough and knowledgeable and most important treats my pets as if they were his. Honesty and a true love for animals are traits I noted almost immediately.

I have multiple pets and this practice keeps long hours and is always accommodating. Dr. E's office staff and vet techs are also well trained and very kind. Trust is everything and that seemed so natural with Dr. E.

I've been bringing all my dogs here (bulldog, pug, Yorkie) for the past 5 years and I can't say enough great things about this practice. Dr. E's diagnosis and treatment plans are always spot on. For example, my bulldog had bladder stones when others thought it was UTI. He recommended that we change her diet instead of surgery. It worked wonderfully.

All without drastic measures. Susan at the front desk knows all her clients and she has heart. You just mention your pets name and she knows exactly who you are and your pets' medical history. Their schedules are flexible. Despite what others say, I find that the prices in this place to be very reasonable. Let's face it, good quality pet care is expensive.

A couple of years ago, an eye surgeon specialist at another practice (Bridgewater) quoted me $3500 for a surgery when Dr. E charged me less than half! And the results were great - fixed the problem and healed nicely. This is a local gem.

I can't say enough about Dr. E, Susan and his staff. They have been there for us ans for all of our 3 dogs. Going above and beyond to help us. Samson, Delilah, and Xena (RIP) Love you too!

Last weekend I had a horrible experience with my former vet who would not help my dog when he had an obvious problem with his eye. Luckily I found Sharon Veterinary Clinic. I called them and told them my situation. The receptionist seemed very understanding and although they were all booked for the day she went to speak with the doctor. When she got back on the line she told me that they closed at 2 that day but that I could bring my dog in after they closed and the doctor would see him.

I was so relieved and so thankful. We had a great experience there! It turned out that my dog had a scratch on his cornea. I was given some medicine to help heal his injury. The receptionist, doctor, and vet tech were all so kind and helpful. I will definitely be bringing my dog back!

I brought my 4 year old cat to Dr Eichinger recently and I will never go back. He took my cat back to the treatment area for bloodwork and what I saw and heard was disturbing. The door was left open a little and I saw him being very rough with my cat and seemed extremely agitated because my cat wasn't cooperating. He then yelled and swore at a technician during the blood draw.

When he brought my cat back to me she had a huge bleeding bruise at the blood draw site. He later charged me for lab tests and that we had not discussed. He tried to send me home with prescrioption medications that my cat clearly did not need. The whole visit took over an hour and a half and my bill was hundreds of dollars and I only brought her in for an annual exam with no concerns.

I hate to write a bad review of any small business, but I was very upet leaving after only my first visit. I am now very skeptical when I have to bring my kitty to a new veterinarian. On the positive side, the technicians were very nice and the receptionist Susan is a joy to talk to.

They wanted to charge me $25 dollars for printing out my dogs vaccine history seriously? its one sheet of paper and I wouldnt even need the record because be taking my dog to a speciality vet if they hadnt misdiagnosed her i loved dr.segial but since he retired everythings gone down hill

We are delighted with the new owners of this veterinary practice. Dr. Eichinger and his staff are clearly animal lovers. They are great with my cats and my sister's dogs and they are genuinely kind and caring to animals and the people who love them. Cats and dogs know when they are among friends and my cats are very comfortable with Dr. E and his lovely staff.

We really appreciated that with a very sick older cat they did not try to hard sell us with costly interventions that would just make a very sick old cat more miserable. They placed an emphasis on our cat's comfort and dignity until he crossed the 'rainbow bridge' to frolic in the 'Summerland.' They were wonderful to our cat and to us. We happily continue to bring our other cats there. I would highly recommend this clinic.

We've had a really great experience with this vet. Dr. Eichinger is very caring towards the animals and the nurses and staff are very kind too. They have great customer service and new technology that allows you to make appts online too. We've been going here for about two years and have had been really happy with their services. (Only complaint really is the office could use a makeover)

If I was reviewing Sharon vet a year ago, I would have given it a different rating. However, the last two times we brought our pet there since the business changed owners we have been charged for unescessary testing/medications without explanation or warning. The Dr. that we saw was very rough with our dog, left me waiting in a room for almost a half hour while unecessary tests were run without explanation.

I felt taken advantage of in an "emergency" situation. At the very least the test should have been explained before they were run as I may not have agreed to them. It's disapointing as we have been going there for over 5 years and it is the closest vet to us. Time to look around.

I have been going to Dr. Segall for years and love their staff, warm welcomes and expertise. I have had a few health issues with 2 dogs, but the level of compassion, care, and follow up is unmatched. We had briefly gone to another vet with our second dog, but quickly returned to Sharon Veterinary. Scarlett and I love you guys.great hours, great care.
