Usually don't leave reviews but had to this time. I took my English bulldog in for something called cherry eye and they took great care of her they made me feel extremely safe leaving her with them and did excellent work. The staffing was amazing friendly and knowledgeable from top to bottom and they even sent a card afterwards made me feel like they cared. My lil girl and I appreciate you animal eye care thank you so much

Omg so clean and gorgeous inside. Staff was amazing and the Dr didn't make stuff up didn't try to up sale you or get unnecessary procedures. She was very professional, spoke to you on a level you could understand, very dedicated to her job.treated my pup as if she was her own as did the tech. Just overall great I left my sadness there and left with hope and results.

My dog had a eye infection. The staff at Animal Eye Care saw him right away. They took awesome care of him. He did wind up loosing his eye but not before they did everything possible. His surgery went well and he's back to his normal self. I can't thank their staff enough!

Amazing place! Super friendly staff and the vet was very good about explaining what was needed to be done and what to expect. Including the possibility of future appointments. Their very good about letting you know the cost before just proceeding with treatment! Would definitely recommend Animal eye care of Western New York!

Dr Tamke and Lynn were excellent. I had read the reviews but now know for myself they are true. My dog was there for an ultrasound, and my dog Bella was calmer than I have ever seen her at the vet. They are very careful and were sensitive to my concerns. I would highly recommend.

Our pup had calcium buildup and eye ulcers. We were blessed to get an appt within days of referral from our vet. If wait was longer Dr. Mineo was willing to work with our vet to get some relief. Within 2 days our pup was on the mend. Super compassionate and professional staff. Cost for visit was stated up front. Which i truely apprecuated. We are so very lucky to have this great practice in our backyard.

We've had three visits with our dog and are delighted with the treatment as well as the doctor and staff. Our dog is seen promptly and brought back to us as soon as the exam is finished. Then, the doctor calls and goes over everything in detail, including recommended treatment. We are so lucky to have such a practice in western New York. It's a one and a half hour drive for use, but it's absolutely worth it.

I have never experienced a more professional and compassionate group of people than Dr. Stanz and her staff at Animal Eye Care of WNY. My diabetic dog Copper went from no eye issues to full blown cataracts and blind in three days. My dog watches over me and is with me 24/7. To see him in so much pain and knowing he had no zest for life was devastating, to say the least.

It was the most heartbreaking and worrisome situation I have ever been through. I read up and found Dr. Kanz and her staff. I brought Copper in to be evaluated. Dr. Kanz explained everything, answered all our questions and concerns with such professionalism and compassion, it is above and beyond any service I have ever received. Dr. Kanz performed bilateral cataract surgery a week ago today - Copper can now see, is pain free and he can't stop smiling!

I will never be able to thank Dr. Kanz and her staff enough for the kindness and care we received, but I hope they know we will be forever grateful. It's a huge relief to know that my dog will continue to receive the best care possible. You have given all of us so much happiness and hope - thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Dr mineo and Dr stanz are both amazing in every way. So patient and loving to our baby girl and with all the cards you see there you can tell everyone else agrees. They do everything they can to help our poor babies with concerns with their eyes. Without Dr mineo idk where we would be with our little Nellie. She's a scared pup but Dr mineo is so gentle and kind and knows exactly what she is doing. Don't get me started on all the cute decorations there too! They're amazing is really all I can say.

They take such great care of my furbabies! I have a shih tzu with dry eye and so does my Mom they are absolutely wonderful fitting us in if needed and sending our medication to us since we live quite a distance from the office. I would highly suggest if your cat or dog is having any eye issues bring them here. I worked awhile with my local vet before bringing my dog here and realistically it's about the same price and they specialize in just eyes so they can focus on on just what your pet needs!
