My dog went into labor, delivering 1 pup on her own, then started having issues. Took her to this hospital and they were fantastic and reasonably priced too. Drove 45 minutes to get there and would do it again. They took great care of our Ellie and her pups. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Tonight was a frantic night for our kitty, and all local areas were booked full since it was midnight in the ER. One ER recommend we tried here, and driving the 40 minutes out was worth every minute. The staff were extremely friendly, extremely helpful, and they moved us along. I couldn't be more thankful for this clinic, and the work they've done tonight! Thank you guys so much, I'll be coming back here. Also, I noticed a lot of people complaining about prices. It was very affordable compared to other clinics.

After our dog was hit by a truck the emergency vet we went to said her pelvis was shattered and referred us to bluepearl Southfield as they were not qualified to help her. Our experience at bluepearl was an absolute wallet draining nightmare that left us in an extremely compromising position, but I won't elaborate here as I've already written them a detailed review.

That said, we were desperately seeking a new animal hospital as our dog was suffering at home with a shattered pelvis. we were highly referred to Wilson's by several people and thank goodness! We want to thank Wilson's for helping save our girl, for their professionalism, how accommodating, knowledgeable and kind they were. Not to mention the surgery they performed saving our dogs leg was nearly 4 thousand dollars cheaper than what bluepearl had quoted us and quite honestly, doctor Vitale seems to be much more experienced and qualified than the alternative.

We can't praise them enough for their consideration, fair prices, qualified and kind staff, as well as their delicate, thorough handling post-op/aftercare. Thank you from Harley!

They literally saved my dog's life after she was attacked by an off leash dog. Our first e-vet couldn't perform the surgery needed, the next clinic was way out of our budget. Wilson's was within budget (to be clear, the first place wanted 6k deposit with the bill being up to 12k, Wilson's was $1800 for deposit and everything said and done it came to $2300 which I was able to afford) and they were so warm and friendly in comparison despite that clinic calling themselves "the best of the best" I felt comfortable leaving her there, the daily updates were wonderful, and when I was having a hard time and requested a photo I received it. I'm forever grateful for the staff for saving my girl.

I really hope the veterinary care was better than the customer service. Long wait times & very poor communication. Was in the waiting room & they called my cell phone to give me discharge instructions post-surgery. Was told it would be quicker that way. While in the way home, after paying for surgery +4 days of hospitalization, they called to tell me they had inadvertently forgotten to charge me $12.74 for the cone. My dog is recovering well, which is the most important thing, but customer service seriously lacking.

Thank you Wilson's Vet Team for taking such great care of our boy during his hospital stay. Reasonable wait time, fair pricing and better "bedside" manner than most regular doctors offices. We are so thankful for all you do!

Dr Wilson is an amazing surgeon. However the staff and the ones doing the IV made it to where my dog cant walk. I won't be back because Of the staff. Sorry, Dr. Wilson. I love you personally, but they don't know what they are doing over there. And they don't call back

Have been taking 2 dogs to Wilson's veterinary hospital for 8 years. That stops after this past weekend! The receptionist/tech was completely rude, unprofessional and has horrible bedside manners. Speaking to me like I was a child for no reason. Witnessed her treating and speaking to other patients poorly. Speaking on behalf of the doctor. THE DOCTOR THAT I NEVER SAW OR LOOKED AT MY DOG.

They Never once came to the room.but I'm there for a yearly physical exam and shots update. Asking if my dog was "healthy.or just tell me your dog is healthy so they can move along" Her Eye rolling, back n forth to the back exam room, complaining nonstop how annoyed the doctor was. Pretty much being the middle man for the doctor. This is Completely unacceptable!

It was like it was a huge inconvenience for them that day. After being treated and talked to like this, I was done. I got up with My dog and left. Told the woman at checkout what was going and left. Will never return. They lost a loyal customer for good. I've given this place so many second chances. Too many chances. This time, I am done. I called and asked for the office manager immediately after leaving. 2 messages left and 4 days later, finally got a call back. She sounded like she didn't care or was use to these calls.

My doberman swallowed a pacifier and it got lodged in her intestine. She was there a total of 2.5 days They removed it and she is home and healthy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience considering the situation.

We had to put our dog down unfortunately due to old age and it was very hard for my family. I'm so happy we decided to go to Wilson's for our dog Pebbles because they took really good care of us and Pebbles. We had no wait, and the veterinarians were very compassionate, and I'm so grateful to the staff for being so caring. Thank you.

We had a great experience at they clinic on Sunday morning, staff are all very friendly and professional. The Veterinarian on hand took the time to explained the different options for care with getting Opie started. Happy customer so far.

I cannot specify enough how nice the staff and doctor are here. It is terrible due to COVID reasoning that it is impossible to get an animal in for an injury to my regular Vet (even though I was listed on their waitlist) This office was so nice, explained I would have a terribly LONG wait, the receptionist brought out a water bowl and blanket for my dog (something that is well above and beyond her job) and Jazz and I just sat and waited.

The vet examined my dog upon intake to make sure she was stable and when it was our turn, they did X-rays, blood work and provided medication for her to finally have some pain relief---the diagnosis? Torn ACLDr Belinda and staff.thank you for helping Jazz today and for being so kind during our wait--please know it did not go unnoticed.we appreciate all you do!

I sharing a past experience from Wilson's my 9 year old cat Smudge that I raised from a 4 week old baby kitten got ill, I tried a cat hospital in Mt Clemens that I won't mention. They didn't have a clue what my cat needed. I ended up taking him to Wilson's and they knew how to treat him. He was in the hospital there for almost a week and with alot of hard work from my wife and myself and Wilson's he was brought back from something that could have taken his life. They treated him like he was their own baby and plus we could visit him while he was being treated. I love the Wilson's veterinarian clinics. Both of them

Saved our Rottweiler's life on Christmas Eve with emergency surgery. VERY COMPASSIONATE with pricing/billing with the emergency surgery. Amazing and attentive with our dogs. Offer multiple options as far as care. Great pricing. Did our other dogs knee surgery, absolutely fantastic. Took excellent care of our lab and answered all our questions and calls and talked us through his recovery.

Have switched to them as our regular vet because of the people who work there and the care they deliver. They are worth the drive, we drive 45 minutes and it's well worth it.

Its 1130pm and all the other emergency vets were closed or full with surgery. And they still got us in within the next hour. We had a 40min drive to get there. They were fast to check out our 19yr girl to see where she was bleeding. And run blood and urine test etc. They gave her pain meds, anti puke meds, antibiotics for her 2 infections. It was on her back but the fluids decided to settle on her side lol.

We will follow up with our regular vet today. But we were very pleased with how fast they were able to check her out and reassure use she will be ok. If we ever have another emergency we will go back here.
