Our mission is to provide the highest-quality veterinary medical care in a friendly, relaxed setting. The doctors at our small animal practice are trained, experienced and licensed in the field of veterinary medicine, followed by yearly Continued Education (CE) training. They keep educated and informed on the latest medications & supplements, equipment, monitoring systems & tools through the attendence of frequent seminars and symposiums; never making a decision on what is best for our patients without first taking the time for stringent research and case studies.
We will close our doors and turn off our phones between 1:00pm and 2:00 for an all staff lunch hour. On Tuesdays (when we hold our weekly staff meetings) we will close a bit earlier at 12:30pm and open again at 2:00pm. Every Tuesday, we close our doors and shut down our phones for our weekly staff meeting and training time.

We travelled an hour an a half to see this vet after they gave us a very competitive quote for the TPLO surgery for our dog. When we arrived at the appointment they gave us a quote for $2000 more than what they quoted to us on the phone. They said it was our confusion even though the person had apologized. Very unprofessional office.

We moved to this area 3 years ago and North Cascade Vet. Hospital came highly recommended to us from a neighbor. We love Doctor Bell and up until about 4 months ago, we had always had excellent service from the front office staff, however we have had 3 times where we were rudely either turned away for nail trims for our dogs even after calling to make sure we could stop by and last week it happened again. Called asked if it was a good time to come by for a dog nail trim, was told yes arrived 15 min after that call, was told it would be a little bit and 1 hour later, still waiting in my car nothing.
I called and asked if they forgot about us? was told that "oh ya, sorry a lot of other people have shown up and it's going to be a while" well after that response and watching vehicles with their pets come and go, I left. Enough is enough and perhaps if they had called me while I was waiting an hour in to say explain, I may have totally understood and tried again another day.
As I realize nail trims are not a priority, it would be professional and respectful of the office staff to at least acknowledge patrons who are waiting patiently in there cars if there is a delay or otherwise. I did try to make a verbal complaint to the owner of the clinic but was told he was out sick and they didn't know when he'd return. My guess is that the complaint went in the trash bin. Sadly we will no longer use this clinic due to poor front office management or we receive some sort of apology from the owner.

My sweet little schnauzer got very sick. Everyone here that I have met is just the best. Kind, sweet, understanding and sympathetic. Very knowledgeable and professional. I just love Dr Squibb, Dr Caswell, and Dr Kenyon. Couldn't recommend them enough! Also the front desk Ladies and the assistants so compassionate! Love these great people!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Vets are all top notch. They are professional, kind, , caring practitioners. This clinic has been caring for my pets for over 11 years and have always done a wonderful job. They discuss everything with you, actively seek your participation and give you options if they are available. When you leave, you will be given a "Pet Report Card" that tells you everything they checked, when next vaccinations may be due, lab values if they have drawn blood and so much more.

The staff at NCVH are amazing! I know that they truly have a passion for what they do and why they do it. The doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate, the assistants are comforting and intelligent, the kennel staff work so hard to maintain the facility, and the receptionists make you feel like family. I really feel that there is no other place that could provide services like this hospital; be it a nail trim or a serious surgery. I have full faith them as professionals and have a lot of love for them as people.
