I called to try to make an appointment for my dog I was told that there's no appointments till 2 weeks out unless I paid the 125 emergency fee they will have an opening today at 10:30 there are scamming people all they care about is money now

This place is all about helping animals. Like many others have said they put animals before profit. I can't say enough about the quality of the care and how they conduct their business.

Not willing to talk to anyone. Called three times got nothing each time- I just wanna get my cat fixed so no more babies but they wouldn't even give my the time of day when I called. very rude also

Just called them and she put me on hold then I waited on hold for like 10 minutes then the hold music stopped and it began ringing then stopped ringing so I tried to call back and there was a recording that says they are closed. Its only 4PM on Friday. No option to leave a message. If they don't care about customer service I wonder if they care about our pets?

Deserves zero stars. Money hungry and very disrespectful to customers. Love to put customers in hold at all times. Your pets are just a number to them

This place use to be great. Over the past few years, the service, and communication have become horrible. I kept coming back thinking the bad service was a one off, but at this point it's time to take my animals somewhere else. We will not be back.

Have gone to this vet for years and sad to say I feel that since they built their expensive new building the point of their concern has changed from animal care to dollars. Way too expensive, never available when you need them, and, whoever it is that answers the phone has a "I could care less, don't bother me attitude ". Was actually told "We don't have any appointments available today, but, if you come in on an emergency basis we can see you for a higher fee." Really?! You can't see my pet for the regular fee, but, you suddenly CAN see her for the more expensive fee?! This is total BS. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Jules is by far the best vet my family and I have ever been to. The amount of love and care they have had for our animals truly goes above and beyond. We've been going there for 20+ years and we've never had one complaint. From the receptionists, to the nurses, to the doctors, they are all AMAZING!

Although I understand covid restrictions I feel the way our dog has to be seen is horrible for a little puppy. They never explained what to expect with the first visit and all this is just really impersonal. Emily a nurse was very rude and unprofessional I will not be bringing my dog back here. I should have followed my instinct from the beginning and went else where

I wish 0 stars was an option. If you want your pet to die a slow painful death this is the place. I've never been so disgusted with people who just use pet owners for money and make them watch their poor pet suffer. This place should be shut down, a complete joke of a place. Go somewhere else don't suffer the pain my family suffered, these people don't deserve to be paid. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

My dog needed emergency surgery or she was going to die. I frantically called over 10 vets, and 2 emergency vets and they all turned me away and said they couldn't do it. Jules took my girl right away, made her and I both comfortable. The vet tech Bridget was amazing. The surgeon was amazing. They saved me dogs life and I am forever grateful. They are compassionate, professional, and helped me in my greatest hour of need even when I wasn't a previous client. My girl is recovering beautifully and I can tell what a great job they did. 5 stars all around.

I really wish I could give this place 5 stars but I can't for one reason. The staff are all new. They have little to none training experience with animals. If you come here please ask for Bridget. She is amazing and definitely will help your pretty pet. They make you wait outside due to COVID but that's no excuse for them not to tell you what's happening with your pet.

They also make you call from outside to confirm appointments meanwhile you're stuck in your car waiting for the brand new receptionists to answer the phone. It's ridiculous and will get you angry. The doctors are great but this place needs an older set of staff members. These younger ones aren't cutting it. My 5 star goes to Bridget. She's awesome and surely loves all pets.

Staff needs retraining. The doctors are awesome though. FYI. They put you on hold for an extensive period of time so be prepared. My only real complaint is how they toss your pet into a kennel and make you wait before letting you know that your pet is ready. Once again, doctors are great but this entire staff NEEDS to be retrained. Bridget is amazing though! I only ask for her and only her! She saved my kittens life and I adore her.

Jules has been treating our sick cat since January 10th. He had a wound on his tail. It was not healing. We were told it takes awhile, given the location. We have had him on antibiotics and took him in every week for the past 6 weeks. His health was declining. I called regarding his lethargic behavior and him not eating. I was told this was normal.

The medicine can do that. He was 16. He was old. When I inquired about putting him down( we spent thousands of dollars and he wasn't getting better) Bridgette scolded me saying they do not put down healthy cats. His last appointment was on Tuesday. He died Friday. Friday my son called me saying he was breathing weird. I called on my way home from work to see if he could take him in.

I was told that this wasn't what they were treating him for and to take him to an emergency vet. Well he didn't make it. He was having organ failure. Jules ignored his declining health, and kept us on an aggressive treatment where I feel we were torturing our dying cat (water therapy where I had to hold him and spray his tail for 5 minutes 3 times a day) He suffered every damn day for 2 months, where they happily took our money but when it was time to put him down we were told to go elsewhere.

They always take care of my boy Ares super well and make sure he's taken care of to the best! They always answer phone calls super quick and are very very kind to work with it's been an absolute pleasure as I've had many bad experiences with other vets. I've also sent in pictures with bumps or rashes and they answer my concerns properly and advise if I even need to bring him in or not or if I should just come in and buy a cream. Love these guys and will continue to bring my boy Ares here! :

This is where you take your pet if you truly care about their health. You get what you pay for. this saying applies. Jules has professionals who are thorough in their examinations and treatment as well as straightforward with their clientele. My dog was paw licking, having frequent ear infections and painful rashes that were never clearing up completely.

