Animal Ark Veterinary Hospital

I had been taking my dog here for a year and everything was great. I recently got another puppy, and this is where things got unacceptable. I scheduled his shots in April for May 19, and also scheduled his neuter appointment for May 31. For the May 19 appointment, I mentioned a lump under his arm that I'd like to be checked. At the end of the appointment, there was no mention of his weight and the lump, so I asked.

The woman checking me out asked the technician, and according to this technician she didn't recall talking about a lump even though we had a full blown conversation about it AND made up his weight (30 lb). Whatever, then comes his neuter appointment that had been scheduled until APRIL! We come in, and they tell us there is no surgeon to perform the neuter and made it seem like we were the inconvenience because they had to call in the surgeon.

He weighed 52 lb this appointment, no way he gained 22 pounds in 2 weeks. Whatever, then that day we schedule an appointment for June 9 to get his stitches removed, RECOMMENDED by the techs. We are located in King, so we drive 35 minutes for them to tell us the stitches are DISSOLVABLE! The disorganization here is unacceptable and I will be absolutely switching vets, preferably someone who cares about our dogs and our time.

Hands down the best vet office I've ever been to! I've lived in many cities with many animals, so I've dealt with my fair share of veterinarian offices. Everyone I've interacted with at Animal Ark Vet Hospital has been outstanding. They really take the time to listen to your concerns and create the best plan of care. They make humans and pets feel so comfortable - even my timid rescues! I will forever be taking all of my animals here.

Been coming here for a while. They are busy for a reason. The vets are very nice and caring. They definitely know what they are doing. I have a couple of exotic pets that I bring in for visits. Any questions I have they will usually have an answer to. The pricing is reasonable as well. I highly recommend them.

I have a bunny. This is the best place we found. The staff is super friendly and took care of our fluffy baby. They got us in and out for a neuter same day and they didn't charge insane rates. If you have any fluffy family members that need to be fixed I 100% recommend giving them a call.

We took our dog here for an ultrasound to confirm a suspicion of cancer. Unfortunately they did find that she was in an advanced stage of cancer that had metastasized, but the staff was amazing - receptionist, tech, and vet were all knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. If we were local they would absolutely be our new primary vet for the rest of our critters!

Words cannot describe my feelings towards Animal Ark and their wonderful staff. I found this animal hospital about 4 years ago whilst having trouble with my previous veterinarian, and from the beginning my pets have received the most outstanding care, kindness and compassion from the team there. I always feel informed about the care my pets are receiving from start to finish, no matter the situation. I will always have the utmost respect for the staff here I can't thank them enough for the amazing service I've received! I'd recommend Animal Ark to every pet owner!

The atmosphere was amazing. The people were very friendly and professional. The veterinarian treated my pet very gently and loving. They are very fair price. That was my first experience there but it will not be my last. I've chosen Animal Ark Veterinary Hospital as my permanent veterinarian. I highly recommend anyone who loves their pets to get them treated there.

We had to put our beloved kitty "Tigger" to sleep and this vet did an amazing job to make the process as easy on us as possible. The staff is very friendly and take great care of your pets and the facility is very clean and nice. I highly recommend their services. I have also used them for services with my bunny Bubbles and they did great with her as well. We aery happy customers. Thank you for being so thoughtful throughout the whole process.

All the veterinarians and techs are all very kind and helpful during emergency visits or just check ups. I have a senior dachshund that has had to have emergency visits sometimes and they always fit him in and treat him with utmost importance.

This place was a referral. I'm so glad it was because I absolutely will let anyone know that's looking for a vet this is the place to go! Everyone was professional and so friendly to my bearded dragon Seemore and I. It was very clean and I fell in love with their Halloween decorations. Thank you guys for helping me get on the right track to helping my baby so that he can feel better again.
