Services
Dr. Steven Michael graduated from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. He started working at the Council Bluffs Veterinary Clinic in 2001. Surgery is his main veterinary interest. Dr. Michael is a member of both the IVMA and the AVMA. Originally from the Logan Magnolia area, he now resides in Council Bluffs with his wife Nancy, and their children Colin and Grace.

Took my dog to this vet to get some stitches and the kept him for the day to come home with kennel cough and has been throwing up all over my house for two days i don't recommend takeing animals to them there kennels are not properly cleaned after each dog to prevent this stuff from happening. I also had a friend with the same experience at the same vet

I found a cat that was in bad shape and my family decided to take him in no matter the cost, I had to go alone since my parents had work and they were the nicest people ever. Everyone that helped me out was amazing and they deserve the world for what they do everyday. I have never had a bad experience with this place. They helped me out tremendously.

My cat had been previously spayed at another vet clinic in my home town, she ended up getting an infection and i needed a vet close and fast considering it had then been 4 days since she had food or water. the vet instantly knew what was wrong with her, gave her an antibiotic shot along with some pain meds and as soon as she got home she was eating, drinking, and using her litter box! highly recommend!

Reliably Supreme Custom Pet Care delivered with full details regarding reasons for provided care services, best treatment options for individual pet care needs, and highly developed professional levels of social civility with actively caring pet people. Favorite for my felines. New Review 2/14/2022. While it's admirable to accept the fact that everyone has good days and sometimes more challenging times when dealing with other humans, it's Bad for business to expect customers to appreciate and continue patronizing tactless behaviors and/or word choices that indicate limited levels of developed business civility and unethical standards of operations. Accusatory sounding statement choices spoken by a business representative, regarding the print on a business label printed by that business, to a paying customer is an outdated business practice that appears to continue as a common business practice. I regret having encountered this unfortunate experience.

Awesome staff, great people/very knowledgeable and caring/trustworthy. They have a good process with having you call ahead of time to let them know you are there because of COVID right now. They always get me in and out quick and have a nice little facility... always a smooth process. Best prices too, hands down all around 5 stars! I take all my dogs, and now, newest puppies there & always will

I won't take my pets anywhere else. I've had visits here as simple as a puppy checkup, and as extreme as surgery and crossing the rainbow bridge. No matter the situation, the staff has always gone above and beyond to make both my cat and dog babies feel safe and comfortable. They never yell at or push an animal to make them comply, and it's also always very clean here.
