I needed to find an emergency vet-ophthalmologist and this clinic was one of the few available. They got me in reasonably quickly. They were professional and friendly and provided detailed results of their examination. I wish they were closer, but I would recommend them.

My family just wants to give a huge shout out to Dr. Schaefer, Dr. Coggeshall, and the rest of the staff at VRC! You guys not only made the stressful anxiety result waiting process a lot more comfortable but you guys literally SAVED OUR FUR BABIES LIFE! Our family can't thank you all enough! When our family vet who our dog had been going to for YEARS failed to treat her for over 2months and things took a turn for the worse (her vet saying putting her down was our only option and manipulating us to believe that trying to get a second opinion to save her life would result in endless pain for the rest of her life) we knew we had to act fast and find a facility with a good reputation!

They took Stella as soon as we got there! And needless to say what her old vet clinic said she's at home now relaxed, recovering, and happy to be home! I know once she's fully recovered from surgery she will be back to her old happy self! The lesson here is, don't always go with the first opinion you get, go with your gut. Your fur babies are worth it and VRC was worth the hour and twenty minute drive 1,000 times over! Thank you thank you thank you! I can't say enough good things about your clinic and the emergency visit operation you guys have!

Dr. Miller and the nurses provided excellent care to Alex during the exam. Dr. Miller also took the time to provide us with detailed information throughout the consult, as well as regarding the outcomes of the examination and next steps. Overall this was a great experience. A highlight for us was the way you took care of Alex during the entire consult. You were caring and knowledgeable. I would give you 7 Stars if I could!

I never read the reviews. But my Peanutsauce (kitty) was in a bad way early this morning. And I had this place in my phone because it was close and my vet wasn't open yet. Long story short, I called and said we were coming in and most likely putting her down. I just want to say that I'm so thankful it was in the wee hours of the morning because it was very quiet.

We really appreciated the comfort room. It really makes a difference. I actually feel better that it was there rather than in my sterile vet office. I do not know who the doc was that gave her the dose, but just want to say thank you. After briefly telling you of her history and recent rapid decline, I felt a smidge validated. It's not an easy decision when your pet is very alert when you get there. Thank you for letting my sweet girl pass while in my arms. we are numb and heartbroken and miss our sweet girl terribly already.

Dr. Webb and her staff provided the best possible care for our family's lop-eared rabbit, Archer. Their response to his need for emergency care was immediate and, again, the care was the best. Even though euthanasia turned out to be necessary, Dr. Webb clearly explained all the options, so we knew we were making the best choice. I felt like Archer was her only patient this morning given how much care and attention she gave him and me. Thank you!

This was our first time using VRC as an emergency vet and should we need such services again, they will be our go to. When we called prior to coming in, they were upfront about the fact that our pet would be immediately triaged and stabilized, but that there would be a wait to speak to the Dr due to high patient volume. The nurse who did the intake assessment was very attentive to what we said and then took our dog to check his vitals, etc.

We waited 3 hours to talk to Dr D'Lauro but when we did, you would never know she was that busy. She sat down across from us and listened to us as she took handwritten notes. It was refreshing to not have a Dr just typing into a computer as we spoke. She really took the time to listen to us, walked us through her assessment of our dog and clearly explained his treatment plan.

I also felt her treatment plan was based on her detailed assessment of our dog.she didn't just start ordering labs and tests to rack up a hefty bill. (Which is something I've experienced before with other Emergency Vets) We were provided with clear discharge instructions.a printout that clearly outlined the summary of the visit, medication administration and what to monitor at home. It was a completely positive experience and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They were efficient, detailed, cost effective, warm and compassionate.

Great staff. The doctors are knowledgeable and friendly. They explain things in a matter that is clear and understandable. The doctors give options and seem to devise a care plan that is in the best interest of your pet not their wallet! I travel and have traveled an hour for the specialists there for years and will continue to do so! They have saved more than one of our dogs. Thank you for all you do VRC!

I wanted to update my review to let everyone know that Austin O'Connell, the Director of VRC, lied to my credit card company when I contested their charges! So, first VRC's Client Experience Manager lied to me by saying I would get a call back from Hannah (Practice Manager) after reviewing my case. After repeated attempts to contact Hannah, she never spoke to me.

