I would give it a 10 but still waiting to see if the second pending charge on my credit card is dropped. Was confirmed by Casey that it did not go through, called when I returned home and let them run my card again and I have the full charge that went through and another still pending for the full amount. The exceptional care for Taz and the vet (Elizabeth Wolfe) is amazing and so appreciate her love for Taz. Getting him in when he's so sick and the care is exceptional. Would recommend them over and over again. Prices are high and the checkout has been a challenge on my last two visits which is concerning.

I have been using Perry Pet for over thirty years. My animals get great care from the doctors and vet techs. Everyone at the clinic go out of their way to give your animals the care and love they need.

I see Perry for farm animals. One time vet came to farm for cow and a different I drove out there with my goat. I like them! I wish they could do in house testing for these more common livestock tests to send those tests out is painful Thank you to the Vets and staff! You're all fantastic

They are a great Vet! Very caring and concerning, places is always clean and staff is super friendly. We love them and what they do for our fur babies and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. I HIGHLY recommend them!

We recently had to call for an emergency visit for our 13 year old lab as new customers. They got us in that day and were so compassionate and loving for our fur baby as we had to make the hardest decision and say goodbye to her. They had never seen her or us before and were beyond amazing with everything. Long story short all of our animals will have a new vet office!

Top notch veterinary clinic. Wonderful employees from the front desk to the doctors themselves. Clean environment where you are made to feel comfortable. All four of our babies get the best care here, and I wouldn't take them anywhere else.

Sold me over the counter flea tick meds. My animals have never been there. Cost was $12 per dose! Very reasonable! It is taking about two months to get in for new pet visits though. Can go in with pet-!

I just want to say if you want great service I strongly recommend them. They will go in to depth with you about your animal. And they care about the pet and the owner and that's a rare find nowadays.

The staff at Perry Vet are super friendly. They are efficient and caring. My cat was in capable hands. They took the time to answer my questions. Highly recommend Perry Vet to all animal lovers.

My family has used this vet for as long as I can recall, so naturally it's where I've had my animals cares for. 15 years they took phenomenal care of my horse and treated his passing with the most incredible respect. They have taken care of my dogs from routine visits to very scary emergency situations. Through and through, from the initial phone call to after I walk out the door, this will always be my vet.

Had a very busy day at the clinic, but was able to take the time and call after our puppy surgery. Front desk busy in afternoon was unable to recall which pet picking up even after stating who we were there for. Called to check up two days after to see how our pet was doing.

I have been going here for many years. Despite moving about an hour away, I have not found a vet practice better than this one. Always an accurate diagnosis, and will always be willing to to go above and beyond. If they accept new patients I would ask for Dr Sims, Dr wolf both are exceptional.

We moved from out of state. It is hard to find a new vet you can trust with your furry family member. We have a rescue dog with issues that needs to be treated with care and compassion. I am so happy we found our Vet for our family! Dr. Sims was so amazing! All staff was helpful and very professional! You can't go wrong with the office. It is refreshing to work with such an honest and ethical office.

Called the vet out last night for my mothers horse colicking. We already gave him mineral oil and had him up and walking prior to the on call vet arriving. When he arrived he was less than helpful to say the least! He ended up telling us he was going to tube him to give him more mineral oil. He administered so much sedation meds that the horse was literally falling over and 3 of us had to hold him up while the vet shoved the tube down his throat.

The vet was unable to trake him and took a good 40 mins to get the tube in his stomach. When I asked if he worked on horses he said no he is normally strictly cattle! why would you send a cattle vet to do something he has never done on a horse!? Furthermore I asked for pricing prior to any services being done and was quoted $134 for the call, was told the meds are cheap, today I received a call saying my bill is $534.40!

So you quote me $300 less, have THREE of us help and charge me $534.40 to give him mineral oil which we already did and then say there's nothing else you can think of to do. I will NEVERRRR use you again and I will make it very well known to all my fellow farmers that you hike the price up at the end. Word of mouth spreads quickly.

Love this place! Friendly, knowledgeable staff who takes great care of our dogs! I would recommend this place to anyone who loves their pets like children and wants them in the best hands!

Not very satisfied with the after hours service. My dog's stomach swelled to twice it's original size, so I immediately called and he gave me one of two options, it was either her stomach flipped or a different stomach thing, but either way she would need surgery. Whoever he was, he works in the office in Perry. He then proceeded to tell me that I would have to call somebody else because all his vet techs were at their Christmas party. I felt like they didn't care about my dog's emergency situation. Thank god he does NOT work in Batavia or I would be switching vets in a heartbeat.

I went used the satellite office in Livonia for years and liked the vets that saw my pets, then a new vet Dr. Littteer appeared. No concern for the animal, contradicted what another vet in the practice told me to do and never read the animal's chart. What a disaster I ended up walking out of the office without completing the visit. I found another vet who is WONDERFUL AND a whole lot cheaper! After 15 years, I realized that they charge Way more than other practices in the area.

I had gone to Batavia Animal for year prior to Perry taking it over, first problem I took my female dog Moxie in for an xray to find out how many puppies she had in there a Perry vet name Peter saw her looked at the xray and said 4 maybe 5 I told him Moxie had had a previous c-section and if she only had 3 in there I was going to schedule a c-section Peter said no she has more than 3 she should be fine well 4 dayslater she went into labor ok course the puppy was to bid so at midnight I droe over an hour to c-section out 4-5 puppies there were only 3 thatis why they were to large, because of her previous c-section and being in labor for 4 -5 hours I had to spay her of course they charged through the nose.

Second problem when Moxies puppies went in for their check up at 6 weeks old the bill was outrageous almost 3 times the normal bill the women behind the counter said there has got to be an error this price is too high I will redo the bill and send it to youwell the bill came in at almost 3 times the normal price I called and was told no that was the new pricing mind you they never informed me that there was a price increase prior to seeing my puppies. I found a new much reasonable vet.
