All of the staff at the Blondo location are amazing! It's easy to get an appointment, even last minute. Everyone is so kind and they work so well with my pup. They even called to check up on him after his last appointment. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other places I've gone. I'm so glad to have found Gentle Doctor for my pets!

Pam is the best groomer! My little puppy loves Pam and she's very gentle with the dogs. She will do whatever you would like for grooming and it's very consistent in achieving excellence each time you bring your dog to be groomed. I highly suggest Pam as your next groomer, you will not be disappointed!

I love Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital on Blondo! They took such good care of my kitten at her first visit. Everyone took time to play with her and made her feel safe! They kept me updated on everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. I even got a phone call asking how she was the next day! I've never had a vet do that. If you're like me and your pet is your baby, I highly recommend bringing them here.

Our family has used Gentle Doctors Animal Hospital for Since 1973. We have had 8 dogs under their care over the years, 3 my families, 2 my sisters, and 3 my daughters. They are loving, attentive, thorough and the follow up on the care of all of our pets. I appreciate there continued support of the Nebraska Humane Society and we wear their T-Shirt proudly and the annual dog walk. I could not recommend a better Vet then the good people at Gentle Doctors. They love our pets as much as we do.

This was my first time here and the experience was awesome. The staff is very knowledgeable, patient, and fun. My pet and I felt at ease here. I was nervous about bringing Heffalump to the vet but he was well taken care of and comfortable. The scheduling process was easy, the checkin and checkout too. The facility is well maintained and it's a good location for us. Prices were cheaper than I was expecting too. Thanks a bunch! We'll see you again soon.

We've worked with a few of the vets here, most recently Dr Hill and I love that she wants to know about my dog and her habits, life, etc before determining what to do for her. She does her best to make my nervous dog feel as comfortable as she can before she does anything. They are pricier than other places, but I pay the extra for the support and service for my baby!

As a first-time dog owner, I had a LOT of questions during my visit. Each question was answered thoughtfully and I was given ideas and options on how to care for my pup. My dog is a rescue and is veryyyy fearful, but the staff did an amazing job at making her feel comfortable. Everything is really nice and clean, and I was able to buy her food directly from them. Overall, I'm very happy that we chose this practice to care for our dog!

I was very happy with Axel's yearly check up. We saw a different than our usual veterinarian but he was as pleasant, professional, kind, and informative as anyone else has ever been at this clinic. Everyone is very efficient and tried to keep Axel as calm and comfortable as possible during the appointment. I feel confident that my pet is getting good care.

Gentle Doctor has been my vet for over 4 years. The staff is compassionate, professional and spend liberal amounts of time answering all my questions.

While I know that being 13 minutes late is completely my fault, as I'm adjusting to having a brand new puppy that I adopted not even 3 days ago and I'm also still working. I was shocked that they charge a $15 late fee. That would have been fine had the receptionist not been so rude, so while waiting for the vet to see my pup I called a vet my friend recommended to see if they allowed for grace period and if they charged a late fee, they did not. I left my appointment and scheduled with the other vet.

Yesterday was my first experience here. It was so great. I love Dr. Taylor was amazing! And Erin was super helpful too. My pup is timid, shy, and not a fan of strangers. They were very patient and took care of her gently. I could tell that Dr. Taylor really cares about each individual animal. They gave me recommendations and a couple tools to help with her anxiety and 24 hours in - so far so good! I will definitely be taking my dog here for the rest of her life!

Pam is always friendly and attentive to our dog. He is a bit nervous and she does a great job with him. He has a thick Springer coat and he comes back looking and smelling great! We get many compliments on his grooming. We are faithful clients of Gentle Doctor and Pam as our dog groomer!

Staff was very sweet and appropriately friendly to my nervous little dog. The place was clean and functional with ample parking. Our doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful plus they asked before giving my little dog peanut butter to help him feel better about his treatment. I really appreciated the time and thoughtfulness they gave me and my dog on a busy afternoon.

They are so nice and sweet every time I come in with my dog Husker! Every so often I receive a magazine for dogs and at the end has details about his breed. They take the time to explain to me what is going on and give him the care he deserves. I don't feel pushed and unwanted when coming in and I appreciate everyone! Thank you all for loving my dog as much as I love him!

The groomer did a great job and my dog looks great. However, it cost way more than I was prepared for. I was told a dog the size of mine (by weight) would be $54, it ended up being $68 for the basic grooming. The groomer also added on a $10 handling fee, telling me that my dog was not socialized and it took her more time to groom her. I understand that my dog does scare easily.

She's a rescue and is not familiar with grooming, which was explained before the appointment. I'm not opposed to the extra fee, but I wish it would have been explained to me sometime during the day. I had my dog there by 8:40 a.m. and by 3:00 p.m. I still hadn't been called. So, I called them and the groomer called me back within 10 minutes. Again, my dog looks great, but the communication skills were not great with this visit.

We've been using Gentle Doctor on Maple since 2003 and have had nothing but exceptional service. I would highly recommend them for your fur baby!

We just moved into the neighborhood and took Louie for his first visit. We were very pleased. Staff were friendly & competent.

We started with Gentle Doctor with Hershey. We got Hershey from the Humane Society so the first two times a staff member had to carry her in to have a checkup. The Doctor and all the staff were so welcoming to her that she started walking in on her own. We have even been able to board Hershey with Gentle Doctor on Maple Street. We have mostly taken. Hershey to the Maple Street Clinic because of construction at the Blondo clinic. Dr. Kanne has been particularly instrumental in helping us with Hershey's gastrointestinal issues and recent issues requiring meds as well.

All the staff at these clinics we feel are genuine in their concern for the animals. We heard about them from our neighbor and truly they are a gift of God! This last time after praying a rosary first we were able to get Hershey in to the Doctor on Saturday morning of the Memorial Day weekend. That was an answer to prayer as we had taken her to the Emergency Hospital and she still needed to go back to the clinic. We are thankful to God for Gentle Doctor and highly recommend them! We have been seeing Dr. Bashara and his staff for over 25 years with ALL of our fur balls. He is thorough, honest, upfront, and takes the time to explain things in laymen's terms.