And now, the Manager of the hospital, Austin O'connell, lied to my credit card company after nobody but the horrible, arrogant doctor talked to me about my disastrous experience. Seriously, what is VRC trying to hide? Please, please, please do yourself and your pet a favor and stay far, far, far away from this place! And, if you or someone you know works there, please make sure all issues that are not dealt with internally are reported to the Pennsylvania State Board. This is the ONLY way that anything will get better. You can find many more people with similar, and/or worse experiences on the Facebook page, AnywhereButVRC!

Coming to VRC was a very uplifting experience. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. The doctor explained things to us in a way which we could easily understand. I felt my dog finally had a good chance at becoming healthy again and was in great hands. I would highly recommend VRC to anyone looking to help their pet.

When our vetrinary could not determine what was going on with our Stella, they recommended we take her to VRC. At this point, our vet had completed blood work and xrays and still could not tell us what was causing her lethargy. Due to Covid, we were not able to go inside, so an employee came out, took our information, and took Stella inside. As we were waiting for them to complete their assessment, we were contacted with an estimate and asked for a down payment.

All before we even understood what was going on. In hindsight, it is apparent that they are more worried about payment then you or your pet. Long story short, they kept her for a day and a half, we went through two different doctors, and they still never determined what the underlying issue was. The following day we were told she was showing improvement and could take her home.

We actually had to schedule a time to pick her up and when they brought her out to us, she looked just as lathargic as when we dropped her off. But we took her home, and watched her decline and die within hours. As we watched in disbelief and heartache, we did everything we could to make her comfortable. We even called VRC, even if at this point it was just for assisting us in understanding what we were witnessing g and if there was anything we could/should be doing that we were not already doing.

As with every time calling, we were told a doctor would call us back. We NEVER received that call! It has been 5 months since losing Stella, our hearts still ache. Please do right by your furbaby and do not take them to this place. Note: I had to give one star to post the review.

Terrible service, they attempted to significantly upcharge us for the care of our pet. They also succeeded in over-charging for a number of unnecessary treatments and care plans. They were also incredibly rude and impatient with a family member who has hearing challenges. This locale is flatly unprofessional and I would strongly recommend against anyone giving them business.

Our local vet recommended VRC for our pup Roy because they had exhausted all of their resources to get a diagnosis. We brought him here and the staff were very welcoming from the moment we walked in. We were able to get him a MRI that day. Unfortunately the diagnosis was not good. He was in critical care for 2 days before we made the heartbreaking decision to let him go.

They did everything they could for him for those 2 days, the infection was just too far gone for a recovery. They made this difficult time in our lives a little easier with their compassion. A few days later we received a sympathy card with personalized messages from the doctors who took care of Roy. Thank you to Elysia Schaefer, DVM, DACVS-LA, Gaemia Tracy, DVM, DACVIM, Jennifer Savini, DVM, Emiliana R. Hennelly, DVM, DACVECC and everyone else who took care of our boy.

Dr. Badanes was very up front about what he could say with confidence in light of how our cat's illness presented and what his best guess as to the diagnosis and prognosis were. It wasn't news we wanted to hear, but unlike another veterinary hospital in Malvern there was no sense of false hope provided nor any unreasonable promises made about how quickly diagnostic work could be executed. We were seen quickly and our cat was handled with compassion and professionalism.

The only reason I would hesitate to make a recommendation is location. For us, it is a 45-60 minute drive from home. Otherwise, we were able to get an appointment quickly and easily. I called for an appointment and was offered appointment times within the next 48 hours. The appointment itself went quickly, but was still very thorough. The staff were very professional.

This is (unfortunately) the second time I've had to bring a dog to VRC. With both pets the staff was beyond phenomenal and compassionate. This time truthfully I may have been over reacting so there was a bit of a wait (we weren't urgent but I couldn't wait until our vet opened on Monday). But the staff was kind and didn't make me feel silly for bringing him in.

Anyway very helpful kind people. The staff deals with a lot especially given their upset stressed clientele and the current staffing challenges we all face - they handle it with grace. Communication

I love my pet very much as all pet owners do and I appreciate that the doctors are specialists in their field however their prices are outrageous and their prescription prices are equally as outrageous. The doctor spent literally a total of 15 minutes over the course of 2 visits with my dog and I've now been charged a $250 consult fee which supposedly included the follow up appointment only to be charged another $110 today for the follow up appointment.

