Bullard Animal Hospital is a full-service animal hospital; we care for our patients from as young as 6-weeks old, offering comprehensive services for all stages of life, well into each puppy and kitten's twilight years.
Our Austell vets know that preventive care is the best weapon against infirmity in our cats and dogs. We make pet care convenient for pet owners in Austell and the surrounding area by offering a comprehensive set of services under one roof. Routine and preventive care to start your young pets off right when they are just six weeks old.
Stay on top of your exact monthly veterinary costs for your pet's vet-recommended preventive care and services. Our team gets to know your pet and that helps us to monitor their health and provide the care they need. Our clients always want to put their pets' health above financial concerns. But as important as regular preventive care can be for your pet's health, it can still sometimes be difficult to manage these recurring expenses.
The Pet Wellness Plans at Bullard Animal Hospital allow you to bundle all of your small dog's special preventive healthcare needs into one affordable and monthly payment plan. This addition to our Wellness Plan covers exam fees for any time throughout the year your pet is feeling unwell beyond the two exams included in the Wellness Plan.

I am a new dog owner. I did a lot of reading about the breed and puppies in general before I acquired my puppy. I let the Vet nurse know that I had lots of questions and was open to any advice about raising my puppy. She was very helpful and answered lots of my concerns. I appreciated her tips and advice. She was warm and welcoming. She seemed interested in my new pet.
The Veterinarian listened to my puppy's heart, felt his belly, looked at his butt and was ready to send us on our way. I chose this Vet specifically because his bio said he'd been trained by Dr. Bullard who was highly regarded by other vets and the community. I want my dog's ears cropped and this doctor was recommended to be very good at performing this surgery.
I was unimpressed, however with his cool bedside manner. Maybe he did all he should have regarding assessing my dog but I didn't feel like he addressed my worries about the breed (common ailments of this particular dog) or how or what I should do to prevent or be on the look out for. He assessed for hip dysplasia only after I asked him. I didn't get a warm feeling from him.
He seemed somewhat mechanical. I'll probably still want him to do my dog's ear cropping. I don't know about anything else. I'll see how things go. If anything, his nurse saved this experience for me.

I had an emergency with my pet and they were not able to accept him in. Which was fine because sometimes they just can't fit you in. But I was a little disappointed to find out that they make you put a deposit down just to make an appointment. They also make you go online and sign various documents first. Really wasn't happy about that because I've never heard of this with any other vet.

Buster was given an excellent 'rescue dog' exam. The reception room was very clean and roomy. The receptionists were warm and friendly. The veterinary technician took Buster to be weighed, blood drawn, and see the veterinarian. Unfortunately, he is heart worm positive. Dr. Taylor explained the treatment plan for heart worms. She also explained the 'what could go wrong' side. I left feeling confident and informed as to my part of the treatment plan as well as Bullard Animal Hospital's part. I have found a veterinarian and practice I can trust.

I LOVE BULLARD! Dr. Hale and the staff there are always very friendly, patient and professional. My 2 babies are getting older and so it seems I am at Bullard often. Each time they treat my babies with great care and put me at ease. Dr. Hale is thorough and compassionate and answers all my " well what about this" questions. I recommend Bullard because they are genuine, sincere, truly good people.

I do not recommend Bullard Animal Clinic, due to poor medical services, and poor diagnosis by Dr Jeane Grim (name well suited). Annual well check up for my pet turned out to be healthy, only slight Thyroid problem, she prescribed Thyroid medicine, pet became ill within less than 3 weeks, which she admitted medicine caused health problems, but did not corrected or discontinued medicine as requested by pet owner, she claimed illness only temporary.
Pet became severly ill developed liver problems, also pet was treated being on a assembly line, she was always in a hurry for next animal patient.
Demonstrated rudeness/ disrespect toward pet owner after being confronted, she demonstrated no remorse feeling or apologies. If you care for your animal seek another Vet not Bullard Animal Clinic. I have no complaint about the money expenses, if my pet could have been saved, unfortunately, this was not the case. I am disgusted. I will not visit Bullard Animal Clinic again, I will not recommend Bullard Animal Clinic.
