My flea season started and this clinic failed to get him flea medication by 6 months. Fleas turn into a skin fungal infection in which case the technicians failed yet again to communicate that with the vet who I also left several voicemails. Flea medication turned into about 1 years worth of skin medication that didn't have any effect. Rather than do a Q and A real quick over the phone about any other options this Clinic would rather just make more money tacking on a list charges for things I don't even need.

If there's a way for them to tack on a list for a bill don't worry they got you. I won't be coming back, nor do I recommend them at all. My dog is miserable and I am at least a couple hundred in the hole and the response I get is pay more money for another eval when it's blatantly clear his skin condition is still the same. Incompetence, miscommunication, and money driven.

Nice veterinarians. However, the front desk staff and those who help with scheduling are very unpleasant. We just switched to a vet in midtown and are much happier for the time being.

Very nice and attentive staff. Also the waiting room and facilities are very nice and clean! This was my first time coming here and I brought in one of my cats with a concern about a weightloss I had noticed. The vet listened to me and was able to give us some answers and an action plan. We'll be going back for sure and I'll be also taking my other two fur babies.

Leland Veterinary Clinic is great. Wonderful staff, very friendly. I feel comforted knowing they will give honest treatment. I would recommend this clinic.

So far I really like this place. All of the vets and staff I've met have been very kind and treat my dog with gentle care and respect. They are pretty straight forward in their assessments and I don't feel like I'm being charged an arm and a leg every time we go.

Highly recommend Leland. This vet clinic is wonderful - the staff is great, the vet team is professional yet caring. Scheduling is easy, and their facility is always clean and comfortable. They have a wonderful system on check-in to avoid waiting in the front area where it could possibly get loud and stressful otherwise.

I found a puppy running around lost. I was only a couple of miles away from Leland so I went there. They were very helpful. The tech came out to my car and scanned the puppy for a microchip and their was one. She wrote down the information for me and it took a couple of hours for me to actually speak to the dogs owner but their was a very happy ending.

This is where I bring both my Chihuahuas for all major service and diagnostics. The staff is always sweet to the dogs. Even my older, out warranty model, that has the temperament of a Tarantino character. Dr. Ray is kind and thorough and as a result the dogs are much less anxious to go to the vet than with previous providers. (Photo of fat happy dogs as evidence of effective care)