Then the desk clerk blamed the scheduling department on not knowing all of the details. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable and extremely misleading. Additionally my husband was treated rudely at the initial appointment and told that they don't schedule appointments and we need to call to schedule. I agree with others. If i could give negative stars I would.

These people are taking advantage of hardworking people simply because they can. My pet has had surgery that has cost me less than these two appointments that have totaled maybe 25 minutes. I will not be returning.

We had to bring our 12 year old cat Zazu to VRC at the recommendation of our regular vet. After an evaluation it was determined that she had a severe case of advanced diabetes with underlying conditions. We choose to put her down. The staff at this location couldn't have been more accommodating, professional, and most of all compassionate. Dr. Alexandria was knowledgable and forthright with us. The staff who assisted with paperwork and other processes were exceptional. We are grateful for the capability and concern of this hospital staff.

I came from my Vets office due to a potential blockage in my 1.5 year old dog. They were able to take her immediately and kept me updated as they did testing. Dr. Mas was very good about coming to the waiting room and providing me updates and his thoughts Ensuring I was informed of what was happening

Everyone I came in contact there was very friendly and it made me happy with my decision to drive 1.5 hours for the consult. The vet was so knowledgeable and thorough with everything we discussed. I was very impressed. Overall warm and welcoming feeling from the moment you walk in the door to when you leave.

If I could give them negative stars, I would! First, my dog received HORRIBLE treatment at their so-called Hospital. They literally had all 5 surgeons unavailable for the entire weekend when my dog needed their help. The admitted my dog, knowing they had no surgeons to help for the entire weekend and then proceeded to kick him out on Sunday, catheterized and heavily medicated. Luckily for Boomer, we got into PennVet and he got the spinal surgery he needed. But, when I attempted to talk to someone about this horrible treatment at VRC, the Management would not talk to me.

I called multiple times to and the only one that called me back was the terrible doctor! Really, nobody else at the Hospital.from the Director to the Practice Leader would talk to me. Can you believe that?! Its over 6 months now, and they still refuse to speak with me even after that doctor is no longer working there. Would you bring your pet to a place that will escalate your problems to the doctor you have the problems with?!

They did it to me and they can do it to you! Everything I have stated is 100% true and they have yet to dispute any claims I have made which means they must think it is 100% acceptable. (beware!) Please do your research BEFORE setting foot, or paw, into this horrible business! AnywhereButVRC

VRC staff members care! From the time we entered till we walked out with a healthy puppy, we felt welcomed and heard. The doctors gave is plenty of information with a calming tone. She made recommendations as if it was her pet. They even called the next day to let us know that if anything changes that they are always here for us! They truly care about each critter that comes in. I'm glad we have this team to treat our little one.

We called everywhere locally to have our dog, Riley, seen by a specialist and no where could see her for a month and a half, VRC is 2 hours from us and they got us an appointment in 2 days. The receptionist was wonderful and personable. Dr. Cappelle was great with explaining everything we needed to know for our dog to have surgery. I am a veterinary professional myself so I am quite the critique when it comes to having to take my pet to another facility.

From start to finish VRC has been great. They sent me a text message letting me know my dog was going to go into surgery and Dr. Cappelle called me personally and told me that the procedure was a success and Riley would stay to be monitored for a day or two (which we knew ahead of time). Due to my poor girl's illness she did not recover well. The overnight ER doctor was wonderful with handling calling me whenever there was a change in her status.

They were able to stabilize her long enough for us to make the 2 hour drive to their facility and be with her to make the decision to say goodbye. The doctors did everything they possibly could to help her but her body was just not strong enough. I thank VRC for everything they did for us and if we ever had a situation in the future that required a specialist I would absolutely bring my pets back to them.

The long drive was 100% worth the care she received by this facility. I highly recommend them if you are reading this review. I will also be using them to refer my own clients/patients to as well.

Dr. Miller, Dr. Chia and the whole VRC were amazing! Not only were they professional, they were also friendly to both myself and my dog. Dr. Miller took time to explain my dog's condition to me and what to look out for that would warrant a call into VRC (something no other vets have taken time to do). Dr. Chia also took time to explain how she would proceed with extractions on my dog, and also took time to not only compile an estimate but also go over it, line by line, with me. Wait time, explaining of my dog's health issues to me, going over various care options.

