Fantastic place! We have been taking our pet to Healthy paws for over a year now. Caring and courteous staff. Our dog is always well taken care by the Vets and when he is in the Kennel when we leave him there during our extended vacations. So thankful and grateful to have such trusting service in our neighborhood. Would recommend them any day!

I love all of the staff here at Healthy Paws. Our dog loves coming here. He gets excited every time I mention that we are coming to the vet. They treat our dog like family. I would recommend this vet to everyone. It's the best! The staff are very nice and sweet. Thanks for taking care of our Loki. He loves y'all so much!

This vet falsely diagnosed my dog with cancer. After they diagnosed my dog, my world was turned upside down. I went to another vet after much uncertainty and I found out my dog did not have cancer. Healthy Paws was just trying to take my money by taking advantage of my situation and vulnerability. I only was uncertain because of how fast they were. trying to get me to pay for an unnecessary surgery after barely finding out the first 2 days.
I found it unusual that my dog was healthy and fine. Months went by and I did research found other sources, a different vet that was reliable and come to find out I was worrying unnecessarily for a condition my dog didn't have. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE.

Our animal rescue group Little Dog Rescue of North Texas, Inc. has taken 4 dogs to Healthy Paws in the last two weeks. We experienced nothing but professionalism, caring, patience and unbelievable follow-up. There is a calm environment there, which is so important for mostly abused and abandoned dogs. We have already scheduled other dogs. As the rescue group's director, I cannot say enough nice things about Healthy Paws Veterinary Center, and I recommend them to everyone.

I previously gave this company a 5-star review, perhaps because I've never needed them in an emergency situation. On 5/25 my cat was having SEIZURES so I called at 4:27pm to bring him in asap. They refused to see him (because they want to leave right at 5 even though I live across the street), Cori hung up on me (because I was a little freaked out. that my cat was suffering in front of me eyes), when I called back Kelsey laughed at me 3 times before I realized they absolutely weren't going to help me.
Obviously I took my cat somewhere else and will now be moving all of my animals. When I called back and spoke to the manager, Julia, she was neither apologetic or sympathetic. Your staff's behavior was abhorrent and I will surely be contacting the Regional Manager, Dana. Shame on everyone single one of you.

We had used Healthy Paws several times so felt confident taking our greyhound Penney to them when she had an issue with her leg. I won't go into the details suffice it to say that if you have a special breed of dog/cat or other animal in my opinion it's better to take them to a Veterinarian who specializes in that breed for the very best care. We realized this too late and we lost our beloved Penney! In my opinion, Healthy Paws is more like a general practice, please realize this prior to entrusting them with your pets care.

I have three cats. Two don't mind visiting the vet; one is very challenging. The doctors are well-trained and patient. The staff is professional and empathetic to screaming cats. Last year, my difficult cat got pancreatitis and almost died. The doctors were very worried. After more than a week, the cat started improving. I think the care that he received saved his life. I'm thankful.
