Ladera Pet Clinic

My dog Cody received excellent care at Ladera pet clinic at reasonable price. My dog received dental work as well as multiple vaccinations and heartworm/flea and tick medications over the past few years and we never experienced an issue. The Doctor and Vet technicians were always gentle with my little guy. The only downside is I wish they had more office hours available.

Every member of the staff, from the vet to all the aides, clerical people, and janitorial guy, are good at their jobs and care about the animals. They all demonstrate a personal interest in the patients, and do their jobs with a high level of competence. The facility is small, but it is kept very clean, and functions smoothly. Highly recommend.

The best and my favorite vet! Dr. Lee and the staff are so nice and professional! Price is also pretty reasonable! My dog had flea bites and developed several hot spots on her back, and we visited other vets before Ladera, but my dog didn't get any better and it cost a lot. But after Dr. Lee's appointment, my dog fully recovered from scratch and hot spots! I highly recommend Ladera Pet Clinic! Dr. Lee and his staff will take good care of your pets!

I love bringing my dog here. The staff is very friendly and they offer great service and they work with you depending on what you can afford. Your pet is definitely safe and well taken care of here.

You guys need to fix your dam line! How do u guys in business when your phone does not even work This morning I called more than 20 times This is soooo stupid

I took my grand dogs there along with my son in law. The place was very clean. The assistants were professional and the Dr was very professional and thorough. We'll see them in a couple of weeks. I hope the great service continues

This vet is good but I haven't been able to get thru to them because their phones dont work and havent been for at least weeks. Please get your phones fixed so I can bring in my pet! Every time I call, it answers and then immediately hangs up

Good place, good customer service. Clean office. Good vet. All hard to find qualities. It has recenlty become more difficult to contact them and also to get needed pet supplies, hopefully they'll get more staff and things will improve.

I absolutely love Dr. Lee & his staff ( Mr. Brown is my favorite) He really does care about his patients, and what's best for your pet. I've been coming here for about 10 years now and we just added a new addition ( yorkie) to our family! Bonnie adores Dr. Kim already after 2 visits! He's so careful and protective with her as if she's his own. Are you looking for a really good vet with a professional staff?

I've called so many times. Today I went in and told her and she goes, don't worry about it we been having problems with the phone in more over a year. I said okay but I been here and nobody opens the door or answer the phone. Can I make an appointment. I can give you one in 2 weeks. Can't you give me a sooner one for the inconvenience. No I can't. My kitten needed to be seen right away and it wasn't an emergency. I've tried with the ER's already.

Today I took my 5 month old Calico in for her exam and nails clipped. the moment I came in the door the place was so amazing and calm to both myself and my kitten Meya. All of the staff there wonderful and and amazing with warm smiles. took me in on time. The Doctor answered all my questions and took his time with us. Very kind people all of them. I don't think they care to receive business. I called and was placed on hold to then be hung up on. Then I called back a couple more times and was repeatedly hung up on. HORRIBLE customer / client care. Would not recommend if they can't even take a phone call

EDIT: Attempted to get my dog an appointment for a limp she developed, sent the office a message through their website and left a voicemail and was never called to schedule. Very disappointed since my initial experience was good. Took my pup to Ladera Pet Clinic for the first time this week and was very happy with the visit and care. Unfortunately due to COVID I wasn't able to go in with my dog, but the staff was very nice and the doctor even called with his assessment before doing any work to ensure I was in agreement with what they wanted to do and they gave me a very detailed estimate for the service. On top of all this the vet tech gave me honest answers in regards to prescriptions, instead of trying to pressure me into buying everything there. Very happy!

My favorite vet! The staff is always nice and the doctor is very knowledgeable and open to answering all my questions. They're very honest about what your pet needs and what's not really necessary. They never push people to do a million expensive tests or treatments.

Do not patronize this business. They are liars. I took my cat here for a refill of her prescription diet food. They tried to shake me down for "Eastern medicine" or acupuncture and herbs! Plus $175 for blood work. My cats condition is unchanged and an old cat. All I wanted was to order her food. Instead of giving me a year refill as they promised they later turned around and only approved ONE bag of food! Liars. The price of bloodwork appears to be on a sliding scale based on how much they think they can charge you. Don't take your pet here.