Our dog accidentally ate a piece of chocolate cake. We came in a rush around mid night. The doctor and nurses helped and handled the case very professionally. I understand that it was late and they were probably exhausted. They still took the time writing notes and explaining things to us. Our dog is recovered and home now. Thanks so much for the attention and care, guys.

Everyone at VRC has been very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the exam room to the surgeon who preformed Jethro's procedure. They have been very compassionate and pleasant to partner with during a difficult time. The ability to get a consult for Jethro's ACL surgery and then getting the surgery next day was a blessing for us. The communication prior to the surgery and after was top notch! This was my first experience with VRC and I could not be more impressed. Dr. Coggeshall was amazing!

VRC was the only hospital who would help me when my dog needed an emergency C section. I was in tears and told that I was going to have to give my dog up to a shelter. VRC worked with my husband and I and we're able to help her and all her pups. Beyond being helpful with my situation, the staff at this location are so loving kind and compassionate, they treated every patient like a priority, everyone here was very knowledgeable and informative.

They gave great attention and help, the VET we worked with was super accommodating and understood that our dog was such a huge part of our family. I will recommend VRC to anyone it was definitely worth the hour drive for my family knowing my sweet girl was in the best hands in Pennsylvania. Thank you VRC team for being the absolute best Informative, compassionate, urgency

Recently had to take my dog here on a holiday. Despite being extremely busy, they were able to take care of my dog and put my mind at ease after I experienced a scary 24 hours with him. All of the staff were friendly and empathetic. After being warned about a potentially 4 hour wait for an update, they ended up calling me earlier than that with an update. We obviously never want to have to use emergency services, but I was (and have been in the past) very happy with the services received!

PLEASE - Do not take your pet to this horrible place. Not only did my dog receive terrible treatment from Dr. Anastasio, but the Management hides their head in the sand and hopes customers just go away when they report major problems. Their Client Experience Manager Joe Simpson, who has responded to customer reviews on Yelp and elsewhere, lied to me and said the Practice Manager (Hannah Leyrer) would call me back after looking into my issue. (He lied twice to me on their recorded phone line and will probably lie to you too!) So, after not getting a call like Joe said I would, I called back to talk directly to Hannah, the Practice Manager.

Would you believe Hannah did not get on the phone but rather put me on the phone with the doctor I had the problem with! ARE YOU *&^#*&^ KIDDING ME VRC!? Have you ever heard about a conflict of interest? This business obviously doesn't want to get better otherwise they would have called me to find out what went wrong with the Doctor and my visit.

Your lack of compassion and decency spits in the face of loving pet owners like me and others. I for one will not let you get away with it and have already found MANY others like me that you have wronged in the past. You can read all about the horrible things they have done here and help me make sure they don't do it to anyone else! https://www.facebook.com/AnywhereButVRC

We've been coming to this vet 10+ years. Our kitty needed an ultrasound. The Good: Covid saftey. They have you stay outside in numbered spots. The Bad: Everything else. We called when we got there and found out they had our house phone and my cell listed. Neither were with us. So we gave them my Mom's cell. They said they fixed it in the system.

They told us to tell the nurse why we were there. We did when she came out to the car. She took our cat in. 2 hours later and we were wondering how it was going so we called in to check. They no longer had my Mom's cell. They had tried to call our house and my cell over a 1/2 hour before that. They knew which spot we were in outside and no one had come out to ask us why they couldn't reach us.

We know we knew which spot we were in because the person on the phone confirmed it. The doctor called us; now that they fixed the phone number, and asked why we were there. We had already told the nurse. And we'd had our normal vet send over his notes/tests. But she didn't know why we were there. At the end of this call we asked when he'd get his ultrasound (we sorta thought they were already doing it) and were told before 5:30 cause that's when the ultrasound doctor goes home.

They must have done his last. When the called with the results the doctor was very wishy washy and refused to commit to a diagnosis. We had told them we were worried about cancer (there was blood in his stool and we had dealt with cancer 2x's in the past with former cats). She just kept telling us about how we could get a biopsy if we wanted depending on how much money we wanted to spend.

But she wouldn't tell us if she saw anything to suspect cancer. She just kept suggesting steroids and telling us if we wanted a biopsy we would have to do it 1st because the steroids would forever change the test results even after he was done taking them (which we questioned because I have an illness that sometimes requires them and I know that doesn't happen in people).

