Great staff very helpful when our regular vet didn't have time for us Rags and I would like to thank you very much God bless you all.

They done very good with Angel she had to have a c-section to get her babies out and they are going so fast and so freaking adorable

I adopted an animal from Yadkin Co. Animal Shelter for $10 that was to include everything! But I ended up paying $65 by the time I got through. My friend did the same and paid $200. Adoption is usually $60 except for the x2 year $10 special. So you tell me. Money hungry vet. Would not recommend either to anyone. Ever. I thought the concept was to give loving homes to animals in the shelter. Sad.

I have been coming here for over 15 years and brought 5 dogs to this facility. Ive never had even close to a bad experience here, until today. My appointment was at 4:30 i got here at 4:25 and was taken back to a room. The dog and me sat here for 45 minutes with 0 communication as to the delay, no big deal. At this point chewy had laid down and fallen asleep, as most dogs would in a quite room after almost an hour.

Immediately a man and a woman the gentleman ive never met before in all my years here and the lady has helped me several times and this dog as well, literally just barged into the room no knock no warning so naturally and instinctively chewy barked growled raised his hair it a natural reaction. He is in a harness and tucked to my knee. Before i even had a chance to control him the gentleman decide with a very forceful and disrespectful attitude to tell me with more than 1 sentence how i need to control my dog and I'm not doing this right and that right didn't even give me a chance to talk then with his anger proceeds to wonder why my dog is still looking at him!

I said how about changing your aggressive attitude and try being nice and petting him. We have sat her for a hour waiting and you startled him and then came in here with a attitude.he then proceeded to keep running his mouth before I decided this will no longer be my vet he was RIPPING THE DOOR HANDLE OFF TO SHOW ME OUT THEN HE PROCEEDED TO TRY AND SHOULDER CHECK ME ON THE WAY TO THE FRONT DOOR TELLING ME TO CALL AND GET MY PAPERWORK!

I have never in my life and little do you know he know all my family. This is absolutely disrespectful and rude and this is the guy we put our pet lives in his hands. Well with a attitude and personality like that I nor any of my friends family and any of the Lewisville community I personally know will ever be back!

I wasn't able to get an appointment fast enough to help my dog, but the receptionist was wonderful in her attempts to assist us. So minus one star because getting an appointment was a problem but still 4 stars because at least the person I interacted with was worth 4-5 stars.

Absolutely love Dr Ruble. She's kind and sweet. Rowdy loved her. The staff is awesome and caring

Needed a veterinarian for my dog called several different places and was told it would be anywhere from three days to three weeks before I could get an appointment for her. I called Grandview Animal Hospital which is located in the Enon area of Yadkin county and was told to bring her there that afternoon to be seen.

I took my 80 year old mom (who is self described as "very independent and particular") and her 12 year old little dog.who is the center of her world for their first visit with Dr. Leon and his staff today. I am so very appreciative of their patience, kindness, and understanding demeanor. My mom's mind is more at ease about her little dog.and therefore my mind is more at ease about my mom. Such positive ripples!

Highly recommend this vet office! Great staff and doctors! We have taken our animals there for years.

Drs. Robbins and Ruble are very capable and knowledgeable veterinarians. They employ a friendly efficient staff who can be quite amusing at times. The whole gang has done an amazing job at both keeping our well dogs healthy and at prolonging the well-being and happy "doggishness" of our old and chronically ill pets. You'll be hard pressed to find a batter animal hospital.

This is a review of the clinic on Yadkinville Hwy. Mr. Snuffy became very sick very quickly. He was a 15 yr old cocker spaniel that was blind and deaf. He developed a cough that wouldn't stop. I spent a few days without sleep staying up with him. I suspected heart worms and finally took him to Grandview. Turns out he was more sick than I thought.

The vet could treat him and hope for the best but it would be extremely expensive but recommended euthanasia. It was the hardest thing I ever did in my 39 yrs but I kissed him goodbye and watched them carry him away. I waited for the body and after digging the grave I opened the box and Snuffy was wrapped in a blanket and looked so peaceful. Mom said he looked like a little angel.

The staff at the hospital were so nice to me that evening and polite even though I arrived right at closing. Not ready for a new friend yet but when he arrives I will trust Grandview to take care of him. One star off just bc I still break down sometimes while driving by. Happy New Year Snuffy! Chase a cat in Heaven for me!
