We have been coming here for a long time. My husband and I have 12 animals and we take care of every single one of them like that are a sibling to our child. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. We had an emergency where our cat, Iris, was attacked by a coyote. They did everything including a miracle or two to keep her healthy, out of pain, and on the mend.

She had a broken jaw.and now a week later she is eating on her own. I will recommend this vet over all others. Indefinitely. Dr koorhan and Dr brown are the best vets I have ever had the luck of meeting. It's good to feel confident in your vets when you have to leave your baby there for help. Also, a big shout-out to kimmy and the vet techs. You are the most helpful bunch, and I can not praise you enough!

My dog got sick and they are not willing to give me clear answer dr. Brown and dr. Loran have refused to see me face to face to give me answers. I consistently call and while informing Dr. Loran to clear the answers to why from one day my dog is sick and the next leave the hospital saying she is okay she follows on not waking up the next day! I cannot believe the way I was treated may it be racial or just for the simple fact that they charged me hundreds of dollars for exams and medication to not even give me a clear answer.

They even refuse to give me her medical history from the exams. I recoend no one to arrive with Dr. Brown or Loren as they have no interest in actually helping. And will avoid at all cost to see you.

I was visiting murrieta and my dog was injured. This office must have been the 15th vet I called and the only one that would see my dog right away. Must others wouldn't see me that week let alone answer the phone. Very pleased with the doctor and office staff

Finally I found a good vet! Very kind and friendly staff. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

This veterinary clinic is clean, organized and just great. I called because I had a worry about my puppy and they got me an appointment and in the office in 1 hour, same day! They took good care of us and gave me peace of mind with instructions and details. I thank you guys for taking care of Hendrix and I know he thanks you too!

Our first experience with Doctors Pet Clinic, sadly, was when we had to put our 10-year old lab down; and then again two-weeks later when we had to do the same with our 12-year old lab. I don't think we could have found a kinder and more compassionate group of professionals. The staff was courteous and very accommodating. Dr. Brown is the best! She was the attending vet for both procedures, and her calm, kind and caring manner made the days a bit easier to bear.

WORST VET AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I brought my dog in for itching. The doctor hardly examined my dog and determined it was allergies because "that's what every other dog has this time of the year." Then, the doctor asked me which medicine I wanted to put my dog on. Isn't that the doctor's job to decide on a medication? Then, when I was asking questions about the medication, the doctor told me she had other patients waiting. Then, they attempted to sell me DOUBLE the medication that was originally prescribed.

After a couple days of taking the medication and no itch relief, I noticed a couple fleas where my dog kept itching. I called them and asked if I could get my money back for the expensive medication that was incorrectly prescribed. After being denied, I said I would find another vet to use in the future. The receptionist said that is a wonderful idea and hung up on me.

I called back to ask if that's how they always treat their customers, and I was told to never call back and hung up on again. This place is the epitome of what a reputable veterinarian is NOT. Your pets deserve better!

Since starting with Doctor's Pet Clinic in 2009 we have appreciated the careful attention that our dogs have received from all the personnel. We have been through four hind leg surgeries (multiple dogs), one catastrophic illness, and understanding and managing diabetes in addition to routine care. We have felt that the Dr.(s) have provided tender care, sound advice, excellent follow-up, and been great companions on this journey of caring for our special "kids".

We have also appreciated that the Dr.(s) have helped us make decisions as to necessary services when we couldn't afford to do everything that they may have suggested. In our prior vet clinic, we encountered a denigrating approach when we declined a service; we were made to feel like bad, irresponsible pet owners. Not so, here.

I have used doctors pet clinic for 20+ years. they always show great care and kindness to my dogs. they are very professional and always willing to talk about different treatment options. the doctors are honest and will help me figure out what my dogs really need for their health. the office is always clean and sanitary. all of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. i can always get an appointment for a time that is good for me. overall, i won't take my dogs anywhere else!