She also rambled about some other things that it could be without giving us an idea of probability or what our next steps should be. We left over an hour later after we called to remind them to give us back our cat. We also asked them to send the test results to our vet. They confirmed who he was and said they would. We finally left with a terrified cat.

We were never told we could go home and pick him up later if we signed a paper. We had no access to a bathroom for almost 7 hours. Afterwards they told us their bathrooms were open. We found both phone messages when we went home. When we complained when we were there they said they had tons of emergencies before us (it is an er vet - we get that).

But if they had so many emergencies then why was half their staff outside smoking and playing on their phones? We were parked right in front of the area they were doing that. They never gave us a price at the outset and the cost when it was done was well over the adverage cost of an ultrasound. They never sent the tests to our vet. We had to call them again the next day.

Our vet looked at the ultrasound and was able to tell us by looking at it that it was just inflammation of the intestines - not cancer related, no biopsy needed, just a diet change and possible steroids. He also ruled out all the other crap the VRC doctor told us about what it could be. He also told us that I was right - steroids would not change his test result forever after he stopped taking them. Overall I'm not sure I trust them anymore. And they need to get their communication issues fixed.

Doesn't deserve a rating But in order for me to leave a review I had to give this half ass of a establishment one. The communication here is terrible we took our dog in on a Sunday night they kept him over night suggested a 4,000 scan to be able to tell us anything. But suggested blood work, They were so quick to take our 1300 dollars for blood work and have no answers for us no results no call backs NOTHING we have called 5 times and NOTHING. we today took our 13 year old Yorkie to a different vet that didn't charge us a penny and was able to tell us that our dog now has a brain tumor and is legally blind. I personally would recommend taking your pet to people that care people that are doing their job correctly.

A recent visit was a great example of how a veterinary practice should not operate. In addition to excessively long waits, the only doctor who talked to us in person was uncaring and demonstrated a lack of knowledge about what were going through. We called numerous times and were put on hold for up to 15 minutes - and did not get any calls back. VRC used to be the only place to go in an emergency- but it is not anymore.

We are sorry we went there this time as we have had to repeat testing because VRC would not interpret the tests. We know that there are some terrific vets there and we also know many have left. Until VRC learns that how you deal with people experiencing trauma matters, we will not return. Our money will be spent where not only our animals are treated well, but we are are too.

This place is a nightmare! I have been calling for days to speak to the surgeon Dr. Coggshall about a lung surgery for my dog. I have sooo many questions and I can not get a call back. He was able to sent an estimate after hours for how much I would have to pay but could not manage a call back. I would say there are many choices as far as good vets keep looking this place is terrible. Not sure who these other reviewers had but my family has had an awful experience and have moved on to someplace else.

The absolute best animal hospital in the area. Our beagle mix was experiencing extreme back pain. We tried several places for him and everywhere said he had pulled a muscle. Our vet referred us to VRC. They diagnosed his back issue in our first appointment and verified with an MRI the next day - 2 ruptured discs in his back. The surgery went very well and they were great with communications. Our boy is recovered and walking again thanks for VRC!

Everyone at VRC has been wonderful to work with! So pleasant, friendly, and caring. We really feel like our dogs are receiving the best care! Dr. Miller really took the time to explain to us the heart conditions and issues we were seeing in our dog. He did a very thorough exam, reviewed the imaging with us, and talked us through the treatment plan.

I am so grateful I ended up at VRC with Oscar. It was further from my home than other vets, but I kept hearing great feedback from friends and my groomer about VRC, so I went to have Oscar evaluated by Dr Franczuzski and I felt confident my little guy was in great hands. I was not disappointed and the Physical Therapy following surgery has been every bit as wonderful too.

Despite Covid restrictions and meeting the doctors and staff at my car to discuss Oscar's progress, I've been provided thorough explanations and answers to my questions - every time. There is nowhere else I will take my dogs for specialized services, VRC is the best of the best. Communication

Notice that Joe only responds to the positive comments. Probably because there are fewer of these. These doctors provide no continuum of care and are rude and disrespectful to the owners. What pains me is that all of you that are writing negative reviews, you MUST report this conduct to the PA state veterinary board.

The doctors, nurses, and staff are arguably the kindest and most thoughtful professionals I have ever taken my 13 year old domestic short hair cat to. It truly doesn't matter which doctor evaluates your son/daughter you will always get the best care. This is why we moved to the immediate area, to be close to this hospital for our boy. The best doctors in the tri-state area!

