Very helpful in a time of need due to their urgent care times was able to get in pretty much right away and have our pet looked at. Very good customer service with email check ups and a hand written letter after our pet unfortunately passed away due to natural causes.

I love this place. I recently got a few birds and avian vets are hard to find! They are great and helpful.

I have been taking all of my animals here for years. I started going to BAH because I have a parrot and so few vets care for birds. They have always been great to me. When one of my dogs passed from cancer, I received a card in the mail from Dr. Rock-Paul, saying how sorry she was to hear my furbaby had passed. They are a bit pricey, but my animals mean the world to me and all the docs are very thorough. Couldn't ask for better care

Every single employee I have come into contact with was warm, caring and kind to my baby boy! Dr Miller kept in touch with me in between visit to check up on my sick kitty and had such compassion and expertise answering every question I had. I would recommend them to anyone as they were recommended to me!

My first time using their services and they were amazing! Got us in quick, even at the end of their night. They got us in and out within 30 minutes with testing and other customers being waited on also. The staff were all really friendly. I will definitely use them again for any of my animals if the need arises. Thank you for all of your help!

I have yet to have a positive experience with Bellevue Animal Clinic. I have been there three times and each time has been terrible. The first time they only allowed parking lot drop off of your animals due to their covid restrictions. When my Koraline came back to be she hid all day in the closet and couldn't be coaxed out. The second time we scheduled a dental exam for her and apparently the exam date wasn't the same as the one on the paperwork I was given, because I received a snide call asking why I didn't show up.

It was because they wrote the incorrect date on my paperwork. The third time we tried to get another dental appointment scheduled but their x-ray machine was down. I was told I would be put on a waitlist to get her an appointment when it was back up. Instead I received another phone call telling me that her appointment was the next day. We, sadly, were not in town.

All of this on top of the fact that they still have covid rules for their business which are above and beyond what local Government requires. Masks required for a business in a city that hasn't had mask mandates for months. I would go elsewhere if you are looking for anything other than incompetency and unnecessarily strict covid restrictions.

Excellent staff, listens to my concerns and treats my dog well. Maybe a bit pricier than my last vet but well worth it, very happy I switched.

Staff was professional, courteous, and prompt. They explained everything they were going to do and even after they completed it. They made recommendations on things they felt that would benefit me as well as my pup. Thank you!

Doctor Rock-Paul is so compassionate and caring. She was able to squeeze me in when it was desperate and comforted me during the bad news. I highly recommend her she is absolutely wonderful.

Everyone there is amazing! They are sweet and caring! When we had to put a few of our animals down they were comforting and gently but amazingly walked us through the process! Everyone should be bringing their fur babies here!

I have only had exceptional experiences with their exotic vets. Went to another animal hospital due to availability and they did not come close the standard of care I have come to expect at Bellevue Animal Hospital. Made me that much more grateful. We've been going here for a long time. Everyone is always so wonderful with our little fur kids. They even used to let my Dad go back to the kennel and sit with his babies for a while if they had to stay. We've since had to put down our boy, Bandit. Everyone at Bellevue Animal Hospital was so wonderful about the last minute diagnosis and decision. I am grateful for the way the Doc and everyone has helped my family through.

Bellevue Animal Hospital is a great veterinary clinic. Everyone working is always very kind and happy to explain things. I especially appreciate how well they adopted new policies to protect their staff. Curbside services with them are just as fantastic as a normal visit before COVID, and you can still trust that your pets are getting the best care even though you can't go in with them. From someone totally unbiased: I highly recommend trusting Bellevue Animal Hospital with your pets.
