Had my older dog try to jump out of back end of car while taking clothes in. Hurt his front leg in process. Took him in for X-ray and treatment. Very courteous front end gal took me right in. Maybe waited about 15-20 minutes for someone to come in and get information. Vet showed up shortly after. No long for an emergency visit. Just irritated arthritis. Very well trained and courteous. Didn't cost as much as I thought it would. I was very happy with then. Will use when I'm in Idaho.

We took our beagle there and the vet was so patient with him, he's afraid of veterinarians because he had 2 surgeries before so he was shaking and they came with melted cheese to give him and making him feel more comfortable . Im glad we choose them as our vet.

Highly recommend this place. I took my leopard gecko there on a day they offer urgent care service. They were able to see us quickly and get her taken care of. And everyone from the front office to the technician to vet was very friendly, caring and attentive.

They got me in quickly and when I arrived we went straight into the exam room. Clear explanation of medical situation and of costs of care. Able to pay in the same exam room so could leave with no wait. When they didn't have the records I'd asked my former vet to send months ago, they quickly called and got the information needed. Great experience.

My husband had been a client of Treasure Valley Veterinary hospital long before we married.a little over 10 years ago. All of the doctors and the vet techs and front office staff.from day one.have provided impeccable care to our fur babies (Sally.who passed away ~5years ago and our 2 current beagles, Lucy and Rosy). Beyond the impeccable care and love that is show towards our irreplaceable furry loved ones.what separates this Veterinarian hospital from all the others is the honest love and care the staff shows towards the pet parents.not just their pets.

I had to bring my two beagles in last week (Rosy and Lucy).but Lucy especially because she had developed a tooth abscess overnight. They saw her in their Urgent Care right away, assessed her quickly and she is doing SO much better. During our visit, I let the staff know that I had just recently lost my husband very suddenly a week prior. My beagles Rosy and Lucy were so upset.because their daddy was suddenly gone, but also their momma was suddenly crying a lot and a lot stress was in the home. Dr. Hondo and ALL of the doctors, techs and front office (especially one of the ladies at the Meridian office on 4/21/22.you know who you are).when they found out about the loss of my husband.the love and support was honest and true and so greatly appreciated.

They provided support for my two pups to give them calmness and alleviate their stress. They also provided support to me. Thank you Treasure Valley Veterinary Hospital. It was our first visit to this walk in urgent care clinic and we were so impressed! The reception was professional but still friendly and caring. Dr. Davis was outstanding, intelligent, informative and very personable. Prior to examining our pet he read through the voluminous records we had transferred to him. Once in the room he went over everything he had learned about her health issues.

We felt m it was an exceptional job of knowing his client. He diagnosed our pet's illness and carefully explained the medications and their use. The medicines were reasonably priced and the most specific directions and usage I have ever seen on a pill bottle. I appreciated the detail provided. The treatment has been successful and out pet is feeling well and contented. We feel blessed to find such an outstanding and focused practice.

My dog was having an emergency so I took her here because it was closest to my house. I was not an existing customer but they took my dog in, with no appointment, and took care of her issue. Everyone was so kind, the clinic is very clean and nice. Thanks for helping my girl, I will definitely be back!

I brought my sweet Annie to this clinic after she had suffered from dog bites from the neighbors dogs as it was one of closest places open that evening (we also didn't have another primary vet established). We were in and out, including having to come in for fluids and surgery due to an infection and damaged tissue. Unfortunately, we had to put our dear girl down after a week.

Despite the outcome, I am so happy that we went with this Veterinary Hospital and felt we had the best care possible. All the doctors and staff that worked with her that week were amazing and we appreciated all their love and compassion during this hard week for us! We couldn't of asked for better care! Thank you so much!

Dr. Davis is wonderful. We came in to urgent care Friday night after 6PM. He took his time to listen to me and do a full exam. He had top notch bedside manner and made me feel better about the situation I was in with my dog. He took the time to explain my options and help me make an informed decision. An hour or so later I was able to bring my dog home and get her on the mend. Dr. Davis also took the time to call me and give me a full report on how the procedure went and educate me on the after care to ensure my pup would return to full health.

I can't recommend him more! Thank you TVVH for being open and being able to see us before the weekend. I was able to get in and out swiftly. The cost was 100% reasonable and worth it. I was worried about the weekend but it turned out I was able to get everything I needed before the weekend. That was a huge wait off my shoulders. 5 stars all the way

Every experience we've had here has been great. The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and have always shown such love and care for my dog! Our doctor had a wonderful, calm demeanor.

The most wonderful staff! They helped us in our hour of need with our dog, and despite it being a scary and serious time for her, you could tell she loved the folks there and was not stressed.

Absolutely wonderful place! Staff is super friendly, and the vet is VERY knowledgeable. I'm always nervous finding a new vet for my rabbit, because some vets are not as knowledgeable of them as they claim to be. Went in for my bunny to get her RHD vaccine, and I felt very confident during the visit that they indeed know what they're doing. Not only was the vet and the tech asking all the right questions, but they were handling my bunny properly and looking for all the right things. I was very impressed, and super thrilled! I'll definitely be coming back here again.

Dr. Zann and vet tech C.R. provided us excellent care, allowed time for us to express our concerns, explained physical exam findings, explained all treatment options, rationale, benefits of options, possible side effects of meds and treatments. Price options were made clear. Outlined a clear plan of care, and provided us with that plan and medication information via email. Other staff are responsive and friendly. We always get called back and have our requests taken care of promptly. These guys are great!

The staff made our dog's final time on this planet very peaceful. Very patient, loving, understanding, and sympathetic. We couldn't have asked for more.

Come here with my Corgi and cat and the staff seriously cares! My cat had to get a toe amputated and it went beautifully! They explain instructions clearly and even got us in the same day when we had concerns about her healing. Highly recommend for high quality care for you furry family!

I was very impressed. The Dr was very thorough and gentle with Ladybird. This was my first visit and I felt really good about Taking her there. With my dog being 14 I only want the best for her and that was what she got. The princess treatment.

Even when their schedule is full, they make time to see our pets and even those times when they're very busy, they're attentive and thorough. We get a lot of peace of mind from knowing that we can rely on TVV no matter what.

We had a great experience. Everyone there is so friendly. Harley had his second round of shots.

Highly disappointed and all I will say is make sure you know what you are paying for up front before you let them do anything with your pet. You come in assuming you are just getting a couple puppy vaccines and then leave paying $319. The whole experience was eye opening and the over selling of many products and services felt pushy and off putting. I have never experienced that at a vet clinic before and we won't be returning with any of our other pets.

Friendly, thorough and swift staff. My boy Meier broke his kneecap and we were seen the same day I called and were given the best service and good treatment. He will probably not need surgery because of the way the bone broke, but rest and meds. He will be x-rayed again in 4 weeks to make sure the break is healing.

I recently had shoulder surgery and since then I haven't been able to brush my dog Whiskey. Everyone else I've called or taken him to wouldn't touch him because they were afraid. I wish I had a before picture. so y'all knew how bad it was. But his belly was matted. His back end had dread locks down to the ground. His neck had some dreadlocks. This was my last ditch effort before paying a lot of money to have my dog put to sleep so they someone could get the dreadlocks out. McKayla at Treasure Valley Vet already had me at ease when I called to schedule an appointment and went over everything that's been going since March. This morning I brought him in for his appointment still fearing I was.