She had been treated elsewhere and still continued having the issues. However, after being seen and treated at Jules, she's finally experiencing relief as her skin infections, rashes and allergies have cleared up. Previous vets had never talked to me about using cytopoint injections as an option for her. I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the proper care and comfort they gave to my sweet allergic Labrador.

Me and my mom had brought our Blue Nose Pitbull in for a checkup she jad a lump on her right hind leg come to find out it was a large tumor they tried to dissovle or male it smaller after gettin xrays back they found it had taken over her leg so they had to remove her leg. Our dog had to stay by herself overnight alone and Dr. Vasquez had went in after hours to check on our dog i thought that was so sweet of her to make sure she was doing ok.

I would to thank Dr. Vasquez personally for being so thoughtfull amd caring of our dog. Thank you i would recommend Jules vet to everyone to bring there dearly loved animals here.

Horrible customer service. Your dog is just a number to them along with office manager being very disrespectful and just not a good person. Good luck if you take the risk.

Have been going to Jules for over 11 years now had 2 dogs they took care of unfortunately had to be put down. I now have a new dog and they have done nothing but great care for her also very happy with Jules

Called for a copy of my dogs shot record and was told they only gave him his rabies.his former owner lost his records so we had to get him all his shots including his rabies.now they say they only gave him his rabies, but had charged me for ALL his shots and apparently they didn't give him the shots or failed to record them.not very professional. So now I'll go to another vet and start over.will never deal with them again

Great care. Impressive staff. The only negative is that they are a Monday thru Friday office. If you live in Tracy, try Jules. I went there for over 10 years before moving out to Lathrop.

DON'T TAKE YOUR CATS HERE. i took my cat here since she was throwing up for a few days. i drop her off and call a few hour's later to see what's going on & they tell me she won't let them take her out of the carrier and that they injected her TWICE With anesthesia without letting me know. If i had known i would've picked her up ASAP.

I tell them to forget it i'm picking her up. I show up and MY CAT POOPED IN THE CARRIER! Which HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE! These people scared her SO bad she pooped herself in the carrier and they didn't bother TRYING to clean her up. i hope they close down.

This is the most unreliable EMERGENCY vet that i have ever experienced! I have called their office to get an schedule on Saturday and the person who answered my call scheduled me Tuesday 10:30 am 12-14-21. When i got to their office they told me that my dog supposedly scheduled check up was not in their system? Even then, should they not accommodate the patient first before recording us?

Their office title is called EMERGENCY?! The title alone emphasized quick response/action! But they care most of the paper work first before the condition of the dog patient? I wasted my time there

Why isn't this place open later on Fridays. I've been going here for 16 years. I had to look for an open vet at 630pm on a Friday. I needed anything., I needed help for my cat of 16 years. I called here and already closed. I called every place in Tracy and nothing was open. The one vet that was still open told me they were closing in 10mins. Basically told me to go to Dublin to Sage Emergency. My cat was struggling to breath. And passed away in my partners arms. We need more vet clinics that are open late.

Today was the last straw. We set up an appointment for our one dog with special needs. Husband took off from work to be able to go in and speak with the vet. When making the appointment I made a point to say no drop off and that we needed to talk with vet. We get there put on hold then told that we needed to drop our pet off. They have very poor communication, we now have decided to remove all of our pets and go to a different vet.

Brought Mr. Gray in this morning and wow I LOVE this place! They got my cat in right away and were very knowledgeable. This place is clean and taken care of. The techs are all super nice and the doctors are caring and smart. I have been to many vets as I help a lot of stray/feral cats on my own. (I took 14 in for TNR this year and I'm not part of a rescue). This is now my go to whenever I can! I hope they can open back up on the weekends. Thank you so much!

Great Veterinary services. Friendly and very accommodating. Had last minute kitty emergency, my vet couldn't see her until Nov. Called Jules and they saw her within 15 minutes of my call and just before they closed for the evening. Lonflg story short my kitty had surgery and I'd doing great. Thanks to all of you!

Me And Duke Came In for an Emergency After Being turned away from all the other Tracy Vets Because Of covid Dr. Kong And Jessica Helped me out along with all the other nurses god bless Them truly front the bottom of my heart I Love my dog as if it were my family And They Helped us out so much Really wish them everything Great in life they helped my baby Duke Out And I'm blessed

I cannot thank Jules Veterinary Center enough for all they did for trying to save Ivy my kitten! They went over & beyond what any Veterinarian has ever done in trying to save my pet! There are not enough words to thank Dr. Valdez and her entire staff for all they did for my Ivy! They fought so hard to try & save her & went over & beyond all to give her the best chance possible I am truly grateful to them for everything they did for her Ivy didn't make it but they gave it there all!

They are hero's in my book & I am truly blessed to have this team of Outstanding Vets, Nurses & technicians and their entire staff as my Veterinarian Hospital! This isn't the 1st time that they have gone over & beyond to save one of my cats! I am so very grateful, humbled & blessed to have them all! Thank you all Jules Veterinary Center!
