Today we saw Dr. Whittington on a last minute walk in on a Saturday - we are very happy - she was diligent and thorough - prices were comparable to other vets so I m not sure why people are saying their prices are outrageous. They asked what we are comfortable and didn't force us to buy or test anything. They gave us the info and as owners we can decide for ourselves. The nurses and receptionist were extremely kind and nice.

We are so thankful to have Dr. Klock as our doctor. He has saved our little girl's life more than once. He is so knowledgeable and so thorough. He is so caring, kind, patient, and just the very best doctor we could ever ask for. We are beyond lucky to have found him. He is the ABSOLUTE BEST! The staff and front desk are always super helpful. I brought my golden retriever here and all I can say is that they only care about the money. They ddi not provide my dog the treatment she really need it, When the vet doctor saw her she said she can go home and take the medication she prescribed her instead of putting the med in the IV so it can work faster. Unfortunately I didn't have too much experience because it was my first dog so I just listen to what the doctor told me to do but for that consultation I spend almost $500. THE next day my por dog look more sick and I went back to them and they said she need to stay there overnight but I had to pay more money for her stay so I was only able to pay $750 so one of the receptionist told me to call The Shelter in new Rochelle so I did and someone there recommend me a person and that person Help to to pay the difference so my dog stay there for 24 to 48 hours but she wasn't getting any better.
The lady that help me pay was very upset for what they did to me the first day I went and that they sent us home so she felt that they only care about money so help me transfer my dog to a different l that was almost 30 min away. When we arrive there, those people were so nice to us and give so much love to my dog unfortunately they called me the next day and told me She wasn't getting any better because she was supposed should it be hospitalized The same day I brought her to the first hospital but this place call miller's hospital only care about money since the first day I was there.
I wish I never took my dog here but as I mentioned it was the first time having a dog and she never got sick. For almost a year I have trying to get in contact with the manager from billing department so they can refund back the money I pay them, but they kept ignoring me, I think they should do that because they didn't do the right thing for my poor dog who was only 7.
If anyone knows where I can called to make the complain against that hospital please share with me! I hope no one goes to this hospital if they don't have enough money because the same thing may happen to them, I even told them I could pay them pay them little by little every month so my dog could stay the same day I took her but they just wanted money upfront without caring my dog Health. We missed her much. If any employee from Miller's hospital sees this review please forward to the owner to see if that person can do the right thing.

Miller Clark, you should be ashamed of yourselves! After 25 years and numerous cats and dogs, I've decided to take my business elsewhere! I have an 11 year old dog with blood in her urine. There was never any follow up, except for requesting a $800 payment! I had to attempt to call many times to figure out next steps. Their next steps were $900 dollars of additional tests.
The day after the snow storm, I showed up a bit late because, I was stuck at an emergency. I attempted, courteously, to call them to let them know, the day before, to apprise them of my situation. How could any establishment, in this day and age, not allow a client to leave a message? Anyway, when I got there they wanted to charge me more money because I was a bit late.
Money over animal care! The practice feels like a convenience store-When it's convenient, they charge you more money! Please note this was simply one instance, since they were bought out, their care has been going downhill at the expense of our poor animals! They have no consistency, they have new vets every time I go there! This morning I brought my sick dog to another practice and discovered that Milller Clark misdiagnosed our wonderful dog and didn't perform a test properly! Now, we are dealing with a tumor in her bladder that was found with a simple sonogram that Miller Clark could have performed but chose not to do! Simple reasonable sonogram would have shown the tumor not the $1,000 X-ray! Good bye Miller Clark, no wonder your good vets have all left you! Customers beware!

We have two cats and one kitten and Miller Clark has taken excellent care of them - everything from a cold, an anxiety issue and a scratched cornea. The availability for fast appointments is wonderful and the weekend flexibility makes a huge difference. When they heard one of cats had an eye issue, they literally said "be here asap" because they didn't want to risk anything happening to her.
It was a Friday morning and I am sure it messed up their schedule for the day, but it was more important to them that our cat received the proper care which is critically important.

Amazing service and incredible doctors. Dr. Arthur Klock is an expert, providing optimal care to pets while delivering a wealth of knowledge to their owners/family. His thorough explanations and craft are remarkable. Charlie's care has been spectacular and we know it is a direct result of the efforts put forth by the staff at Miller Clark. From the time your pet is handed off until the second it is returned you can feel the genuine care and love for animals amongst everyone. This place is a gem!

I visited Miller Clark the for first time yesterday for my 9 week old puppy's first check up. The staff was very welcoming and Dr. Whittington had such a nice way of handling Maisie during her exam. Since this was her first visit to a vet, I'm sure she will associate it with positive feelings and not be afraid to come back for future check ups.
