Paul and his staff are truly earth angels! As I write this review; I am so full of gratitude my eyes are leaking tears of pure joy! I tend to be a borderline neurotic 4 legged mom, that tends to get pretty worried about my animals. Paul, Jessie, Olivia, & Maggie are simply the BEST! So willing to *always* refrain from judgement and help in every possible way they can. Paul is nothing short of brilliant!

He and his staff absolutely love all animals, big and small! How many veterinary offices are willing to see you on their days off and not refer you out to a 24 hour emergency vet? Paul ALWAYS is and does so willingly and lovingly! I can't ever imagine trusting anyone else with my animals! Holistic approaches have always worked best for me, so this is the approach I prefer to take with my animals. Paul fully supports a holistic approach yet he knows when modern medicine is necessary.

They say animals know best and my animals LVE the staff at Bear Swamp! (Even my cat Oscar who hates car rides absolutely loves Paul!) The waiting list is quite lengthy @ Bear Swamp, but I strongly encourage you to get your name on it. You'll have the opportunity one day to see first hand, why there was a wait list to begin with. These guys are the absolute BEST

Dr. Paul is beyond great. He is so calm and attentive to our dog and to our needs. Readily available after hours for helpful advise and treatment as needed. Our dog loves going to Bear Swamp and is always happy when we are there. We are happy that all of us are treated well, the care is great and the price is more than fair.

Dr. Paul and his staff are amazing kind and caring. I had an animal emergency the day after thanksgiving. My dog would have died had they not taken him in on their day off and performed surgery. There are not enough kind words I can say about these people. 5 stars is not enough

Dr. Paul is always here to give the best care to the fuzzy side of our family. We've been taking our pets to Bear Swamp for years, and have never had an experience that was anything but lovely. I have been taking my dog and cat to Bear Swamp for the last three years. The care and attention they receive is exceptional. Paul is unfailingly calm, attentive, thorough and informative. On the two occasions where we have had emergencies outside of office hours, he has returned my call and given me the instruction I needed to manage the situation.

Dr. Paul is excellent and easily the best vet in the state. He's practical, knowledgeable and extremely thoughtful, allowing clients to call his cellphone after hours if there is an emergency. The service cannot be matched. Although there is a lengthy waiting list to become a new client, it is well worth the wait, (unless of corse there is an emergency). Our dog Phil gets excited about his annual check ups and we are thrilled to bring him to Bear Swamp Veterinary Services.
