Regular deworming can help reduce the effects of intestinal parasites on both animal and human members of your household. Many of the intestinal parasites commonly found in your pets can be transmitted to young children and certain "at risk" adults. Intestinal parasites can cause rashes, blindness and certain kinds of brain damage in humans.
The following are services that our Doctors recommend most patients receive at least once yearly. When you come in and see us, one of our staff members will assist you in making your pet's personalized healthcare plan. This is your time with the Doctor to address any health or behavior concerns you may have.
We are proud to support the following organizations because of their commitment to excellence and leadership within their communities. Poor quality care, They muzzle dogs before they even know their temperament. My dog lost 7/9 pups because they couldn't see her and I had to drive her into Orchard Park

DONT GO TO DONNER CREEK. I've been taking my dog here for months on end & we were told we were no longer able to come here & they just hung up. i called a couple days later for them to look into the situation & they hung up on me once again. So i call again for the third time asking to look into the situation once again, & they say a random excuse that somebody made a facebook post that was absolutely never made but regardless we can no longer come here?

When i asked to speak to the vet who "saw" this post they said "she probably won't call you back so just don't bother calling again" But regardless they misdiagnosed my other dog for 3 years & are completely disrespectful to their customers for absolutely NO reason! It's not worth paying an arm & leg for an appointment when the vets truly don't even care about the customers / animals who come to their facility. DONT GO TO DONNER CREEK! Unprofessional & disrespectful, i will be telling my family / friends to go somewhere else from now on!

We took our cat here 3 weeks ago.(my cat is 12 and I think has bad arthritis.)They took bloodwork. Paid over$300. Still have not gotten results. My husband has called 4 times and I called once. They keep saying the vet will call back. Ha! The receptionist was not even apologetic. I would go there in person but with Covid you have to call ahead. This place has taken my money and my cat is suffering! Awful! DO NOT GO HERE! Spread the word. Put them out of business!

Wait forever for bloodwork results. I call and they won't tell me over the phone. Have to wait for vet to call. She takes her sweet old time, a week or sometimes 2 weeks to call you back. My dog needs her medicine refilled based on her blood work results. Told them at the appointment she had 11 days left of her meds and that I will be going out of town for a week. Whatever, I'm done. Time to find a new vet, one more reliable

I have a very good vet for my dog. But I thought it would be convenient to find someone closer. The majority of your reviews are very good bit the bad ones are so bad and consistently the same problem. Ive had the same problem as a human going to a Doctor's office. Your place of business is only as good as your staff! It seems when people really need a response they don't get ANY.

In one case a dog died without getting an answer. That is unforgivable. I will be happy to stay with my vet. Bad business practices. You should implement some office policies if you care what people who truly love their animals think.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Took my dog on Wednesday because she didn't seem to be doing to well. Sat in a room waiting for the vet for over 45 min with no one else in the vets office but heard staff and doctors talking about non-related work stuff while we waited. Got blood work done for her and was supposed to hear back on Thursday never did. Called later Thursday and was told we would be hearing back from the vet shortly never did. Called Friday same thing and never heard back from them. Today, Sunday my dog passed. Paid all this money to have tests done to prepare our selves for the worst and it all could have been avoided. Would not recommend this vet to anyone.

Dr Fournier had always taken great care of us! We had a very sickly and needy dog previously and she always made sure he was comfortable and well taken care of!

We had been taking our family dog here since she was a puppy. Then one visit we asked about her weight because she seemed to have put on a lot of weight in her stomach. They told us that it was nothing she was just fat. Not even a month after that visit our dog Sarah got very sick over the weekend. It got so bad we had to rush her the animal hospital.

After the vet gave her one look over she told us there was something in her stomach. She took an x-ray and saw that our poor dog had a 20 pound tumor in her stomach and that was not just extra weight. After hours of trying to get her rehigrated to do an emergency surgery to remove the tumor, we were to late. Sarah was in so much pain since the tumor was now so large it was pushing her internal organs against her spin, we had to make the decision to let her go.

The vet at the hospital told us that this had been growing in her for years and that one x-ray of her stomach could have helped prevent this. I will be pulling my cats from this vet and never coming back here again. Not only are they inconvenient to go to but they truly over look the simplest things about your pet.