Incompetent and overpriced! Money is all they care about and lots of it. They will keep your pet until you give them your credit card first. Don't expect them to return calls or save your pet because the emergency care is useless and does basically nothing. Once they let your pet die they will pretend like their incompetence was never their fault.

Take your pet anywhere but here. Covid has just given them an excuse for being worse than they already are. Now they can hide behind phone calls that they don't feel like answering and never talk to you or outright lie about your pets well-being because they just don't care. They will literally tell you to go somewhere else if you complain and right now there is very little choice if your animal needs medical attention immediately. I'm already anticipating some kind of response that are disputing this but they are aware of this and they know how incompetent and awful they are. There are only a couple of nice staff but unfortunately the doctors are truly incompetent and will do anything to hide it.

Hi I was recommended to this vet from the health center for my 1 year old cat because he was running a high fever and dehydrated. My wife and I went there and from the door they were ALL rude and unprofessional! My cat was sick and they had no heart or compassion. They quoted a high end of $2500 for his care to admit him and do X-rays and lab work and told me I had to pay half of the high end up front.

I wasn't in the position to do that and they recommended scratch pay and care credit or basically told me if I couldn't afford it the doctor would be happy to write up her recommendations and we can go elsewhere to a place more affordable for us. How in humane can you be when my cat is sick and was running an over 105 fever would you do this to a child? No.

I winded up paying and being put on a payment plan. I called several times this morning for an update on my cat and was given the run around, finally spoke to the doctor who told me my cat still had a fever this morning although he didn't last night and he still hadn't eaten and the X-rays were fine. Called back later on in the day to get another store that something concerning showed up in my cats belly and they will need to keep him another night to do a repeat X-ray.

My wife and I decided to drive the hour to try to see our cat and I wanted to see the X-ray I called when we were there and spoke to the doctor who basically was rude and told me she spoke to be 3 times already and I'm being demanding she sent me via email the films and then told me she didn't have the time to tell me how to read X-rays.

My wife and I then decided to call and tell them we wanted to take our cat out of their facility in return I was asked multiple questions that wasn't relevant to me wanting to take my cat to elsewhere. They had us wait over an out for discharge and when I asked the nurse what my cats temperature was she told me I think 103.5. This place has a bunch of rude, Unprofessional, money hungry staff and doctors who just want your money.

The doctor herself even said if they had to do an ultrasound or endoscopy on my cat it would exceed what they quoted me and a payment arrangement would no longer be an option. STAY FAR AWAY FROM VRC they lie and lie to rack up a high end bill and are nasty and unprofessional. We came to another facility and the doctor told us our cat doesn't have any fever and got right down to the point and was honest and professional.

I will be seeking legal action to get the money back I paid for services that weren't even needed but were just done for money in their pockets. I will be making a formal complaint as well with the BBB! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND HASSEL AND GO ELSEWHERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Our dog was very sick over a three day holiday weekend. There was no way he was getting in to a regular vet before Tuesday. The on-call vet from our regular vet office told us to get him to a 24-hour vet and recommended VRC. Due to the current COVID-19 epidemic VRC requires pet owners to call ahead and drop the dogs off in front of their big expensive building.

A staff member picks them up. Pet owners wait in the parking lot in their cars. It's very impersonal but VRC can't really be faulted for that. Staff are professional and courteous enough. For the most part, they call when they say they will, and incoming calls are responded to. Ultimately, the vets treated my dog and he was discharged after two days. Follow-up care will be provided by his regular (and affordable) vet.

The downside is there is a cost to taking your pet to a 24-hour 365 day emergency vet so be prepared to take a financial wallop. VRC is located in a very affluent area and much of the customer base seems to be wealthy childless people who call their pets "fur babies" and enjoy paying a lot for upscale gourmet pet care. I was going to give three stars but since VRC did what they were supposed to do and took care of my dog, I'll tack on another one. Four stars for VRC being what it is, a last line of defense when your pet needs emergency care.

We were at a different Pet ER in Montgomery County, PA but they didn't fix him up so we drove the extra distance to find out that this place is great. Great service, nice staff, fantastic facility and on top of it, they only charge for services provided. Other ER's charge a fee just to be seen and it can be as high as $300. I would highly recommend this place. They saved our little fur buddies life!