I've been taking my two Yorkie mixes and my bengal kitty here since 2016. The staff is friendly and helpful as well as the vet. Now, they take more precautions when checking you in and you can even wait in your car. I moved my pets from VCA because they are overpriced and here they have better prices and they never try to over sell you with things your pet doesn't need. I highly recommend it!

. I looked for a vet on yelp, and made an appt. with them. I forgot who i made an appt. with so after calling different locations and finding out this was it-- they don't bother reminding you of the appointment. I called and no offer to accommodate or help.

I love my vet! He is so thorough. Their services are moderately priced. I'm always confident once my baby leaves this vet.

Everyone in the Ladera Pet Clinic family (Cliff, Karina, Maria, Juan, Dr. Lee) is so friendly and really takes care of our pets. Prices are reasonable and always explained with respect and understanding of our budget. Our pup Noodles has had trouble with a luxating patella for years and other vets said the limping likely wouldn't stop without surgery.

But Dr. Lee recommended acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine, and the limping has finally completely stopped! We always feel like family when visiting Ladera Pet Clinic, and that's why we haven't switched vets despite living further away now. We really recommend!

Dr. Lee and his staff are incredibly great veterinary specialists, but also incredibly great human beings. They are kind, compassionate and understanding when it comes to all of the needs of you and your pets. My dog, Scout, had a serious stroke and did not look to be long for this world. But through the amazing work by Dr. Lee and his staff, Scout has made a full recovery and is back to his old self which I never thought was even a possibility. Thank you Ladera Pet Clinic!

My experience here upset me so much that it's making me write my first Yelp review. The vet tech told me I would "reinfect" my cat if I did not buy their specific flea medications, and charged me twice for two shots after I was told explicitly during my first visit that I would only pay one fee for both shots. I felt boxed in financially by this vet and will not be coming back.

I have been there twice with my dog and had great service and easy to schedule an appointment. Like all the staff I met, Juan, Cliff and of course Dr. Lee.

Looked for a Vet for new puppy, Culver City has more choices and plenty of Yelp feedback but I was happy to find one in Ladera much closer to home. Scheduling was easy, the office is open and not crowded when I went (weekday morning). Staff are great and attentive, Dr Lee was thorough in explaining all new puppy issues and treatments. Street parking was open, not a problem. Good service at reasonable prices is exactly what I hoped for and what I received. We'll be happy to make this the go to Vet for our new puppy for years to come.

They need more staff, went in there for flea drops took an hour because they were " short staff and remodeling" I saw 5 people walk in and out because of this. I give it 2 stars because the "one staff" on site was trying her best to help everyone as fast as she could. "YO VET you need to hire more staff and give the poor lady a BREAK"

I love the staff here.can't see myself going anywhere else. Karina, Cliff & Juan are all so very awesome. Dr. Lee is a great Vet, I love that he offers other options outside of traditional Western medicine. My Brussels is having international issues and we're trying acupuncture as treatment instead of loading her up with a bunch of medication.

I sometimes feel that he's pricey but what vet isn't.what medical treatments aren't, for humans or otherwise?! I've tried to go elsewhere just to compare but I don't get the warmth and professionalism that I get here. The rooms are ALWAYS CLEAN and the office never smells. I've been to a vets office where you could smell urine and everything else before you hit the door. I've never experienced that here. Keep up the great work guys, we really do appreciate you for all that you do!

This is a great affordable pet clinic. They don't pressure you or upsell you on any products or procedures. They treat the animals like pets, not like children, which means that they never guilt you into spending more on non-essential care. They ask and confirm each procedure and price. Very honest and straight-forward. If you are okay with a dated interior, this place has great care for an affordable price.

*** 3 visits here so far for my dog's exam/shoots. *** I've been coming to Ladera Pet Clinic for about 2 yrs. No complications or illnesses with my pet so I cannot comment on their more serious services. Yet when it comes to scheduling an exam or booster shoots, they are quite efficient at doing so.
