What a horrible experience! I found a stray on the road and took her to the nearest vet I could find to help her. Not only did Dr. Cutchin try to over prescribe medication needed for the treatment of her infected ear, but his demeanor and presentation were unkind and not welcoming. We decided to take the poor baby to our lifelong vet that we take our two dogs, and not only did they offer us a reasonable price, but recommended treatment far different than Dr. Cutchin whom wanted us to do ridiculous, unnecessary, costly things.

He also charged us for a fecal sample which he NEVER took. Friendship veterinary never even took the time to just clean her poor infected ears of the dirt. It's so sad to see how this clinic treats strays and I highly don't recommend taking your dog here.

The front customer service is beyond any expectations I've ever had. I have a Malinois and she isn't the easiest when going to a vet but they made her comfortable and she will be going to her last visit soon as we moving out of state. I recommend them from the front to the back! Always professional and hope I can find the same caring people where I'm moving to. AmeliaHeart and I will miss them greatly!

Our pets have been seen at this vet regularly. Every time my spouse takes our dog? There is always an issue with the office manager. An office manager should be professional, ethical, and with the amount of money that is being paid? Amounts of procedures and money in general should not be changed. My spouse has had multiple conversations with the vets, but we are always told it falls on the Office Manager. We are currently looking for another vet, because of the back and forth. When an adult? Can not take responsibility for their actions? That's when I'm out.

This review doesn't even deserve a quarter of a star. I am highly disappointed on my experience and am absolutely appalled to even have to come here. It is apparent to me that the management doesn't care about this establishment at all. I walked in and sat in the waiting room patiently while the older blonde lady at the front desk was too busy facetiming to even acknowledge me after ten minutes. I am pretty sure that rather than talking it up on the phone she could have put herself to use and used some fabreeze to get the musky smell out of the chairs.

Love Dr. Cutchin! He is an amazing diagnostician and surgeon. He listens to me and trusts that I know my dogs best. I totally trust his judgement with my dogs. I drive 45 minutes to his clinic when there are at least a dozen vets that are closer.

My family took several pets to Dr. Cutchin for +/- 10 years, for veterinary services as well as boarding several years ago. The staff was always absolutely incredible - truly could not ask for a more friendly, professional group. And overall, while I think the vet services were overpriced, I think Dr. Cutchin did an adequate job. My hesitance to give more than two stars stems from several off putting experiences I had with Dr. Cutchin specifically.

When I was 16, I found myself in the unfortunate position of being the only person of driving age home when our elderly cat, near the end of her life due to a medical condition, started exhibiting signs of distress. I took her to Dr. Cutchin, with my younger sister, and made arrangements to put her to sleep. I have no veterinary knowledge, so I won't pretend to know why - but the sedative given to my cat did not unfortunately fully sedate her before the second injection was given resulting in some very sad noises and spasms before she finally closed her eyes.

At which point, my sister and I were told that she was "mostly gone" so we could leave. Unfortunately, I have had to put a few pets down since this experience. Fortunately, every other vet has managed to fully sedate my pet before administering the second injection and has allowed me time alone with my pet to grieve before leaving. Less traumatizing was the time my father and I expressed to Doctor Cutchin that our dog was no longer interested in his food and asked about any additives or tricks for making the food more appealing, as he was on a prescription diet.

As opposed to answering our question, Dr. Cutchin told us it was not possible for an animal to get tired of their food. I've since spoken with my own vet now, who directly contradicted this statement. Bottom line - There are definitely vets out there with more compassion. I don't recall any out and out rudeness from Dr. Cutchin, he's just very direct. But something about my experiences there compelled me to share them all these years later.

Dr. Cutchin has been seeing my animals for over 10 years. I've moved 30 minutes away and drive back to him for all their appointments. He's an incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and talented vet. Will not take my dogs or cat to anyone else! In regards to pricing, this is definitely a case where you get what you pay for! He will not rush you or your visit. Takes time with you and answers any and all questions. Always gets in touch with you in a timely manner and is easily available. Dr. Cutchin and staff are exceptional.

My own vet gave up on the current foster dog, "Jack." Echo Dogs White German Shepherd Rescue takes in young and senior dogs, well and hospice needed dogs. My friend knew I loved our latest foster and I was upset with my own vet. I knew Echo agreed to pay the bills for keeping Jack comfortable, happy and loved for as long as he had left. On my friend's advice, I took Jack to her vet, Dr. Cutchin, at Friendship. Dr. Cutchin showed integrity when he said he would take the dog as a patient if I had all his records from the other vet sent.

That done, we began our journey. True, Jack was a hospice patient. Dr. Cutchin treated him with respect, gentleness, and did all he could and told me what to do to facilitate Jack's care. He had patience for all of my questions and his staff was wonderful with Jack. When his time came, I called and brought him in and he was given a mild tranquilizer to relax him and so he would feel no pain.

He and I cuddled. When the time came, Dr. administered the last shot gently. My own vet had given up on Jack but Dr. Cutchin did not. He cares deeply for his furry patients and I believe he is a very, very good veterinarian -- an excellent one. I have no hesitation recommending this man who loves his furry patients and is patient with their "parents." Love this place.

This place takes good care of our many fur babies. The entire team is great and care about our animals. The vet, Dr. Cutchins, has a wealth of knowledge and experience. The entirety of the staff has been very pleasant. Thank you for the 3+ years of top notch service. I've read through other reviews wherein reviewers were complaining about price. I've found the price to match the quality of service rendered. Furthermore, we were informed of a price estimate before any procedure and the bill was always very close.
